Once again I have taken my new vehicle (subi) to Jrs to not only look at the vehicle but to maintain its performance in EVERY WAY. Just had new brakes and rotors put on and in the near future will be bringing it back for new clutch and oil leakage protection. Jaime explains the issues with details and that s why I respect his business and will always be bringing my Subarus through his business because my money and vehicles are important to me and he is my cars dr. The only place we take our Crosstrek to. JR and his staff are reliable and honest, and pricing is reasonable. We recently took it our car in for a standard oil change, where they noticed that the battery health was less than great, and one of the terminals was corroded. They replaced both the battery and terminal all in the same appointment. Their new location is also a quick walk to a deli or to Java Crew for a coffee, which is super convenient compared to the previous spot they were at.

I took my Outback to these guys for the 60k maintenance. Not only did they push it up and get it done quickly - about half the time originally quoted because they knew I driven a long way, but it was also less than half the price that the Subaru dealership had quoted me for the same service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't say enough good things about shop and the people that work here. I've had several Subaru Sti's and a H6 Outback in to Jamie's and everything comes back better or problem solved. Thanks for being the best and going above and beyond when you need help. The only Subaru shop for me and mine!

JR's has always been a great help with all my cars, none of them being Subaru's even. Great shop to take your car to for anything from an oil change to major work or modifications. All I can say is amazing things about my experience with Jr s garage. After an unfortunate event with my 2010 Wrx getting rod knock. I started looking and reviewing shops all over using google yelp and even Facebook. I found Jr and started talking about what was going on and what my needs were and found that Jaime was an amazing person to work with. He took the time to look and see what the true problem was and what I wanted in the long-term goals for my car. Jaime took my stock 2010 wrx, and did a full build (IAG motor, Blouch turbo, etc.), and built my dream car. From the motor build to all the electrical with the gauges I had added and made my car what it is today. He is a great person to work with and he is the reason I drive 1.5 to 2 hours to have anything worked on my car (even a simple oil change.)

Highly experienced and very friendly mechanics. Only place I'll take my Subaru in Oregon. Owner is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He picked up a sensor for me from Subaru of Salem when I brought the car in for a diagnosis last.

Wouldn t recommend this shop , Grimmworx scammers just take your money and parts and don t do the job right spend so much money so car can run so bad freshly rebuild . Update: Needed my axles replaced. Jaime again took great care of me. The service is fast and the pricing is fair. Great to have a shop that genuinely cares. I drive from the Metro area to this shop for a reason.Great shop! Jaime is knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about the work that has put into your car. Reasonably priced as well. It is my impression that he is a good operator that wants the return business rather than some shops that gouge you.

I'm a returning customer and have been impressed with the level of service, responsiveness, and honest feedback during diagnostics. My most recent experience was troubleshooting a vacuum leak and it was clear that Jaime, the owner, was certain to ensure all issues were fixed before returning my car. Jaime and his team went above and beyond. I'm grateful!

This is always the #1 place I see recommended for Subaru s locally to me, felt super confident leaving my WRX there for new spark plugs. Simple job but they were quick, super professional and easy to deal with (setting appointment, text notification when veh was ready).. will for sure be back for other things in the future and will join in on everyone else recommending these guys. Jaime(sorry if I misspell) and Angel seem like good guys, very friendly and knowledgeable. The original diagnosis of a few issues and repair of a starter was quick and inexpensive. One of the best parts was they have 2 beautiful pups around the shop.I'm definitely coming back for a few minor fixes and then maybe some more power down the road.10/10 Highly RecommendedServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Had a very short deadline to replace my clutch and Jr and his team did a quality job with a good time to spare. These guys are fantastic. My WRX was dead for over 4 years. It needed a motor swap because of a different shop not doing there jobs. I brought the car and motor to JR's because theyvwere recommended by Capital Subaru. Let me tell you that they did a great job, communication was excellent, and they brought my girl back to life. Because of the swap that was being done, I needed to have it tuned as well. They have a mobile tuner that comes to the shop and got it taken care of. Wali, the tuner, did a great job as well. I do not have an access port so he had to use an open source method but got the job done just the same. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their Subi.

Reviews are spot on. Stock turbo on my 05 Legacy was shot. Not only did they suggest exactly what I was thinking after doing some research they got it done in a reasonable amount of time and slightly less than they quoted!Got an upgrade to a vf52 and some other goodies for reliability. While they are a performance shop they have no problem working on my grocery getter.I'll be back for some performance orientated upgrades in the future for sure.They are hard to get ahold of because they are not charging you for a receptionist. Give them a call, leave a message, and they will get back to you.

Jr s Garage is amazing. High quality work at a fair price. Jaime went above and beyond to find all the necessary parts to modify my new AOS to fit my Forester XT. Felt very welcome and never felt like he was in a rush or took any shortcuts. Very honest and knowledgeable mechanic, great communication, and very flexible on appointments and working with your schedule. Highly recommend for all you Subaru needs. Good folks. Took me in on a Saturday emergency, ran down the parts, fixed my 16 yr old Subaru. No charge-ups. Good mechanics. Plan on going back for regular serviceStraight forward.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They keep pushing back the date for my husband to pick up his car. They didn t even replace anything on it and continuously push off putting it back together. We even gave them an extra day to ensure it would be ready for pickup. Now it s excuse after excuse as to why it s not ready to be picked up. Completely unacceptable from what should be a reputable shop.

JR garage is the best shop I have ever been to as a car enthusiast. He did such a good job looking over my car and fixing things that the other shop did not even catch. While it was in the shop, he kept it inside under a car cover so my new paint would not get dusty and scratched. What other shop does that? I was in the market for a new mechanic. Found this small shop just north of town. They did a great job with my 01 Outback. A little rough when it came to communication on the day of service but price was as they estimated and the work was top notch. I will be back with any future work needed for my car.

Jaime has experience, passion and charges a very fair price. He was the only Subaru exclusive shop I could find in Salem. He changed my oil and did a brake job on my rear brakes, rotors and pads and Changed one of my burned out tail light bulbs at no charge. He does everything from making your car high performance to routine services and inspections.
