I come here regularly for work on my box truck tires and have nothing but good things to say. 10 out of 10, would recommend.Preston in fleet services is an exemplary tech and definitely deserves a raise!

Great service! Went in with a simple inquiry, and the man behind the counter offered to show me how to put my specific chains on. I'd never used that kind, and he just offered to do it. YouTube is great for stuff like that, but during the process I had a couple of questions, and he immediately answered them.Thank you Les Shwab for your patience and good service!

I have been a customer at Les Schwab's for 40 plus years. Today I received the worst service ever. First of all I was told on the phone there wasn't much of a line but 15 minutes later when I got there there's a two and a half hour wait. I ended up leaving my car for the day so I could get home and work.I took my car in because the front tire sensor had gone off on my car and was at 26 PSI for my tires. When I picked up my car I asked if the tire had been fixed. The guy said that no they didn't fix it because it only needed 5 lb of air at the time and the sensors weren't off. The guy said it was only down 2 lb since around noon or so when they had checked it so it wasn't leaking it was probably from sitting in the hot sun. The guy had told me to drive it for a while to see if it still loses air and then I could bring it back like I would want to sit there for 6 hours again or have my car there again all day.So basically they did nothing and let me drive off with a tire that's probably going to go flat

I've been to many Les Schwab centers and have always had a positive experience, except for this location. This place is the exception. I have been here 3 times and all 3 times the staff has been less friendly than the other locations and 2 out of the 3 times they refused to fix my tire (one of the times it was repaired at another location. The other time I bought new tires else where). I love Les Schwab and definitely recommend buying tires from them, just not at this location.

I love Les Schwab. This place was very busy when I went in for a tire check on a low inflation light that came on. The only complaint is that I sat there for a very long time and no one came to let me know what kind of wait to expect....it would have been helpful. I appreciated the friendliness, but it would be nice to know more about how long I would have to wait (it was an hour before they finally looked at my tires).

I gave my friend a ride here because she had a flat tire and needed it fixed. They said to come back in an hour and it would be done. They got it done.The second time I came here I bought 4 new tires for my car to take a trip up to Seattle & to have my fluids checked. They were very nice and treated me well. That was 10 months ago. Just recently (4 or 5 days ago) I visited again to buy a pair of snow boots for my car. Once again they checked the air in my tires and gave me the heads up for a safe trip. Thank you Les Schwab!

Steering wheel was shakin' somethin' fierce. The tech at Les Schwab Mission Street quickly diagnosed a locked brake caliper and once I agreed to the price, BOOM it was done in a few hours. Everything is silky smooth now.

Fast, friendly and free tire repair. Picked up a nail and they got me right in and back on the road. Miss the popcorn (pre-Covid), but they more than make up for it with their service.Also saw the new traction "socks" instead of using chains. Very interesting.

10/10 would recommend! I stopped here Saturday morning and had a great experience, I was met with friendly staff who took care of everything and had us back on the road in only 30 minutes! It was stress free and I really appreciate how kind and understanding their staff were.We were running late and had just finished packing our car full of gear to go camping and when I started the car I got the low-tire pressure warning. I took my car here and they were able to help us right away, I had a screw in the tire and they removed it and patched the tire. The patch is good for the life of the tire and I was able to go camping without much delay, and best of all did not need to unpack my car to get the spare out.

Really great initial meeting getting quotes for tires. Both Amy and Nick were wonderful in ordering the tires so fast and getting me a great price. Everything was 5 stars until a different person at the counter turned things a bit sour. I went to pay my bill and she had added an extra $200 to the figure I was quoted. When I questioned this and brought out the original quote (which I had kept), she became irritated and short with me. There was a huge tire on the floor in front of the counter where you have to put your card in a machine, I couldn't get easily to the machine and so moved the tire a little. Well this must have snapped a thread in her because she was not very professional after that. No apology over the huge financial mistake either.So, without this person, I would give 5 stars for everyone else who works there.Very professional, fast and clearly know what they are doing when it comes to tires.

Nick was awesome today!! Spoke on the phone about some tire options for my Jeep, he gave me a good recommendation, his team had my new tires on in the time they said they would. Very happy customer!!

They were very slow it took almost 2 hours just to rotate the tires they just are slow not the same as they used to be so unless you got a lot of spare time I would suggest making an appointment with them

I was told I needed four new tires because of a "bubble" on one of them. The car does need an alignment but the tires are still okay. After I took my vehicle somewhere else, it turned out to be two obvious screws in the tire, not a bubble. I saw the Les Schwab Technician having trouble getting the tire off. I wonder if he made up the bubble, there was not one on the tire.

I've been going to Don and the gang at Les Schwab on mission for years now and they have never steered me wrong. I have a jeep Cherokee that's been experiencing a violent shaking from my front end occasionally when hitting bumps in the road at higher speed's and I brought my truck in and they had it back to me in less than 2 hours and my front end feels wonderful. They never try to sell me thing's I don't need and they are always honest with me. It's hard to find honest people in the automotive business but Don and the crew are always honest and straight forward! Thanks Les Schwab for taking care of my Cherokee.

My tire was low on air Monday. So before driving to Portland I wanted to get it checked. Drove into Les Schwab and waited and waited. There were 3 service techs standing in the bay working on one car. All 3 techs made eye contact with me but not one of them ever said a word to me. Not hi or how can I help you, its going to be a minute, nothing. After I sat there 15 minutes I drove off. I will never use Les Schwab again. They have changed and there commitment to customer service has gone down the drain.

Horrible Customer Accountability. They just want your money. The tire "pros" let me leave the store after mounting improper size AND tread matched tires to my vehicle for 2 years of winter changeovers without even mentioning it.At the same time, they also mention how they check for "safety" and tire size every time a vehicle gets released from service as a courtesy. Too bad they aren't accountable when you call them on it.I have either left this location from Fall/Spring changeovers 4 TIMES with a completely different tire size and tred pattern on one tire without them mentioning it once. OR they won't admit to possibly making a mistake and bagging and sending me with the wrong tire during my last fall changeover. They even went so far as to suggest that I might have purchased a used tire and had it mounted somewhere else and then brought it to them - what a joke.Les Schwab Mission St. has either been servicing my tires/vehicle incorrectly for almost three years, or they are not willing to admit a mistake,Either way, you should never leave a tire shop with improperly matched tires and for this business to let it happen multiple times and then not be accountable was too much for me. I am no longer a Les Schwab customer. I found the same set of tires 25% cheaper at a shop down the road.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Eli repaired my flat tire in the estimated time I was shared. Eli was very nice to work with as he displayed excellent customer service skills. Experiences like this make Les Schwab my tire home.

Always pleased with Les Schwab and this is my favorite location. I went to them for a pre trip checkup less than a week before my 2 week road trip, and they were able to check out my car and redo my brakes, (which I already knew needed done) all in the same day. I was very pleased with the work they did and the care they give to their customers.

My car had vibrations so I took the car there to get a alignment and balance on my wheels my boss told me not to take it there but I did anyways but after driving away the car was worst it felt like it was going to fall apart so I took it to a different shop and it turn out to be that they left all four tires with the old n new weights, way out of balance and improper placement the guy there was rude and pretty much treated me as liar I had to show him a pic for him to belive me they refunded me for the balancing and also they didn't tell me that my inner tie rods where messed up to they only told me one outer was bad so now I need to realign my car this has cost me and arm and a leg this created a very inconvenient experience and they didn't even apologize I guess am not important if this rating had -stars I would give them - 5 whats sad that they should properly train their employees!!!

Made an appointment for 2hrs later. Back at 145 and they got me right in. Extra help in trying to find a slow leaky tire. Great people. Proud to be part of the les Schwab family.

Great service! Filled with lots of happy staff members who took me in as a walk in service and patched my tire within an hour. They were very busy with a full schedule of customers and I felt very attended to. I 100% recommend.
