Amazing Windshield Replacement Service!I recently had the pleasure of using MS Glass for a windshield replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The customer service representative was friendly and accommodating, and they were able to find a convenient time slot for me without any hassle.I highly recommend MS Glass. For over a year I had a cracked windshield, after calling many places for a quote, none had fit my budget. Recently I had gotten my driver window broken into, and I immediately called Ms Glass, they put me in their schedule right away with the right price! I now have both my windshield and my driver window fixed with super fast service. I hope I won t have to, but I will 100% be coming back for future glass repair. Thank you Jordan and the team for taking care of me and my auto baby! Your team is amazing!

Horrible experience!!! Please read!! First, I made an appointment for mobile install but they cancelled due to broken windshield during delivery to their shop by their supplier. So I rescheduled. They said they would be out by 10am. I had to call them at 12:30pm to follow up. The manager was irritated and threw his staff under the bus while speaking with me over the phone. The installers didn t get to my home until 1:30pm. Installers made excuses why they were late; blaming their boss for scheduling their route incorrectly. After install I paid over the phone with my credit card. When asked for confirmation number he said, I ll text you a picture with the receipt. When I got in my car 2 days later my rear view mirror was unglued hanging by wires. I called the office that day and they said they could squeeze me in the next morning. I showed up the next morning to a poorly established and unkempt building. The manager came out, looked at my mirror and said to his staff, is this one of the freebies? When his crew said yes he began complaining about his installers, and in particular, about his employee who installed my windshield; his lack of desire to work or show up on time. The manager was swearing and was incredibly unprofessional, complaining about his crew and his boss. He glued the plastic clip to my windshield and said someone will be out to my home to finish the mirror install in 2 hours or so. I never got a call or visit. At that point the experience was so bad I didn t feel continuing to follow up was necessary. I YouTubed how to install my mirror and called it good. Don t go to these guys in Salem, Oregon!!! They are a joke!!!!

Shout out to this company. I called the day of about my situation with my rear passenger window being broken into and they order the glass the same day. My insurance that recommended a place couldn t get me in until about a week out, and I could not wait that long. MS Glass got me in the next day and out within about an hour. Great customer service, great communication, no confusion at all. Thank you for your speedy, yet effective service.

I had a windshield replaced at the Salem location. The glass was of low quality and leaked within two years of placement. This leak caused damage to my car's electrical system requiring further repairs. MS Glass refused to warranty the work they had performed. I do not recommend using MS Glass for any repairs you may need as they do not stand by the work they do and the work they do is of low quality. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.I added the video to show how Capital Subaru was able to detect the leak using window cleaning fluid and compressed air. The leak was in the bottom left of the windshield. The car has no sunroof just for clarification.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who went to another repair shop to put a new windshield on her 1983 Toyota pickup. She went back to that other shop 4 times because they didn t seal the windshield correctly. Finally she gave up and decided to try MS Glass Outlet to correct the problem. They did it right the first time, and she was very impressed with their customer service and their knowledge to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you for taking care of my mom MS Glass!

I got a new windshield put in today.Ms glass on state street. The staff were friendly and efficient. They said 1 hour to 1 and a half hours, it took 30 minutes. I highly recommend MS Glass.

Excellent customer service and replacement of my windshield couldn t have been faster! They stated it might take and hr and a half but I mentioned I was waiting for my vehicle and they nailed it out very quickly. Definitely would come back and recommend.

Justin is a machine!! These guys are absolute professionals & the lobby is chill and welcoming, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and no b.s., but I drove 60 miles from my house because of the rock bottom prices, I have a 2015 Chrysler 300s 5.7 hemi and it's MY BABY &they were very good and fast. Would definitely return and recommend others. They were also very punctual, which is important to me cuz I had to get to work right after. Thanks again fellas!!

Justin and his team went above and beyond to diagnose a troublesome water leak (2 leaks actually) in my Dodge Ram 1500. Justin replaced my faulty window which was the easy part, but took more time out of his day squeezing us in last minute and getting to the diagnosis of a bigger problem that our Dodge dealer didn't want to acknowledge or look into after dealership having it in service for 9 days. (A body seam leak, as common of an issue as the window and 3rd brake light, a problem that Dodge Ram is all too familiar with nationwide).My only regret is not going to see MS Glass sooner, 18 months searching for this leak in my new truck, only for MS Glass to find so quickly. I had made several visits to the dealer prior.I'm grateful for you!

Huge shout out to ms auto glass Jesse was super helpful to me!! Someone broke out my window the Tuesday before thanksgiving while I was at work I m a single mom and was getting a lot of negative feedback when trying other places that I wouldn t be able to get a window till Monday or Tuesday after thanksgiving I called ms auto glass Friday morning and he said be here at 1230 and it will be done by 230 and he was spot on!! I just wanna say thank you sooo much for helping a single mom with kids to get back on the road with a full time work schedule I could not have waited!!! You guys are amazing and I will definitely reach out if needed in the future!! Thank you sooo much!!! My window is beautiful now!!!

I had my windshield replaced at the MS Glass located in Salem OR. The windshield leaked allowing water into the cabin. This caused electrical damage to my car. MS Glass refused to warranty their work.

Needed a new windsheild for my semi called a few different places and MS Auto Glass beat everyone's price by almost half the cost. I talked with Justin at MS Auto Glass and he was able to get it installed in a very timely manner and he was awesome to work with. I know who I'll be calling the next time I need Glass replaced!

Truly grateful for MSGlass in Salem. I woke up to find my passenger car window had been smashed in and a bag stolen out of my car. My insurance recommended a glass service that could not fix it until Nov 6.I called MSGlass and they were able to get my car scheduled in the same day and out before 4 pm. Needed windshield replaced on my '96 Mitsubishi Montero 4x4. I gave MS Glass a call, spoke with 'Montero Sam' who swiftly ordered my specialty windshield as soon as we learned there was only ONE available in the region. Sam was informative, professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.The price for a specialty windshield, gasket and installation was affordable.Justin took excellent care in providing a quality installation and I was back on the road same day! He worked with my schedule and when I found out last-minute I was unable to pick up my vehicle, he had it delivered to my home!!! Top Notch Service Justin!!I am super happy with their quality of work. It has been over a month since the install and exposed to heavy rain/wind, hot/cold, branches & debris. 2 larger more popular companies told be my 18 Tacoma would be about $950 and my windshield needed recalibrated. The tech at MS said he regularly does Toyota s and showed me how he left the windshield camera connected and they replace for $425 and did it in under the 90 minute quote.
