Overall, I think it was a good experience. For sure the salesman Joe was wonderful and by the end the finance guy and I got along nicely but it did not feel as good as it could with what I would call full transparency. I paid cash for a new truck, $81,785 was the price after $8,200 incentive and the website said $250 for licensing, title, and registration. I called to get a total and the finance guy made it sound too complicated to give me a number which felt like a trick. The end he ended up charging me $1,365.87 for licensing, title, registration, and corporate taxes. I don't think I got taken advantage of but the way he had to be so secretive about where the math is derived from feels bad and like an opportunity to do this better so we both win. By the end I liked the finance guy, but the process he had to follow could be simpler, faster, and make the buyer feel less out of control or cheated. I don't put this feeling on the staff, I put it on the process. Buying a car does not have to be weird and secretive like the current process makes it. This methodology puts the employees in a position to need to be dishonest to maximize their profit margin / performance. I won't mention the specifics the extras, but that part feels even more underhanded and dishonest, and I don't think that is how the man I was dealing with is day in and day out in his private life. I have plenty of money so if I did not feel like everything was a game I would have purchased another $6800 of accessories that I am now shopping for online.

Traded in my Darth Vader for a Storm Trooper! Fun, fast, friendly, helpful, organized, comfortable, 100% customer service! I moved here from Denver with a 2011 Buick Regal. The poor car was on it's last O2 censor warning. "No problem" trade-in. Signed a 3 year lease, easy! However, one year later, I went in for a FREE oil change. Soon after that, I got a friendly text to come in for an upgrade. OK, sounds interesting. Left POWER BUICK with a brand new car!!!! NO MONEY DOWN! No payments for 90 days!!!!! Warranties that will cover every inch, in case I get caught in an apocalyptic electrical hail storm. Over the moon. I earned this. Power Buick made my dreams come true! From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank every single person who works at POWER BUICK in Salem, Oregon.

Devon was a great help! I just moved to the area, single parent raising a kid, still no job and my car broke down. Devon and his team were beyond helpful. They were generous,caring, understanding, and committed to making sure my little girl and were able to drive away in a safe and reliable car! Thank you to you all!! I appreciate you!!

These people where amazing!!!I had hit a rough spot with my other vehicles and needed a reliable car to get to work. (71 miles 1 way. ) The gentleman I met up with to take a test drive of a car was really awesome. And after the test drive that car didn't work out but after doing some searching on the their website I found the one that was perfect for my family. And making sure that I bought a car from the power group was kind of a personal thing for me since my father used to work at their power Mazda store many years ago . I thought I would be the right thing since h we passed in May of 2017. He loved working for the power group and after all these years it still felt like the same place to me.. good quality people doing the right thing for the people in their community. This is why I will recommend them time and time again.

Was so excited to get a new used truck after the ice storm totaled my old truck. Unfortunately after i drove off the lot I noticed several issues: truck tires never balanced properly and the dash lights don't work. And now the dealership wont return my calls. I hope to resolve this. But until then I don t recommend this dealership.THANK YOU Jesse B for responding to my post! And thank you for helping us get this resolved in our favor.

The service department here is a disgrace! Brought my truck in 5 months ago for brakes and to fix a parking sensor that was randomly going off when stopped and accelerating. Supposedly removed a spot of paint off the sensor. Didn t have time to bring it back in immediately because it s hard to not have a vehicle. Been trying to call for the past month with no return call. Finally got though and schedule. Bring it in and surprise!! Now you re out of warranty and the part that just had paint in it needs to be replaced and will cost $900 to repair. This is an absolute scam. Why was the sensor not tested and replaced when I originally brought it in for repair! I m furious with this organization and will continue to escalate this absurd issue.**update: the service manager was of no help. Doesn t seem to understand that the previous repairs were not actual repairs. Very disappointed in this company. You have lost a customer and we will ensure everyone know about your unethical business practices.UPDATE: I reached out to Mike per his request here 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. Pretty dishonest to leave a response here as if you plan on providing good customer service yet continue to ignore the issue.

I went to Power Buick GMC on a whim a few weeks ago, while looking to upgrade/trade in my car. As I was browsing the lot I was greeted by Marlo, one of the amazing salesman at Power Buick, and from the second I met him I knew I was in good hands. He has a kind and down to earth vibe, he really listened to what I had to say and wasn t pushy at all.We sat down and talked, then we went out to the lot and he showed me the new 2024 Buick Avenir GX, and let me tell you, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It was beautiful car and in my price range, he really nailed it.While finance was putting my paperwork together, they took my new car in the back to be detailed, and then went and filled up the gas tank. It was totally unexpected but such an amazing and wonderful thing for them to do.Devon in finance did all my paper work and was awesome. He was very friendly and thorough with explaining everything to me that I was signing and about the different products, which I appreciated.It was a great car buying experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great, honest and professional experience.

Sales rep, Celso, helped me with my purchase of a 2012 Ram 3500. He was incredibly helpful answering a variety of questions and concerns I had about the used vehicle. He provided excellent videos of both the interior and exterior of the truck and was always available when I called him. I thoroughly enjoyed the buying process with Celso and the rest of the cree at Power GMC! They even provided free delivery all the way to Seattle! Working with salesman Sam was great. He personally went to Portland to get our car and transport it to Salem. He kept us up to date with the progress of where our car was whenever we asked. He addressed all of our concerns and answered all questions truthfully and when he didn't know the answer he sought one out quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anybody looking to buy a car to go and see Sam.

I had an amazing experience with them! Huge shout out to Omar Solomon,Pedram Talebi, and Joe black. Omar cant thank you enough for taking the time to help my wife and I find the right car for the right price. Joe, we cant thank you enough for the customer service you provided. And being kind enough to getting our parched poodle a cup of water. As well as finding a very sentimental necklace i lost in my trade in. And a thank you to Pedram for helping us get through all that paper work 100/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! These guys wont let you down!We love our new jeep!

Watch out bringing any other make vehicle in for an oil change. I was aware of my engine coolant reservoir being low when brought in. I Left with my vehicle with no added coolant or any mention or note and or comment. And the service fee was much more than told before hand. Rip off gmc employees. Lazy people are more common unfortunately now days. Oh forgot to mention that the paperwork said they did do the engine coolant top off. Go ahead, look up my account information and add any relevant notes that makes you guys feel better

My experience with Power Buick was absolutely amazing and the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a New car. My salesperson Marlo Plater was extraordinary and I felt I made a New friend forever! I aslo want let you know I adored the Finance manager as well and they took outstanding care of me and I will always go there in the future for any New car experience. Looking for just the right van, I came across it on the Power Buick GMC website among their used inventory. Called to see about more info, and Kyle Reimer was the one that picked up. Couldn't have asked for a better rep, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was prepared to come look at it, but was facing delays. I was sure I wanted this specific van, so after some phone work for the financing, Power and Kyle brought it to me from Salem to Eugene, instead of the hassle of going all the way up there with kids. Worth looking into this dealer, and this sales agent, I felt well taken care of.

First of all, the salesman (Gustavo) was easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactic but knowledgeable and professional. Bought a $92k escalade sight unseen from this dealership on my birthday 1/5/88.Everything was awsome communication, payment, apr, etc. However delivery was at night as they delivered it 2.5 hours to my home in coosbay. The next day I of course start a mini road trip and right away notice the tires that came on a vehicle with only 28k miles were down to the wires. What kind of dealership changes out tires prematurely and sells it for $92k with warranties. It was a used car so the fact the flap was broken between seats a $ 1100 fix or the taps sensors being broken (probably due to them switching tires out) sucked but wasn't a major flag . The car also wasn't optioned as the dealer described. After reaching out to them proving with pics and receipts from far west tire they asked what they could do to make it right. I told them reimburse me for the tires and fix the options I was told came with it. Manager said he'd get back to me . Never did.Edit emailed back like response said but no email was sent back .. been a week still no response from power gmc

Probably the worst experience buying a vehicle. Bought out of state. They wouldn t send me my title. Basically got the run around every time I called. Someone said they would get back to me. Emailed Danny from finance and never answered my emails. Finally about 2 months later I had my bank call and see what was going on. They said they would send asap. Later they emailed my bank saying they haven t sent it yet because the truck wasn t paid for. Are you kidding me? My bank wired the money the day before I picked it up. Obviously I paid for it because I drove home half way across the country with it. Extremely annoyed at how unhelpful the staff was.

I can't begin to say enough about my experience with the gentleman at Power GMC. They took a seemingly impossible situation and made it work. Asher is remarkable kind,no pressure,and incredibly genuine.I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family, anyone that needs a vehicle.I had little to no faith that I would be getting a SUV ,much less in less than 2 hours. I drove away in a beautiful One with every possible amenity you can imagine.My gratitude doesn't seem enough.Thank you all ,so very much!

If you need a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend going to Power Buick GMC and ask for Celso. He is a person of integrity and will go the extra mile to help you find the right vehicle to meet your needs. Give him a shot before you buy anywhere else. Was told a truck was still on there lot. Drove almost 7 hours to show up and they sold it days before. Asked if they find anything like it again to contact me. 4 days later was told it was still on there lot by the same individual. Asked about a trade in aswell, they stated 9k under what KBB lowest number was. Hope others have better luck.

I don t have enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude for Marlo at Power GMC! He was incredibly patient and understanding through the process of my first new car. Him and his team were honest and up front with everything I threw at them. Not the typical back and forth car buying games I was nervous about.
