This is a well-run shop. All of the technicians are helpful and competent. We purchased new tires and ended up less than $600 out of pocket. Excellent quality tireFantastic people!

Went in and was greeted right away. Did not have an appt, went in to get my tires rotated and balanced, was in and out within 30 minutes. No charge since I bought the tires there. Was given a receipt with my next suggested maintenance. Great job. Have recommended this place to my daughter who has 3 vehicles

Such a blessing to have this service available in town. These people do their best every single time and it's always appreciated. I've come in now for various issues with my tires. I am always helped within minutes after arriving.

Les Schwab helped me remove a flat tire for free out on the street and then was able to get me a new tire the same day. So appreciated and great service!

Came in for a leak, and even though it was almost closing time took care of me. No problem, it was awesome to see that some companies care about the customer these days. Most others don't thanks guys

*update*the manager Jacob helped make things right after discussing with him what happend he made things right we since have been back and now my sisters car is road safe now thank you Jacob for helping us through this and making everything right I now will continue our relationship with lesschwab as we have been going here since 2012 im glad the manager helped out wo can continue our trust in the store tha k you so much for being kind and understanding.Ok, so I've used them for years with no problem . Yesterday, I took my sister to get breaks looked at. Yes, I know we didn't have apointment we were a walk-in, and we dropped off a little before 9 am . Throughout the day, I called for updates they informed me the breaks were really bad so I said yes please do them they didn't inform me that they would be putting everything together and setting it out side then close to closing time I called to check if we can pick up the guy says we'll a part we got was defective so it would have to stay over night to finish repair ok so they call this morning to tell us it's ready cool we go to get the car my sister is super low on funds so she ademtept to do the in house finance the lady failed to inform her her credit score must be 625 my sisters score was 602 so she was denied unles she had a co signer .I told the worker that if she told my sister about the 625 score before submitting her application, she said oops im sorry, my bad ." If we were informed about the 625 score needed, we would have not even tried since we already knew her score. Now my sister has a ding on her score. I will not go to this store ever again the lady needs better training and more training in working with customers

JR was absolutely amazing! He s a new employee but did a phenomenal job on fixing the tire on my trailer! He was fast, knowing I had camping plans today.. in and out in less than 45 minutes! THANK YOU!

Fast service although a little bit more spendy than Discount Tire. They changed my tires as I waited. I didn't have an appointment, and watched the TV in the waiting area during the wait.

Took my car in for new tires, they put the wrong size on. Back and front tires rubbing.They corrected the back tires but won't correct the front tires. Now I have brand new tires on the front that rub!!This is not the first time they've done this to people.I will never take my business back to them.

Honestly, I'm not impressed with them whatsoever. Seems like ever since they got bought out, they have really just gone downhill. Will be looking for a new place to get my tires from.

Got my tire checked out due to low air pressure. They thoroughly checked it over. Nothing was wrong. No charge. They let me know about a couple of other things that were wrong with the car, that I already knew about, and how much it would cost to have them do the repairs. But absolutely no pressure to do those repairs. That's how business is done, folks!

Super fantastic good service. Jacob and the rest of the folks here are wonderful. Fixed my slow leak and had me on my way in a hurry. Definitely a super positive experience and I ll be back!

I can't really say whether the prices are good or bad, but they've always taken good enough care of me and my vehicles that it hasn't been a consideration. I'm a customer till they give me a reason not to be.Glad that the service quality is still what it was 25 years ago, even if the ownership is different these days.

I was quoted 65 to 70 for labor instead of the shop 140 labor per hour fee. Since I was going in to have a couple of studs replaced and it was a fairly easy job. I tried to explain what I was quoted but James said the shop labor hour is 140. What really upset me was that they charge another customer ahead of me $70 to have 1 stud replaced. Yes, I had 2 replaced, but that does not double the time needed. So they did two things wrong they charged someone else a different fee, and they didn't charge me what was quoted over the phone.

Had the wife bring in some tires purchased elsewhere to swap for the dryrotted sidewall tires another Leschuab installed and didn t mention. Have to say our fault for not seeing as they were in bags and it happened at another location. Had a quote for the swap and all else. When we said we would dispose of the old to lower the expense and recycle them at a later point nothing about a price was said on their behalf. After seeing the bill and questioning it regardless of they disposing or you as the customer doing so they still charge. Leschuab had been a great place to do business with till recently. The other River rd location also messed up a lug by cross threading the lug and as it was a free tire rotation I fixed it myself that evening. Uhhhh just not happy and will have to think if we will return as customers or not in the future.

You will not find a better tire service shop than this one. I m going to keep my experiences private, but on numerous occasions , I have purchased and received top notch products along with top notch customer service.I won t go anywhere else.

My crime was tearfully asking Jacob why the different locations were playing hot potato with me instead of calling in advance (I had an appointment), and asking that Jacob the manager please listen and not interrupt.My punishment was a window left ALL the way down in the pouring rain! Thanks Jacob! 12/10, will return so you can sog up my car again and yell at me in a lobby of other customers! Do you feel like a man?? If you can't handle basic, calm-but-stern questions, quit!But seriously, I understand that managers are busy but this guy obviously has no idea what he's doing.

My vehicle was vibrating at high speeds. They got my tires balanced and fix the problem. Got it done at a great price and in about 20 minutes. For quicker wait time I suggest to schedule an appointment.

The poorest communication with customers I ve ever experienced. I called Wednesday 11/10 to set an apt for an alignment and break check, was told that they don t do set app times and to just bring my vehicle in and they d fit me in. So today Thursday 11/11 I bring in my vehicle in at 10am. Explained the service I was looking to get done (alignment, break check and possibly new tires if needed) and was told it d only be a 2hr wait, so not too bad of a wait time so I sit and wait in the lobby. 2.5hrs go by and they were just getting to my car. An employee comes in and explains to me exactly what services needed to be done which were all the services I had came in for. Almost 1.5hrs go by my vehicle is finished, I get up to the counter to pay only to be told they could only replace the tires cause the employees that do the alignments and breaks only 1 was in that day and already had 2 other cars to work on 1 that came in at 8:30am and the other at 9:30am this morning. Ultimately I waited almost over 4 hrs just to be told that the main service I came in for weren t able to be done be today and that I had to make an apt for, weird cause I was told that don t do apts the day before! Instead of just telling me 1.5 earlier or when I had first walked in at 10am! RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLEA couple helpful tips for next time1). If you aren t capable to do a service because of scheduling issues make that known right away to your customers .2). If you aren t able to estimate a correct wait time please don t give one.

I got a flat tire and was drove there on my spare tire. Amazing customer service, friendly staff. My tire was fixed in about 20 minutes for just 20$. Thank you so much!

We noticed we had a nail in the tire at the fuel station a few blocks down. The fuel station aired up the tire and we headed to Les Schwab to get it fixed since they do all our tires. Pulled in at 5:30pm and the lady at the front desk informed us that we can't even get our vehicle looked at. I stated I apologize for coming in 30 minutes to closing. The tire is going flat as we speak inexplained & We are on our way to Lincoln City for our wedding anniversary. The lady rudely again stated, "We Can't Help You!". Went down the street to Discount Tires and spent $1,200 with them. I guess they want my business and will have it now for life.
