I was very happy with the customer service that I received for my oil change.At the time that I picked up my vehicle, they had paperwork showing a few things that needed to be attended to in the near future, with an estimate of the cost. This helps me plan my budget, so that I can get them taken care of, and keep my vehicle running in good shape.

I appreciated the clarity that was given to me when I called about my truck.I had called around different mechanics, but because of the great communication, reasonable cost, honesty and good vibes I have no regrets and I'm glad a chose Ledoux. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

The techs at Ledoux s got my car in to diagnose its problems very quickly. They were swift, professional and incredibly informative. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone in the area.

Very poor quality work. Took vehicle in for breaks. After replacing drums AND pads 3x on the back the owners response was to be annoyed we kept coming back (even though each time the technician recognized the issue and warrantied the work). Lost countless hours and almost 2 months of aggravation to bring it to another shop and have the issue solved immediately. Highly recommended against using this shop

I had a great first experience at Ledoux's last week! I don't remember the name of the gentleman who scheduled my appointment but he was very friendly and polite. He got me an appointment first thing the following day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Wendy who was so helpful and welcoming! She asked if I wanted a diagnostic run, I declined as I had a pretty good idea of what was going on, she informed me of the standard shop fee, then she let me know that they would call me with a quote once they sourced an alternator for me. Not even 30 minutes later Wendy called back with a quote, confirmed I didn't want a diagnostic, and that was that! I was able to pick up my car later the same day and things have been working great ever since. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and honest. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop if I need further repairs!

I am so grateful for Ledoux for my most recent visit. My cars starter went out and I called first thing Friday Morning and was made an appointment for that day at 10am! They did advise me they may not be able to look at the car that day and it might be the following Monday. They were able to take a quick look Friday and let me know the part for my car wouldn t be in until next Wednesday. Surprisingly they ended up getting it done same day! I was so grateful and appreciative of the service I received. I also appreciate the honesty of parts being ordered/how long things may take. THANK YOU.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first visit to Ledoux's because I couldn't get into my regular mechanic, who is honest, affordable and stands behind his work. I read the reviews and felt somewhat comfortable. I appreciate that the alternator replacement was completed in one day.But I was disappointed in the attitude of the mechanic I asked a question of. His response was "You said you didn't want an inspection, so we didn't look for anything." My question was whether or not he had NOTICED a particular thing, not if they had inspected it. And furthermore, I did not say I DIDN'T want an inspection, I told them I had been into Les Schwab for a trip check, and LS said the alternator needed to be replaced. He was rude, surly even. Maybe he was tired, or hungry or....? I picked my car up before closing time, so that wasn't it.Also, I was given an estimate which I agreed to, expecting a new alternator would be installed. I had researched the approximate costs for parts, labor, etc., for my car, and it was in the ballpark. I also asked my son, who restores classic cars, what to expect, and he said the same thing. After reading my receipt, I noticed they had installed a remanufactured alternator. I wasn't asked if that was okay. I should have been given the option and any price difference, and allowed to decide, before okaying the cost.There is also no warranty on a remanufactured alternator, which is important to me. I don't buy anything (mechanical) for my car without some sort of warranty. The labor cost was higher than I expected as well, but I may be spoiled by my regular mechanic. And Les Schwab.The office person was pleasant.I usually give people a second chance, but I'm not inclined to return to Ledoux's.

Took my car in for a diagnosis said there was a weird ticking. When I went back to pick it up and was told that there was definitely a knock and that I needed a new engine and it would cost over 6k. I went to get a second opinion turned out that knock was a crank damper and not in fact a rod knock that I had been previously told about. Don't waste you time with this shop there are better and more honest mechanics out there.

Was in desperate need of my radiator and a/c condenser fixed after running over a semi tire on the highway. They were quick to get me in and out on repairs. Definitely worth every penny for work.

They are honest, very professional, and friendly....That is what everyone needs in a mechanic!This is the only place I will ever trust with my Mitsubishi Eclipse. Mark is a honest and amazing mechanic who got my car running great again, after 2 other shops in town failed to properly diagnose my check engine light, and made my car worse , he is the one who made it amazing again. I am so grateful for these guys and their work. They also were the only ones I ever had work on my previous vehicle, a Ford Explorer, and they always have done great work! I have never been disappointed by them. I highly recommend them!Service: Engine repair

While on my way from Astoria to Winston Oregon I stopped to fuel in Salem and had my jeep not respond when trying to turn over the engine. I ended up having to call a tow service which towed it to Ledoux s auto service and then contacted them on Monday in which I was very easily able to make an appointment in which they were very accommodating and friendly and were able to locate the electrical problem fast and fix the my jeep without charging me an exorbitant amount, and was very efficient I can t think them enough. I highly recommend their service.Service: Electrical repair

I paid 3,000+ dollars for my car coolant system and having to go back and forth bc it was not fixed. Turns out the part they put in failed right away and they refuse to give me my money back When their warrenty claim is literally front page of their website.Went to another place for 3k and they couldn t see that was the problem so 6k wasted.

Excellent service! Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I will not go anywhere else. I had a lot of work to be done on my jeep and they took care of all of it. They had all the parts on site and the prices are extremely fair. Best auto service in town!

My car wouldn't start and it was definitely a Battery issue. I called Ledoux's, they told me they could get the battery I needed for my car and I asked them if I might come down in 40 minutes. After a jump start, drove to Ledoux's. They took my car right away, it was 3:00pm on a Friday. Within less than 30 minutes the battery was installed, they checked the electrical system, and the job was done. Great SERVICE!!! Very nice to work with! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as it was a Very Positive Experience. THANK YOU Ledoux's!!!

My car wasnt driving right. I took it in and they identified a very serious major problem in the engine which would have left me stranded very soon if they had not found it. I have taken 3 of my 4 cars in for repairs. Have always been very happy with the quality of parts and work they do. The 4th car has not needed work yet but i will be sure to take it to ledouxs if it does. They always give me a thorough accurate estimate and go over it with me to help me decide for my budget what things could wait. The final price is never more than the estimate. No surprises. The staff are very knowledgable helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the availability to drop at night and allow a tow truck to drop the car in their lot. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust to do quality work for a fair price look no further. Would give 5 stars but honestly I feel like I was charged a lot of $$ for the service received. It took them $400 of diagnosis time only to come back and tell me it s what I told them I thought was wrong from the beginning...ended up using them for repair, which I feel they did a good job on. Total bill for installing new cam and lifters in my dodge 3700$ Of least they let me provide own parts to save a few bucks.Service: Engine repair

Second time at Ledoux, maintenance light came on and I've only owned the Rav4 6 months. This shop is honest, reliable, and when I said I'd have to wait, they completed my service in under 2 hours - and they have appointments scheduled back-to-back for days. Ledoux s is an excellent car repair shop, whether it s an oil change, tuneup or more complicated engine service that is needed. The front office is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The technicians go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. All is perfect with my Lincoln "NOW". I drove for over a year with no air conditioning and heater/defrost problems. Not only were "bids" way high, but some would not even work on my 2000 car. (too old, parts are not available). We have searched for years for a mechanic who is trustworthy. Bless you,we are honored to have been introduced to you and your company. My car was fixed nearly the same day we took it in to you and when completed all parts and labor were affordable and came in under bid.

These folks are awesome! They got me in quick, and even gave me a ride home while waiting for diagnostics. Once they got the diagnosis (computer module) the part was in quick and scheduled for replacement right away...again, they gave me, and my German Shepherd, a ride home AND picked me up when it was ready (the same day).Great customer service, got the job done right the first time, and reasonably priced!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dropped my car off at 9am with a problem other shops told me would take a few days. They called me at 1 with enough time to spare for me to drive it to work. They were super nice and friendly, and the price wasn't bad either! 3 days later, this morning they text me and asked if everything is still good just to do a little check up. Amazing service and I couldnt be happier with my choice.

Attempted to charge over $100 for an ignition switch and over 1 hour for installation that should cost less than $30 and 0.5 hour of labor. Wouldn't answer my complaint and told me to get out and don't come back. We recently had a pre-purchase inspection done on a used 2006 Toyota Sienna Mini-van and they crew at Ledoux let us know everything that needed to be done in order for the vehicle to be safe. They are very thorough and helped us save $560 on our vehicle purchase. We will most definitely be seeing them again in the future!
