Never take your car here. They used to be good but their customer service is terrible. First, the wait was 10 days before they could look at my car, so I bring it back and leave it there for 3 days. They still can't look at it, and tell me it will be another 2 weeks until they can look at it. Save yourself some time and take your car to Hillyer's Ford in Woodburn. Their customer service is top notch.

I needed a battery NOW and they had one in stock and got it installed right away. And surprisingly for a lower cost than other places. Many places didn't even have my battery, or they did and could get me in in a few weeks!Note: thus is a first come first served location so depending upon how busy they are you could have to wait a while.

I LOVE JP! This place is great. Good service, and very trustworthy! Edit 3/26/2021 Still ADORE JP. He is my favorite. They just did a bunch of work on my truck. Absolutely top notch. 8/11/23 Edit. STILL love JP and they do awesome work. Taking my van here for like 7 years now.

It s like a well run ER for your vehicle! Power steering fluid pump went out. My vehicle was towed to them yesterday and fixed by noon today. So glad to have my vehicle back! Excellent experience with QuickLane Keizer Ford. I recent bought an F250 that didn t have a key to drop the spare. I took it in and Taylor got me taken care of right away. The Service Techs wrote down the part I needed and connected me with parts department to get it ordered. Thank you for the quick and professional service!!

I have a Ford F-150 that when you drain the oil comes out onto a shroud and if you don t clean up the shroud afterwards you will have a puddle on your garage floor. I specifically asked them to please clean up and I was told no problem. Well just pulled the truck out of the garage and found a nice puddle again. So that will be the last time quick lane will ever see me again.

My first time here. My sister comes all the time for oil changes. I got in and we had a lobby to sit in while oil being changed they had free coffee mochas cappuccino as well as vending machines for snacks soda.Tv to watch, very clean friendly place will keep coming back

I've been here a few times. It's only good if you have all-day and drop off your car. If you go there for an oil change and you're waiting forget about it. it takes them days I went there the last few times they even gave me a free oil change cuz it took them hours when there's also no one in front of you. today I went there no one in front of me the car sat there for 1 hour I just gave up and ask for my keys back. super slow service the only way I'd come back next time is with a free oil change and they buy me lunch other than that never again.

Did not have an appointment, but was able to have my car serviced. Customer service is excellent. Very happy.

False advertising. Their sign says no appointment necessary but you can be told to wait 5 hours before they touch your car.
