Best experience buy tires. These guys had a great attitude, we re very helpful and insanely quick. They also had the best prices after calling several tire shops in the Salem area. 10/10, highly recommend and I will definitely be going back!

It was 6:15 pm on a Friday evening and I had a flat. Martinez Tires showed they were open until 7 pm thankfully, and I called them up and asked if they could help. They said come on by. They offered to repair my tire or offered me a great deal on a replacement, and they were able to replace it in no time. They also filled up the air in all my tires. Super friendly and kind staff and a seamless and quick process. Would definitely recommend!

The guys there are awesome, they go above and beyond to help u without taking advantage of u. They care about only doing what is needed and they don't make u buy extra if it's not needed

Huge shoutout to Andre & his crew! They were truly lenient with my situation despite being on a tight budget, I had no other local place for help besides them. Unfortunately my car was sitting for over 2 months in the shop due to repairing. They asked to bring in my vehicle & Andre was genuine enough to cautiously observe the issue thinking it was flat, luckily in this case it was just my rim not properly sealed. They did my rotations & inflated all 4 tires! I was initially going to pay $80 for a new tire, Instead I paid $20 + $10 tip for Andre s assistance. I will definitely come back for the satisfaction I was given from these people! If it wasn t for them, I would be missing work! THANK YOU Martinez Tires

I watched them take a wire brush to my painted wheels. Their excuse was they needed to clean them to balance them properly. They obviously have no clue how to balance properly cuz they left the old weights on. 2/4 of my wheels leak from the valve stems after they touched them. When I confronted them I was called a liar and was told I was not allowed to speak with the owner. It will cost me 165 a piece to have them sand blasted and powder coated or 75 a piece to do myself

Unexpected flat tire on our bmw. We were gonna get a new tire but were looking for other options at the moment and found this gem. Quick and professional about it. If you need a quick fix at the moment. I'd recommend them. If you gonna pay for pairs and sets, know what you're getting.

Called and asked about a set of used tires on my commuter vehicle. Quoted over the phone, came in about an hour later and he gave me a better price on nicer tires. Not only was the price perfect, they threw them on right away without a wait. Awesome customer service, awesome price, will continue to come back for used tire needs.

Sometimes the workers there can seem quite strange or shady but overall I get everything I need done most of the time there was one time where I was going to buy a used tire for 60 bucks and when I told the guy that same tire was at another Martinez store for 40 bucks then he gave it to me for 40 bucks so it led me to believe that everything's negotiable overall I'm happy.

We had a nail in one of our tires and it was Sunday at 6pm. Everywhere was closed. I found Martinez Tires online and saw they were still open. We drove over, and immediately were helped. We had our flat fixed and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Best part, it only cost me $15! Awesome service and customer service. Very happy this place was around when we were stuck in a tough situation and needed our tire fixed.

Bought three used tires for what I thought a very good price drove out of there feeling like a million bucks maybe 8-12 hours later I get ready to go and realized my tire was almost completely flat. As it turns out they sold me a tire that had been sitting out in the sun too long and had begun to crack so the air was coming through the cracks slowly after replacing that tire with a spare the second tire which appeared fine on the outside from what I could see ended up popping while I was on the road with my newborn thank god it was a 25 mph road I was making a turn and you guessed it the second tire popped and I had to pull off to the side completely lucky the driver behind me swerved on to the next lane and didn t hit my vehicle I safely pulled off to the side of the road and called for help once the towing truck came and got me my baby and my car they took a look at the tire and asked me why I would drive on a tire in that condition wore down showing wire on the inner side of it. Of course I never thought to check the tires when I bought them, I m not a mechanic I m not a tire expert but I don t think I should of had to even tho they gave me a deal and they wouldn t give me a different set of tires when all that happened I gotta say I was so happy to get a good deal and did not expect for that to happen to me. I have children & the staff there saw them there with me while they changed my tires they chatted all of us up I felt completely comfortable I just don t get why they would sell tires in that condition to anyone at all. Now I know to check myself the tires I buy lesson learned if you do go buy some tires make sure to check them out and take pictures before driving off. I completely trusted them and thought calling them and taking in the tires for them to see how they ended up in less than 24 hrs they would try to make things right they didn t!

Went in there at 9am to get four new tires 185/70/r14 (what they should ve been not what I got) and came out to 260 dollars total. Thought this was a good deal until I realized my front two tires were squatting. I checked the psi and it read 32 which is where my cars supposed to be but when I checked the tire dimensions it turns out they sold me cheap too small/thin tires for my lil Honda Accord. Definitely ask them if they say they have all 4 new tires for a cheap price make sure they re the proper dimensions cause they could have cared less

Flat tire on Sunday night at 6:00 and we really didn't want to drive to Portland on the dinky donut spare. These guys patched the tire, stuck the spare in the trunk, and said thanks for the business. All in about 10 minutes. Great service. Thank you!

We had a nail in our tire 6:50pm on a Sunday- they fit us in right before they closed at 7pm. They were able to plug the tire and get us back on the road within 20 minutes, plus their prices were super reasonable.

Absolutely legendary. I get my own tires through the internet usually, because i get into my parts. But everytime i show up with my tires and they are always fantastic and freakin quick about mounting them for me. Thank you for your help.

Didn't have the best appearance but they work hard and were reasonably priced. I recommend if your looking for cheap deals. Also no waiting room from what I experienced.

My tire continually leaked after multiple times of going there. I even brought my own tires and they still leaked. Also they try and up charge from what they initially tell you.

Chewy is the man when it comes to tires. Only do business with these guys for all my family's vehicles. Highly recommend, great used tires, and by far best deals I've ever seen on brand new tires. Last year the only shop on a Saturday morning for miles that could fix my 26" tire.

They charged me $40 to repair two tires I have never been charged that much just to patch a tire
