Even though they were going through a bit of a hardship with their buildings burning down, the salespeople were super kind and worked with me to help get me in my new truck. Great customer service!

Outstanding customer service!! Great, seamless experience purchasing our new Nissan Rogue. Despite the recent fire at this dealership, the sales staff were amazing; super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating and no pressure. Thank you so much Nelson and Martin, you guys were great!!

I made a same day appointment on a Saturday. The service department was able to perform several maintenance items as well as take care of my check engine light. I was amazed that all work was completed and ready for pick-up the same day. As always Service Advisor Eric Lindemann was fantastic in both his communication and updates. He is very knowledgeable and explains every step and charge. I was very happy!

Nissan goes out of their way to do their VERY best, to provide their very best service! They are always listening to my needs, and when I feel something strange is going on they are willing to look into it no matter how insignificant it may be! I am an extremely loyal customer who heavily relies on my car and the service department is AMAZING at keeping me on the road!

They told me it would take 2-3 hours to service my car, in reality it took closer to 6. When I retrieved my car, my belongings were thrown on the floor and some even damaged. The people at the desk were incredibly rude to me as well. The rating would be lower had it not been for my shuttle driver. She was very sweet.

Where to start I traded my camaro in that I bought from them and was supposed to get a $1600 check back from them from the warranty and gap insurance I purchased with the car and I traded the camaro in back on October 14th of 2033 and here it is April 11th 2024 still haven t gotten a check and I ve emailed the sales manager multiple times it s to the point where he is now ignoring me. They re a shady dealership for sure

The saying you win with Tim is incorrect this book value sale is telling me you can only lose with Tim . A Friday 3 weeks back I came in looking for a new vehicle after searching we found one that would work great they said. The only stipulation was the car was in Mercedes getting service and wouldn t be done for 2 weeks, they give me a loaner no big deal. Finally I get a call to come get my car I show up it s not ready they call me back an hour later it s ready they ll meet me at the gas station to fill it and swap out from my loaner. In Oregon customer is suppose to break curb as well as get an opportunity to look over the car before purchase is final, Nissans employees met me at a gas station for my first viewing of the car and left with out giving me the chance to look at this car then promised to take care of the issues or give me a new car I said give me a new car they still have been dodging my calls over a week later. Don t buy from here Timmy is loose minded and legit yelled at every employee individually while I sat there all day while they looked for a car to work. Vehicles issues are hole in intake next to turbo, front bumper damages, headlight damages, no driving assists work.

I took my car in to be repaired at this place and wallet sat on their lot they left it unlocked and somebody went through my car and stole almost $7,000 worth of electronics and miscellaneous stuff. There was no evidence of a break-in which means they left my car unlocked all night long. When contacting your insurance company the claim got denied because they're not covered for that. Now I'm having to spend thousands of dollars on a lawyer to sue them. My advice is do not take your vehicle here unless you want to lose everything inside of it

Took greater than two hours to service and unsure if full service was even completed.. tires were not rotated and tire pressures were not checked/tires not filled. Will be returning to the dealership that I bought from for future service which is 45 minutes away. Much better service there.

Nissan of Salem is the absolute greatest! Our car guy Monte Riddle is just so great! He is so awesome! He is like part of our family now. He is knowledgable, smart, funny, caring, kind, and understanding. He is just so helpful and listened to us. He took notes of our needs and wants in a car and he absolutely went above and beyond and delivered for us. He really wants to just make people happy! And he did just that! He took so much time with us and helped us find our very awesome new car a Nissan Rogue! We love it so much! They don t rush and they aren't pushy at Nissan of Salem. They all were great there and really worked with you.Nissan of Salem gave us a terrific experience! They will be there for us to answer any questions or help us out in any way if we need or even if we just want to pop in to say hello. Thank you Monte and Nissan of Salem!

I hardly know where to begin with my experiences with Nissan of Salem. I purchased a 2022 Frontier with 6,000 miles hasn t even had the first oil change. I had been searching for the right Frontier since the first of the year, going to dealers and car lots only to be dissatisfied with the sales people not knowing their product or lack flexability with price. Then Nissan of Salem popped up on the internet with this vehicle. After driving the Frontier with Martin Gonzalez, the sales person, I was sold. Martin was the most knowledgeable person I had ever talked to about the Frontier, blowing all previous sales people completely out of the water! I felt completely comfortable and assured that I was being given accurate information about the vehicle and the sales process. Nissan of Salem bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal and after the sale allowing me to take the vehicle home with only a partial down payment with the balance 3 days later. This was business the old fashioned way with trust and a handshake. The stereotype car dealer and sales person is NOT at Salem of Nissan, truely a breath of fresh air. They and Martin are high on my list for recommendations. Thanks the Frontier is doing great.

Update: It gets better. I was noticing a different acceleration profile than prior to service, with the engine making considerably more noise at higher RPM. Looked under the hood. The technician never reseated and clamped the air filter housing. Photo attached. If you do get service here, make sure you inspect everything they touch. --------------------------------------------------------------I arrived shortly before my 10am appointment made weeks prior. I explained that I wanted an oil and filter change. I provided the service representative with a coupon for a discount. I also explained that I wanted some warranty issues taken care of (I had purchased a bumper-to-bumper, 7yr/150k mile extended warranty and provided a copy of the documentation). These issues included a non-functioning volume control knob on the infotainment system, an undesired behavior when switching FM radio stations, intermittent satelite radio connectivity issues (would only work when vehicle was not in motion, likely a wiring connection issue between the antenna and infotainment system), and intermittent backup camera connectivity issues (likely an issue with a wiring connector, possibly next to the camera itself). After about 2 hours, I noticed my vehicle had been moved to the parking lot from the maintenance bay. Since I did not receive a text notification and the link sent to check the status of my vehicles maintenance indicated it was still being worked on, I assumed they were perhaps waiting on a part. About 2 hours later, the service representative came and told me my vehicle was done (it had been sitting in the parking lot this entire time, and no one performed any work on it while it was there). I requested the keys so I could verify the warranty issues were resolved. The FM station switching was apparently solved via a software update, and the volume knob was fixed by a corrosion cleaning procedure. However, satelite radio did not work at all. The service representative told me the technician examined the backup camera connector, but did nothing else to that system. I was told that troubleshooting the satelite radio may take a few hours more, but I did not have more time to wait. When I went to pay for the service, the oil and filter discount was not included. However, to their credit, they waived the $160+ diagnostic fee and charged me parts & labor (about $70) for the software update and corrosion cleaning (the warranty carries a $100 deductible) and did fix the oil and filter cost. However, when you look at what they didn't do, I was charged 70% of my cost for the warranty for 50% of the work. Having this work done elsewhere naturally results in a net increase for warranty costs. My very first stop after leaving the dealership, the backup camera was again not functioning. Additionally, as the clouds cleared a bit, I could notice a glare on the infotainment system screen around the volume control knob. Upon inspection, there is clear damage to the glass, likely caused by an abrasive used during the corrosion cleaning procedure.I purchased this vehicle new from this dealership when they were located at the updated facility out on Mission Street. This is not the first time I've had an excessive wait for scheduled maintenance. While the air filter deal is new, they have returned the vehicle to me before with new gouges in the paint.2019 Altima

Will never use the service department here again. I went in because my car was driving weird.. they said there was a nail in the tire and that it could not be repaired because it was on the inside tread...based on the picture they sent - this was not true at all. Than they quoted me $1075 for 4 new all wheel drive tires and wanted another $800 just to top off my fluids and what not. Before jumping on it, I said no and would want a second opinion on if the nail could be removed or fixed. I took it to the main tire shop that I go to, they patched the nail spot in less than 5 minutes- the nail was, no joke, 1/4" long and had barely made a hole at all and was in the center of the tire, not on the inside. The guy was a complete jack wagon on the phone from Nissan. They are all about money money money, not the actual satisfaction of their customer.

Dear JonathanI just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for your honesty, dedication and for going above and beyond while selling me my car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that process easy. You made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and the purchase price was so very reasonable. You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to purchase in the future, I'll be sending them to Salem Nissan , and telling them to ask for Jonathan Thanks again.

My check engine light came on and after having AutoZone use their code reader it came up as a transmission sensor error I took it to the dealership to have it checked out. They quickly scheduled an appointment to determine if there was actually a problem. After dropping off my car they provided a ride home while they tested my car. After testing they determined that there was nothing wrong except the battery in my fob needed replacing ( the only thing they charged me for). Fearing the worst they allayed my fears and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction.

Been having an ongoing issue with my car so it was in and out of nissan, finally they found the issue and was fixed in a timely manner. This was a complex, frustrating issue, but they did go beyond making it right for me and fixing the issue, I did purchase my car there in 2014 and have gone with just them when it comes to fixing any issues or getting my car checked, I would recommend them and would also buy my next future car with them agian. Thank you nissan for your professionalism and also making things right, and going beyond to making this customer a happy customer.

The seller didn't really go over the details of the car didn't explain the features or how things work. However the finance department was wonderful and got me in the car with the payment I wanted.

I bought a certified pre owned Titan from Nissan of Salem. Martin, Nelson and sales Manager Curtis are extremely easy to deal with, they don't put pressure on you at all, as a matter of fact they treat you like a best friend! The Certified pre owned Titan I purchased is in excellent condition, I also purchased an extended warranty and a lifetime oil change package for a Great price. I would recommend Nissan of Salem be the first place you look for a New Nissan or certified pre owned vehicle, they'll give you the five star treatment!

Expensive and time consuming. But seems to be good quality work. They often quote very high so you feel better when you pay a little less at the end. Had lots of delays, took about a month and over $5200 for a transmission job. Quoted me about 5800 then came in at 5400 and gave me 200 off with coupon. CVT transmissions are expensive. Cost more than car is worth, but the devil you know ;)
