While on the road, took are 2018 Yukon Denali in for an oil change and regret it. I had to use a half inch breaker bar to get the oil drain plug off and the filter was on so tight that the filter end wrench stripped, oil filter wrench only crushed the can, and I had to go buy a 2" band wrench wrapped in sandpaper to keep the can from ripping in half. Even then I had to use the half inch breaker bar again on the band wrench to get the filter to even budge. Extremely disappointed. You guys turned my 20 minute oil change this afternoon into a 2.5 hour nightmare.

I urge you to reconsider if you are taking your vehicle here. First off, they lied to me and told me I HAD to take my car here during my warranty since I bought through Power, which is apparently not true. Secondly, they had my car for 2 weeks and were not able to fix an issue that Capitol Chevy fixed in one day, and worked with my warranty company at no charge to me. Power service wouldn't even tell me which 2 tire pressure monitor sensors they replaced, I spoke with many people and managers over an entire month and still have not received a reply. Apparently they don't know which parts they replaced. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, SLOW (they left me on hold for half an hour and forgot who was on hold so I had to explain it again.)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Do not use this service they don't listen and you get messed over for hundreds of dollars . I took my vehicle in and was charged over 800 dollars and when the problem wasn't fixed and they couldn't finish the job they still charged me and said it was my fault for not getting it diagnosed before they did the job ... Like what job Did you do but Rob me... Lol oh yeah I forget I got an 836$ car washService: General repairs & maintenance
