Thank you Troy for telling me about the trailer services at Les Schwab! We brought our travel trailer in for some preventative maintenance. It's so nice that they offer this service as our dealership is an hours drive away and it's difficult to get an appointment there. It gives me comfort knowing they did a thorough safety check.

Place is garbage. Took my wife s truck in twice for tire leaks, they told us it was the rims so we got new rims just to find out that it wasn t the rims at all. They overcharged my wife, unprofessional employees, just overall a bad place to go for anything to do with your tires. Do not recommend & will never be giving them our business again.

I go there for a front left leaking tire, asked them to inspect the tire, they say the rim is the problem, bought new rims from discount tire and when I went to have them put on they found where the leak was. Big thank you to discount tire for doing their job and finding what the problem actually was

I have always respected this organization but the true leadership, effort, and overall bang for the buck recipe they got me in th3 door with 35 years ago isn't there anymore. I did shocks for $355 then they did the hard sell on tires that looked new because of uneven wear and that they were 7 years old. They wanted $630 to fix my problem. I went to Walmart and fixed it for $299 in tires and $80 in labor. It sucks to have to go to two places now.

This was a wonderful experience. The brake specialist was knowledgeable and kept us informed on what he found. The work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.

So my dad got a flat by the Salem police dept and needed two tires front left and back left seen on Facebook that a lot of people getting hit by this pot hole by Salem police dept! Why didn t les swab make it known instead of keeping allowing customers to get pop tires and collecting money! And on Facebook says they had a lot of customers with same pop tires and same hole. They aren t being community helpful they just taking money bad place to go to .

The manager, Rob, is the best! He is very helpful and patient as I need to be educated about most purchases. Great service and reliable products and workmanship. Love my new tires and rims!

They saudvit would be a 2hr wait!Waited 2 1/2 hrs still didn't take car for just a tire change! Left an went somewhere else! Took them 20min to do tire change an was much cheaper!

I pulled in at 5:50, with a large screw in my tire, 10 minutes before they close and they are taking care of it now. I cannot think of better customer service.

Friendly prompt service some times. I made an appointment one afternoon for 9:30 the next morning to have a tire checked. When I got there the next morning there was no appointment. Had to wait an extra hour.

They are insane here. I need my brakes replaced and made an appointment for that. They refused to even look at my brakes and were trying to force $750 tires on me. I have an old car. It s not worth paying that much for the tires. The last time I bought new tires for a better car it was $400. They didn t want to take my no for an answer even when I came to pick up my car after I had told them twice on the phone. Do not come here unless you want to be forced to do the services they want or leave.

I've purchased tires from Les Schwab several times. You can't beat their service. And they're willing to repair flats for free. Has definitely made me a fan And repeat customer of this.store.

Amazing. Both of my cars ended up with nails and screws in the tires, along with most of my neighbors. Les Schwab got both my cars right in and fixed right up. As always. I love their consistency and how great they are to me and my family.

This company and this store In particular are all Aces!!! They are friendly, professional and push out quality work. They've helped when I was in a bind and I appreciate them. Won't go anywhere else and I tell all my friends about this place.

Got tires here that are made for driving on wet surfaces and boy do they ever make a huge difference in the way my car handles in the rain! I can't comment on the prices because I didn't shop around, but the service has been excellent every visit. Recently bought chains for a trip to California, but ended up not having to use them.

It's Les Schwab. If you live in the PNW you gotta know about them. Awesome service and follow-up service too. We've been customers for decades. The only tire shop we use. Can't recommend them enough. Absolutely 5 star service no matter what shop you go to.

Found a screw in my tire after I got home from work, with a slow leak. I needed to be at work at 9am, needed to make some deliveries and we were short staffed.I showed up at 8am when they opened and explained my time crunch. Anna got me right in. Jacob worked at top speed. My tire was fixed and I was on the road by 8:30! Great experience and amazing customer service. Thanks again Les Schwab for exceeding expectations.

I had trouble with a sound in my front tire and stopped there while headed to central Oregon on vacation. They looked at it in about an hours and sent me on my way. Very kind people and great popcorn

Last time I had something stuck in my tire, which I tried pulling out, it made it worse. Les Schwab took care of my mess.This time I found a screw in my tire came right to this Les Schwab. I was in and out within 30 minutes.You cannot ask for better service!Thank you!

I had my husband go with me thank goodness!! They always try to get you with the add ons they MUST fix. Do not let them order you around. Get a second opinion. They will make it seem like they cannot progress with your service unless you follow their recommendation. Do not fall for that.

If I could I would give them no stars.. if your Hispanic don't go here!! They cater to Caucasian people. I had an emergency outside,my car died and I had no tools to pull out the battery, when I went in to ask for some assistance they refused to help! Basically told they are to busy. They had like 4 people literally just standing doing nothing. I just needed a quick jump!Every Latino I know who steps a foot in this location always ends up having a bad experience.I have family that live in West salem and they refuse to go there because the service is extremely bad!When I called them out on the discrimination the response they gave me was that they have 2?Latinos working here I will be contacting corporate to let them know what's going on here!

Liars and thieves. Make sure you know about cars if you bring yours here. They will try and sell you services and parts you don't need. Glad I got a second opinion on some supposed "work" I needed done to my cars front end. Don't go to les Schwab.

Had my vehicle for 3 days and did NOT touch it. The idea was to keep the front from vibrating, so I asked for them to do an alignment. I made it perfectly clear a long road trip was ahead. On day 3, I specifically suggested that if they could not get to the alignment for lack of time to, at a minimum, please check all tires for balance. All vehicle tires are high quality Les Schwab purchases. I had called early that morning, spoke with the assistant manager, about my concern that the vehicle would not be finished. He stated that he did not have the information and my call was sent to the back where alignments are done. I made it quite clear, at a minimum, to please check the tires. When I went down at 15 minutes till closing, I waited patiently until 5 minutes after closing, only to be told the alignment looked fine and the tires HAD NOT been checked. After a brief discussion the asst. manager agreed to look at the front tires. He put a little weight on one and said it should be fine.It wasn t! We stopped along the route and the first les Schwab rotated the tires. That moved the vibration from the front driver side to the back passenger side. The second stop, Les Schwab in Idaho, said the tire had a flat spot and that was the reason for the bounce. They replaced the tire (no discount for what was a fairly new tire they took off) and this took away the bounce but not the pull to the left. When I arrived at our destination, I took the vehicle to a local shop. They did an alignment, replaced 2 more of the les Schwab tires, balanced the rest and the drive home was smooth as could be! To say I m disappointed in les swab would be an understatement. The once take care of customers motto has been lost at this location and all my business and my extended family will be going elsewhere. We are heartbroken. This wasn t the first issue we have had in the past year. The first was when they had the vehicle for 2 days (with an appointment on day 1). When we went to pick it up on Saturday, they wanted us to come back on Monday because they only did 2/3 of the alignment process. Since we were leaving Sunday this was impossible. This first issue was the reason for the second visit. Within 1 year this location had our vehicle for 5 days and only accomplished a partial alignment and hammered a few ounces of weight on one tire. Your system failed. If you appreciate your mechanics work, that is fine, but do not let them deal with customers nor type in customer s requests. For 2 days you could have inspected and changed all the tires if need be, but it just sat in the lot waiting for an alignment that never happened. UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to restore Les Schwab quality work you need to make changes to your intake process and those who are responsible for making sure the work gets done.

Awesome service. They found a nail and a screw that had punctured the tire. Rather than trying to sell me four new tires, they were able to fix both holes and get me back on the road in just a few minutes, with no charge. There is a good reason I buy all my tires at Les Schwab Tire Center. They are the best.

Les Schwab did a phenomenal job installing a lift kit, along with rims and tires on my truck. They re all honest, hardworking guys, and made my dream truck a reality. They even stayed open past their 6pm closing time to get it done and finished the same night. I really appreciate everyone s time and effort put into this, I m blown away. I highly recommend these professionals over anyone else. Thanks guys!
