Irwin showed up within 45 minutes of calling on a Saturday afternoon. I had a very large rock chip that he repaired very quickly. This was bad enough that I knew it couldn t wait as it could have destroyed my windshield on the next defrost after this cold weather. He was very nice and professional. Any time I need another repair or windshield replaced he will be my first call! Thanks Irwin! 20 stars if that s even possible!

Irwin was great! Came out the next day and fixed our chipped window. Very efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again for any future glass needs.

Irwin met me at my work to patch my chipped windshield. He explained what he was going to do and the costs before doing it. Our interaction was quick, clear, and professional. I went back to work while he worked on my car. About 25-30 minutes later Irwin called to tell me he was finished. He went over the work that was done as he pointed it out. Work looks good.

Very professional, timely and gave specific detail on how the job was completed and steps to take to bill it through my insurance. The chip in my windshield is sealed and smooth again. 2 chips cost my insurance $89. Much better than replacing my truck windshield for $300+

MK's technician showed up on time, was friendly, professional, explained the process, fixed the windshield chips, and cleaned up all in less than 40 minutes. Great experience, value, and service. Highly recommend and will call on again if needed. Thanks to MK Glass Repair and Irwin!
