Told my mom she needed new front brake calipers and the rotors turned. What they actually needed was a bleed and new pads, rotors were in great condition with no glazing or excess runout ( had someone check with a dial gauge ) and the calipers looked almost new, pads were worn evenly. Go to a real mechanic, there's several nearby.

I woke up my tire was flat I was able to get it to my local Les Schwab they took the screw out that I picked up on the way home the day before and it didn't cost me a dime and they even gave me an estimate on some new tires so a bad day started out and ended up good at Les Schwab

The bane of every traveler-the red tire pressure light goes on! You exit the freeway, stop at a gas station, and hope you can find a tire repair place open late on the day before Thanksgiving. We roll into Les Schwab, and there s a guy out at our car looking at the tires before you can say Jumping Jehoshaphat. We explained we were almost at the end of a 1000 mile trip, and they checked all the tires, added air and took one off to soap it up and really give it a look. Les Schwab with that act of kindness just made a customer for life out of me!

Good service, except all Les Schwab employees use to greet you as you got out of your car and they don't do that anymore.

I had one of our employees take one of our fleet vehicles into this specific location today. We told them to inspect the brakes. They said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Here s a picture of what was actually wrong. The entire brake system and that specific tire was nonfunctional yet my employee was told that everything was fine. And of course the first thing they tried doing was selling some brand new tires. I called them to point this out and spoke with both a mid-level manager as well as the store manager and I will tell you it was a pretty unfortunate and sad interaction. The customer service culture at that location is being driven by a manager that I believe doesn t understand the customer service experience. I am livid. The store manager spent 75% of the time blaming us for not having told them that the brakes were already broken. Saying that this is why they did not catch it. Keep in mind they say they offer free brake inspection s, well he made it clear today that free brake inspection s are only a quarter of a real brake inspection. If you re looking for accuracy, don t use their free service or just take it somewhere else.

Excellent products and service. Had my tires rotated for free since I had bought the tires from Les Schwab. They also checked tire wear, air pressure, and alignment. Very pleasant people to work with.

The staff was extremely friendly, no issues with the visit, My car indicated low tire pressure. The gentleman was right there filled the tires and informed me that a tire should be checked. I was going to run my errands, but took my car to Discount tire to be fixed, Discount Tires does only tires, no up sale

They went to another store to get the matching tires I needed. They did it in a timely manner and kept me up to date. Good prices and also let me know how my breaks were.

Went it waited in line for 15 to get a guy to ask what I needed went out to my car and came back in and was rude and treated me like a wallet of money he was trying to get into I would not go here!!! Go to discount tires way better

Blake,Joni and Junior/Jr all show exceptional customer service and compassion. I am beyond impressed with the is location. I am new here and have had decent experiences with Les Schwab so far this one by far has blown me away and I will be happy to return for any of my vehicles

I had a recent problem with a under inflated tire while traveling down I-5. A different tire shop had rotated the tires earlier that morning with out correctly adjusting the tire pressure(s). This Les Schwab location quickly helped me out and at NO CHARGE... THANK-YOU!!

Such a great experience. Was road tripping, hit a nail and still had 8 hours to go. Shane got me in and out in a flash and back on the road. My kids had popcorn and water and loved hanging out in their clean lobby. Thanks again!!!!!

Jamie was incredibly helpful, as well as a number of other individuals (thanks to Dalton and Jr. especially). I've taken my car in more times that I'd like in the past few weeks, and I am always treated with kindness - and efficiency!

They estimated my car would be finished in an hour, and after an hour they still hadn't taken it in for service. I was just getting the battery replaced. Since I was in a hurry I left and got a battery cheaper elsewhere later in the day. Their products and services are excellent, but if I'm paying their premium prices I think service should also be within their expected timeframe.

Horrible service and caught them in lies. DO NOT buy your batteries from here. So far the worst battery I've ran in my truck. Haven't even had my batteries for a year and it's already showing me a problem with the batteries. I'll be testing them later. Alternators are good and putting out plenty of juice (have been tested). The batteries just can't handle what they should. Very disappointing. If you want good service go to any other Les Schwab in the area and they are amazing! The one on Boone Rd is by far the best imo

Took my car in for a pre trip inspection and when I left my car felt like something was loose and was making loud sounds. I took it back because I thought maybe they left something loose and turns out all four struts are leaking and need to be replaced and costs $1200! Regret going in my car was good before taking it in.

Popular car care center specializing in tires and brakes.We were greeted warmly and helped right away. The staff were knowledgeable and informative. They gave us a great deal on a new set of tires and the process only took about an hour. It showed they value our time & money. Les Schwab continues to offer the excellent service we expect. Thanks.

Thank you. I live with my two cats in my truck and they took care of a brake leak from a previous Les Schwab even though a lot of time has passed and they worked with me having two small animals living in my pickup.Thank you.

Was on I-5 south on the way to a memorial service I was to speak at when one of my tires blew out. Got a spare and limped to Les Schwab. The manager took the time to replace the tire himself and got me back on the road fast enough that I made it to the service before it started.Really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me when I was in trouble.
