The guy helping out was hilarious and kept joking and was really, really nice! Harassed me about the valvoline sticker in my window (hilariously lol, not actually harassing) and told me he could help me with coupons! I recommend this place 10/10 and will happily be back as a regular customer!

Service is great, staff were wonderful. I didn't feel rushed. I only asked for an oil change but ended up needing additional services, and they did an awesome job explaining things to me. Highly recommend

Well, I have always done all my own oil changes, but as I am a technician myself, I fix stuff all day and really not wanting to do so this time. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to greet me as I pulled up. When it was my turn guided me in and where on point, I was listening to them call out to the guy below, even double checking each other to make sure everything was correct. Was a pretty awesome first-time experience and for the service I received and the price I paid. don't know why I ever did all this myself before. Hats off to ya, gentlemen. I will be seeing yall again. Would definitely recommend checking this place out for your next oil change

Customer service is great and fastOil changes are expensive and they don t last as long as if you went to your car brand dealership where you can get a longer life oil change for cheaper and their wipers are low quality costcos are better

Ricky checked out possible head gasket issue for me when dealers was too busy to help. Found no problem explained the cause. Nice, helpful and so reassuring. Highly recommend

Told them to ONLY touch my oil and they decided to mess with my car and took the bolts off my scrape plates for absolutely no reason, ruined the road trip and wasted money. Don t mess with stuff you re not supposed to even if you think you can mess with the person because they re a woman! Don t go here without knowing what ur doing or they ll take advantage of you :)

Went because I had a coupon and my normal place was booked. While they do an ok job, I miss those little extras (like turning off the "Maintenance Required" light).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I was so impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and they worked quickly to get my car serviced.The oil change itself was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. I was also pleased to find that the staff was willing to answer any questions I had about my car and its maintenance.Overall, I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Great customer service. Im always worried going somewhere new but i was quickly put at ease by Doc the new supervisor. I'll definitely be coming back. Everyone was really helpful and they all worked together when needed. They have a new continuous customer here.

I love this place. I have been going for years with my last 3 cars. Sometimes there is a wait to be seen but they make up for it on customer service. Very friendly and professional.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. The guys are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was in and out in no time, my car running smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for a fast and reliable service!

Came in to get a headlight replaced. Turned out that a wire was loose and didn't need to replace the headlight. There is no charge. How awesome is that. They also showed me a different problem that I have since taken care of.

I went to jiffy lube oil change to get another car of mine that I have oil change when I got there and everything it didn't look too busy but I do time I came to find out that they really are either understaffed or they can not work as fast or no is too much more than they're able to do I handle. that I waited there for like 15 minutes then another 20 minutes getting the oil change and this was in the morning so to me it looks like there was not enough teamwork communication and many of them look young like they were getting started... so unless jiffy Lupe is a training program then I just questioned the work of the day in my car but it was a new experience and it seems it was not really worth the time. I did use the coupon that really lowered the price to a good total that's one of the good things about it is with a coupon they can be so much better help but that's just my experience on this jiffy lube and I really haven't gone to any other so I can't speak for the rest.

Great customer service! The cashier Alex was very informative and we had a great conversation! I went in with the check engine light on not knowing what the problem could be but he was very enlightening about the fact the thermostat was most likely broken and he was right! After the service the difference was very noticeable! Will be sure to recommend! Only regret is I didn't post this sooner, because I've been so busy at work. I really appreciate the insight!

Bruh! Has to be the best place in Oregon! My boy Juan, Joseph and Jacob really made me feel comfortable and welcome. I know I probably messed up a couple names and forgot 1 but this place is hands down the epitome of customer service. Great guys and perfect service! I'll be coming back and recommend my momma. I was introduced to the 1350 Jiffylube team in Salem by them trying to solve an issue created by another store. I wanted to take the time to write this to thank Ryan, Alex, and Ricky. Ryan, the Store Manager/Acting Area, was quick to reach out and quick to problem solve to try and make it right. Alex, the Assistant Manager, had amazing communication and leadership for the situation. Ricky, the Mechanic, went above to make it right- driving from Salem to Portland to my house to fix my car (that left the first store in a tow.) He was kind and attentive. He took the time to confirm that the work he did fixed the problem and reassured me on the status of my engine. It s never easy having to service people when they are presented to you with a serious problem. Their service, leadership, ability to reason and take reasonable accountability took me from feeling cheated and dismissed to someone that feels that this company will do what is (reasonably) necessary to properly complete services and help resolve mistakes when they arise. Thank you again to Ryan, Alex, and Ricky! I very much appreciate your help.

The workers here are extremely honest and do not try to up-sell you on unnecessary services. Other Jiffy Lubes in the area have told me that I need all sorts of things and on multiple different occasions this one has informed me that it was not true and sent me on my way without pressuring me to get anything done.Services: Transmission, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Oil change

Picked up a screw in my tire , showed up randomly , not many cars in front of me , there is sometimes a longer wait , but the people are always efficient and polite and I got my flattening tire fixed in about 30 minutes for $30 .

I got stranded while I was traveling on vacation and these people treated me like a person instead of a homeless bum it's very nice very kind very welcome. I hadn't received much kindness in the state of Oregon but these guys were very nice and it was much appreciated.

It gets pricey when they recommend and covinced you to an added service they think needed to be done.
