Horrible. I purchased an alternator and got warranty and when it went out, I came back to the store to replace it just to find out they never save it in the system. So frustrating because I payed extra for the warranty just to be robbed. Now I have to pay full price for a mistake they made.

Customer service is very rude. I called to ask when the workers there that would help me out for the parts I m looking for because he is knowledgeable and I called to see if he works there and he said no ask question a simple question and then they just hang up instead of asking me if there was anything they can help me with they hung up on me. That s why I m a bad asked me if there was something they could help me with for part look for I would ve said yes but they just hung up.

I drive for work, and while on a delivery, my windshield wiper blew off. It s been storming so I needed my windshield wiper. I went into O Reillys. They weren t busy, there was one guy helping a customer and I was next in line . There were two people talking in the back and then one guy came out from the back to help me. He looked up the correct size of the windshield wiper. I asked him if he could help me put it on, and he told me no without any hesitation, that there was only two people in the store. I explained I didn t have a wiper at all, And at this time it was pouring rain and very dark. I ve always heard bad things about O Rileys customer service but decided I d try because I was right there. Short guy with dark hair and a mustache, needs to evaluate his customer service skills . Not to mention I am a senior citizen!

My family and I were on our way out of town for Thanksgiving. When our headlight went out, it was late, so thank the heavens they were still open! I didn't know what I was doing. Walked in and asked the guy working, "What the hell do I do??" HahahaHe was incredible! Helped me out big time, answered all my dumb questions, and got my family and I back on the road in no time!THANK YOU, TREY!!!!!I'm so happy y'all hired that guy! He's awesome!

The girl that has curly hair kind of short was in a rush to help me and told me I had to replace a whole headlight for my ram and wasn t able to find a upper grill trim on her computer either she needs more education or she needs to leave. She was also laughing at me for thinking that I needed to replace the whole head headlight instead of just a piece of trim that goes above. She s unprofessional.

This is a hub store and will more than likely have everything you will need, one drawback of being a hub store is that it's always freaking busy. Expect to spend some time in here. I gave them three stars because more than once have I gone in here and got the same guy who doesn't know anything about cars I'm like you working in a car parts store how do you not know anything about cars!? He just said they just need people to show up and I thought wow that's a pretty low bar. I really didn't like the store feel as I've heard them blow off one or more customers simply because they didn't want to deal with them which I really didn't appreciate as someone who is both a customer and the mechanic. The parts are pretty good I usually don't have any problems but the employees seem to have a pretty low bar which is a shame for all of us to shop there.

This one is quickly becoming my go to place. The parts knowledge is hit or miss depending on who is there. And they have a bigger selection. If you go to any other O'Reilly's and they don't have it there, this one will likely have it

On 7/17/2020 I went into my local Orileys, I went in because I needed some oil and a filter for my 1999 CRV. I went in, got my oil and filter, I checked which oil filter would fit my car, which is specified in the book and on the Orileys website to make sure that this particular Mobil 1 oil filter (part no. M1-104A) will fit my car. so I trusted what I was reading on the site and in the book at the store. I purchased my oil and filter and drain plug for only $50, no big deal, I go home, change my oil and filter, I run the car for 30-60 seconds so I can check my oil after changing filling it up. While sitting in the car watching the time my oil light comes up on my dash. I shut the car off immediately then get out to see why, only to find out all the oil I had just put in the car is now on the ground. Come to find out the oil filter is slightly too big, causing enough oil to sneak by. Already frustrated I went back the next day to get my oil and purchased my filter elsewhere. Installed the new oil filter and it works no problem. It was a waste of a multiple 30 minute round trips to the store and a waste of $45 in oil and a filter and now I have to purchase supplies to clean up the mess and spend sometime cleaning my driveway.

Staff was very quick to assist me. Needed someone to show me how a door switch was unhooked in my Chevy S10. The guy came out of the store and disconnected it for me without hesitation. Service like that is very rarely seen these days. And they had the switch in stock. We're talking about a 1999 S10 pickup. I'll definitely do all of my auto shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts from now on.

The first O'Reilly Auto Parts who would not help me with my splash guard. I faithfully stopped at O'Reilly's on our summer car trip. Consequently, I broke my arm 2 days ago and the dude behind the counter "couldn't leave the new guy by himself." So he advised I go to a competitor down the street who was staffed more adequately. So I did it myself with the sling and splint on.

I'm rarely impressed with employee's in the business of Customer Service, but my recent experience with Jason (Auto Parts Specialist.... Night shift) was the opposite of that! Not only was he helpful, but he was knowledgeable and understanding. 5 stars for Jason and his fellow swing shift employees for going the extra mile!

I ended up at this location because I had a check engine light, and my car was acting very strange. It ended up being a cylinder misfiring and the fuel flow being off. This happened to be the closest location. Justin was the one who ended up helping me and I can't say enough about the customer service. Some of it was theoretical, just in case the parts I picked up didn't solve the problem and he was upfront about the fact that it was an educated guess. I've been in apartments so I'm pretty new to doing my own maintenance, and he was really good about explaining things taking my lack of experience into account. The parts I picked up did make an improvement, but it threw another code, and fortunately Justin was there. He even recognized me about three weeks later even though I'd never met him before the first check engine light scan. If I have any other problems pop up, this will be where I go if it happens anywhere near home.

I Just had the best experience here . I went in close to closing time to get help putting headlights in that another location refused to help with. Corbin was the guy who helped me and did it with a smile and very politely . He went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and I cannot be any more thankful for his amazing service and the experience I had in the store with him and Jason with my car necessities . Definitely recommend this store and more employees like them.

Paul has a terrible attitude, really can't get anywhere with this guy especially when it comes to finding the correct parts. Orileys is a great auto parts store but paul is a terrible employee.

NONE of the employees know what they are doing. I have been in many times. Every time I buy a part. They try to sell me the incorrect part if I give you year make and model. And part item. And part number you d think they couldn t mess up. Nope seriously . Please re train these guys.

Great auto parts store with reasonable prices. The staff here knows there stuff and are very helpful. Also they are open later than the competition which came in handy for me this time. They stay open until 10:00pm. If one location doesnt have your part they can get from another store quickly for you. Very good experience and excellent customer service

In a period of just two weeks I had to go back, because of wrong or incomplete/defective parts, 3 time. Twice for the same part. Overall they do good and the prices are fair, but quality is an issue.

The staff is very knowledgeable making the experience very quick and pleasant. They will actually look up what you really need and not just upscale you. They take the time to make sure you got what you need and believe it or not if they don't have it, they will tell you who does!

Waited 20 minutes to be told they can't read my CEL because there's only two people. Meanwhile I see 5 employees and only one person in line. More like you don't want to go in the rain. Waste of time and deflecting your business to autozone. Lazy manager.

Went in looking for a Chilton or a Haynes manual for my car. Not in stock. Not THAT store, not any of the others. HOWEVER,the associate on the phone DID direct me to where one may possibly be found. Not there either but the man took the time to help me

Good selection of tools for fixing stuff at good prices. So far so good. My concern is what's the purpose of having a rewards program if a person isn't able to have the purchases that they make credited for the rewards program. Just a thought.
