Amazing customer service!We are traveling in a Sprinter RV and team at Salem Mercedes were amazing getting us back on our way in a couple of days! Wish we lived in OR so we could have this as our go to mechanic. AND I have NEVER seen such a clean shop.

I had such a positive experience working with Abel! He took videos and shared them with me in advance of coming down. His communication is clear and quick. He made the process seamless and the experience so positive. I will be calling this dealership first next time.

Great service!I recently purchased a Sprinter from a 3rd party in the Portland area, and required the support of a Mercedes dealer for placing the vehicle in my name for purpose of service updates and online app enablement. The front desk quickly connected my call to Eli in sales, who was polite, efficient, and helpful in listing the information he needed to complete the process online since I wasn't local. He followed up to inform me that he had completed the steps required once in receipt of my information, and provided clear instructions on next steps.Night and day experience from a nearby dealership. Easy to recommend Eli and the Mercedes-Benz of Salem dealership!

Eli & Brian made purchasing our new Sprinter van a seamless process; they worked with us remotely from outside of the Salem area and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were focused on customer service and committed to getting us exactly what we needed, and we felt that Eli was excited about this purchase as we were. They provided the best experience we have ever had at an automotive dealership.

I had the best car buying experience ever. Abel was efficient, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I had been to several Mercedes dealerships in the area and found sales at those locations to be substandard in customer service and appeared to not want my business.

While on a road trip from Canada down to CA, our motorhome experienced an error code message on our dash. After calling other MB dealerships & repair shops, we called MB of Salem. Evan was amazing & managed to squeeze us in for a quick diagnostic check to see what was going on. After some great advice, we were back on the road. While they were unable to get us in to have the repairs done, we are so thankful & appreciative of the help. We would definitely come back to this MB location again for any repairs or service needed. Brian and Eli were great to work with!! Due to my hectic work schedule we essentially solidified the deal over text and email. Eli was quick with responses and sent pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. He also took plenty of time to share all the features and options when we arrived to the lot. Definitely will be back when we are ready to buy a second Sprinter!

I recently purchased a 2021 Sprinter 4 x 4 that was upfitted by Travois Vans. Owning a camper van had been a dream for years but I could not find a product that suited my family of four. After trolling RVTrader for months, I finally stumbled upon Travois. It became clear that The high-quality, simple styling and flexible layout made Travois my best choice. The only problem: where to find a van to be converted? I was introduced to Brian Merrell at MB of Salem and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. From his professionalism in helping me to design the van to his kindness when answering my many telephone calls, texts, and emails, Brian and his team were simply amazing. Thank you to Eli for teaching me all about my van and to Tiffany for finding me a financing package that far exceeded my expectations. Both Brian and Eli went above and beyond to make our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Salem phenomenal. They communicated terrifically well and made sure to answer each and every one of our many questions. The process from the moment we inquired about our AWD Sprinter Van to the moment we drove it away was as pleasant and seamless as it could possibly be while handing over a large check :) We'll be going back here for all our future Sprinter/car needs and look forward to working with Brian and Eli again.

Bought the Acura MDX here. We were shopping for a MDX, and has reached out to 3 dealerships. The other two contacted me but didnt really give any incentives/rebate offer on first attempt. When Bernado contacted me, i told him i wanted to see which dealers will give me the best price. He came back in less tahn 30 mins and offered the 3k rebate. He is responsive, quick in updateling me in emails with the questions that i had. Thank you, Bernardo, for your hospitality and wonderful service. We felt easy and had no pressure dealing with you and your dealership.

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any person wishing to purchase a Mercedes or have one serviced. They are kind, courteous, very knowledgeable, etc. I cannot say enough how nice it is to be treated by people who have a genuine interest in helping in sales, service and parts. I have two dealers much closer got me than Salem dealership, but have had terrible experience with each of them. I travel 2 1/2 hours just to go to my favorite Mercedes dealer in Salem, Oregon.

Brian & Eli in the Sprinter department were amazing to deal with! After a couple of unpleasant transactions at other local Mercedes dealerships, we decided to give Mercedes of Salem a call. Could not have been happier with their service and professional! Highly recommend seeing these guys if you are in the market for a Mercedes Sprinter!

Regarding charging electric vehicles -Do not go to the Mercedes Dealership in Salem as they Park there own vehicles and block chargers constantly at that dealership.!! I give this dealership one star in Salem Oregon. I wish we had laws stopping dealers like the Salem Oregon Mercedes dealership on commercial from blocking the charging stations. Have pictures to show this practice at The Mercedes Acura dealership.!!! Just sick- now I found and rated the Whitenell Dealership as they are very accommodating and have many great fast and slow chargers available and they don't block them wow- that is how you take care of customers.!

We bought our first Mercedes (EQS) over a month ago and we had an amazing experience in this location, unlike the one we received in Portland. Abel is such a fantastic, caring, and honest salesperson! He went way out of his way to help us and gave us an amazing deal which no other dealership in the area could offer. Do not waste your time AND money in Portland. we had our worse experience of buying a car from Portland Mercedes, super rude and hostile. Totally worth the drive and we LOVE our EQS. Thank you!!

I recently drove from San Fran to Vancouver BC and experienced a flat tire in Oregon not far from Salem. The service advisor at Mercedes of Salem, Don Post, did the most outstanding effort to attend to me finding a replacement tire after determining that the run flat was at the very end of useful life and even arranged a loaner over night while organizing to have the tire installed! I can t say enough of how relieved I was to be in the capable hands and how satisfied I was with the conclusion that Don and this dealership delivered! If I was in the vicinity I would absolutely buy product from this operation, VERY satisfied, in fact elated!!!! Jim Somerville Toronto

UPDATETurns out there was a glitch and the car wasn't sold. Abel got back to us and we ended up buying the car. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with! Lots of communication after the sale (both Abel and Rudy) to make sure everything was good. Abel even helped several days after we got home to set up the Mercedes me app. I truly enjoyed the transition, and that is tuff to say about buying a car. I only wish we were closer so we could have them service the vehicle! Good outfit there MB of Salem!Original reviewWe were not able to put a deal together to buy a used GLS, but Abel was very good to work with, excellent communication, went above and beyond and was willing to help however he could. Hopefully we can do a deal together some time in the future. My only negative comment was that I had to find out from CarGurus that the vehicle sold.

We stopped in to check out a car we had seen on Carfax, and left two hours later with a gem of a vehicle!! Abel was a wonderful salesperson, so friendly and easy to work with. And Chris in finance made the buying process quick and simple. I highly recommend them both! We love our new ride!

Everyone was very professional throughout the entire process, I maybe spent about an hour and drove off with a car I absolutely love. I do wish I would of spent a little more time to learn more about my car features and settings as I was only shown, the ones I asked about before driving off.

Best Mercedes-Benz service Center in the state. Tony knew exactly what my issue was the second I started talking about it. I had talked to 2 other centers before and they kept trying to charge me for diagnostics when I'm under factory warranty. Nobody else knew what I was talking about when I said I had steering wheel vibrations and needed a software update. 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 4Matic.

Everybody there worked super hard to make sure I was able to leave with a vehicle, even if it wasn't the car I took in for repair. Tony and the guys in the service bay were super awesome and worked hard to see what was going on with my car and let me know the facts and what cost I would be looking at. Bernardo, Abel, and Ron, meanwhile, were looking to see what options I'd be able to go with for a possible trade-in. Overall, very satisfied with how things went. I was able to have a vehicle that I could drive back with at the end of the day. Thank you everyone!

I took my car for an oil changed for the first time here. The staff was very helpful and kind! They were able to take care of my car and check on things that I was worried about, definitely a much better experience than other places I ve been to! I also appreciated the complementary car wash! I will definitely be back

Went in August to have my 2020 Mercedes suv looked at, I had bought it 2 months prior at another dealership, car had low miles and was in like new condition. I brought it in because it was making a weird noise when doing slow turns. I can honestly say I don t even think they actually took a look at it. Ended up telling me it was normal for my car do make that noise and that it s common? Car had turbo but I knew the noise had nothing to do with the turbo. Had the car looked at by a mechanic who had worked for years with Mercedes and other luxury vehicles when he lived in California, told me he would see this issue often and it was actually the motor fan that was damaged and therefore making that noise, it needed to be replaced!I m wondering why an actual Mercedes dealership couldn t catch that? I m wondering if they had even looked at my car! Very shady!

Very professional 0.0% Sales pressure Got us financed Less in 30 mins Got are paymentwhere we needed Overall Great experience everyone there Is noting but professional andtruthful! GREAT TEAM!
