Went on a roadtrip from SanDiego to Canada. My husband picked up a metal object at I5North at Salem Oregon. Went to the shop. On a busy Sunday not much shops were open but still The owner is very accommodating, approachable, knowledgeable and kind. Price were very reasonable. It took less than an hour to get my tire fixed. Great job Noble Tires! I highly recommend it.

This place is awesome I live in Lebanon Oregon no place had used tires for a reasonable price and I took my sons car in and they hooked him up I just wanted to share that this place is the only place open on Sundays and a life saver. I d recommend this place to anyone that needs used or new tires.

I went to get an alignment done and afterwards it was worse! When I called and asked them to see if they could check it out and do it again, the owner said no. Tried putting it on something else and laughed at me and said take it to a mechanic shop. Extremely disappointed in their work and super unprofessional! I highly recommend everyone to go else where.**This is in response to your last message.**I came in there 2 weeks ago and called you the very next day. I said I was in a blue Honda Civic. You tried putting it off on my passenger front suspension being loose, even though I never had problems with it before...I did indeed ended up taking it into a mechanic & they said there was nothing wrong with my suspension. However, they did say that my ball joint on the front passenger tire was left unthreaded �" and that my alignment was done incorrectly with the "toes-out". Which was causing my alignment to be worse after seeing you and explains why my tires were catching the grooves of the road and pulling to the sides. They fastened my ball joint and re-did my alignment correctly and the issue is now resolved. My car drives perfectly.I want to mention that your customer service was terrible and that you cost me more money in the end by having to take it else where and paying you for a service that was done incorrectly. Not to mention laughed in my face over the phone.I'm not on here to argue. I am just stating the facts and hoping that other people aren't wasting their time and money with nobles tires.

We got a nail in our tire on the highway driving up to Portland. They took us in immediately, and identified the hole. At first they told us the hole in the tire was too big to repair safely, and offered us the option to put on a used or a new tire. We opted for the new tire. Then when they took the tire off the rim they decided the hole was smaller than expected and easily patchable. They patched it for us and we were on our way quickly. I happily paid $30 for the patch, and I'm impressed with their honesty, when we had already agreed to a $150 job.

Took my new tires and wheels here for mounting. They were quick with good service. $90 to mount and balance the 4 wheels/tires

Wasted money, Got front tires and an alignment here a month ago and I had to get new tires and another alignment from a different shop due to them being all shredded from the improper alignment done by noble tires

Went to get a nail out my tire around 5pm they close at 6 . The guy working was very unprofessional. He told me to leave and come back another day. He was to busy .. I'm not trying to get any special service but my tire was loosing air I asked him to please check it since I live far away. He just told me he couldn't do anything for me.. I bought the tires here. not returning anymore..terrible customer service..

Best ever. We had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm. Not a puncture--a full blown tear. They fixed it in 15 minutes! For $20! Very nice people. Saved our road trip. Drove that tire up a rocky road toward Mt. Jefferson that evening and hiked 6 miles in to a camp site just as the sun set! Asked the dealer to check the tire at our next check-up, they said it was the best patch job they had ever seen. Thank you!!

Great customer service from Nick at Noble Tires! He's knowledgeable and super friendly! Helped diagnose a vibration while driving at highway speeds and found one of my tires to be defective. Instead of upselling me, he agreed to swap out my good, new spare I had, for the bad tire for now and only charged $15 to balance my spare and put it on my camper van! Got me back on the road! No high pressure sales and that's truly appreciated! Just for that great customer service, I will be back to buy tires from them in the near future! Thank you, Nick at Noble Tires! You deserve a raise! Five stars!

Threw the weights off my front drivers side tire on a Sunday. Ford F 350 non drivable above 50 on the interstate. Another tire dealer would not help me. When I went to Noble they worked me in and respun my front tires with new weights. Back on the road in less than one hour. They have some great looking rims for Ford trucks also! Thanks!

I had an awesome experience at Noble. I had a fresh set of Pirelli tires shipped to me and needed them put on ASAP. I called in and was quoted a great price, and when I arrived there was no wait, they had me pull right in. The shop was very clean and organized, and the staff were calm and courteous. These guys were super friendly, even my kid was amazed. They had my new tires installed quickly and carefully. One of them saw me putting my spare in the trunk and offered to do it for me. Not being familiar with the Salem area, I could have chosen anyone. I'm super happy that I chose Noble!!!Thank You!

This place rep me off they install my break pats for $180..just for the pats but I own the pats..tire shop on Lancaster will give you the best price if you need a pats change $80 buck..compare to noble tire shop..they should change the name to rip off tire shop..

I found a screw in my tire and I thought that I would need to purchase a new tire even though the set was purchased less than six months ago. I called Noble tires and asked if they did walk-ins. The gentleman gladly welcomed me to stop by as soon as I could and when I arrived he took the screw out of the tire for me and ensured that there was no leakage. He was honest and did not try to sell me some thing that I did not need.

We were welcomed to Salem by having our tires slashed at the hotel we were staying at. We could not find our tire size at any shop but Noble. They were fair priced for what we had and they have very PROMPT service! We pulled up and they pulled my truck right in. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. He rolled the tire out to show me it was what I was looking for. Thank you Noble tire for taking care of us!

great service same tires lesshwab offered me only $400 cheaper for my pickup also have financing available at the time I was there no wait they had me pull in to bay and pick the tires about twenty min later back on road new shoes on horse thanks

Easiest & quickest repair! We stopped in with a punctured tire and were back on the highway in 20 minutes. Staff were kind and efficient. They could ve easily upsold us a group of women without much tire expertise but did not. Super convenient.

Ive been needing new tires on my Subaru outback.I decided today was the day with the snow and the family wanting to get out I had to be safe.I saw nobles opens at 8am so I drove down and told them what I was looking for and they showed me my options and at a great price .I was in and out in 50 mins with a new set of tires and money to spare these guys go above and beyond with their service and don't try and up sale you .

Support your local tires shops. This shop is great. The manager took the time to show me several different tires for my rig. Eventually they ordered me a set that came next day. Straight to the point shop with short wait times. Excellent.

I have a 2009 Mercedes-Benz 300c I had tires put on my car the tires are junk they lasted two and a half months I drive I-5 back and forth to work do not buy these tires they're absolutely horrible I contacted them back about the tires they said there's nothing they could do for me that I should have known about a lower profile Tire it's a stock tire for a Mercedes-Benz I had the tires that were on there before for 2 years please don't waste your money or time dealing with these people it's horrible

Exceptional, fast service and great value!100% would recommend over any of the bigger tire shops in the area.We got a flat tire and went to a Firestone location before coming to Noble Tires, Firestone gave us an estimated wait time of 2 hours. Noble Tires had us ready to go in no time , about 20 minutes!The quality of work done was great and the owners showed great courtesy, even exchanging our spare tire back!When you re on a road trip and time is of the essence, a place like this is a real life-saver!

Outstanding service, great prices always going above and beyond to help out. Oh and did I mention fast like the flash service.Noble tires will continue to get my business and the business and my friends and family for the foreseeable future especially as long as Nick is working there.
