Great experience, as always. I keep coming back to this same Jiffy Lube because I always feel that I am being treated fairly. I get honest answers and advice, and the folks here are cheerful and helpful. I appreciate the helpful explanations of what they are doing, what they recommend, etc. And they are never pushy about selling more than I want.

Doug, the Asst Manager, and the entire Jiffy Lube crew at 2350 Commercial St SE in Salem are the Best at their trade. Professional, Conscientious, Safety minded and Friendly. I drove out of there and knew my van was safe and ready to roll. Thank you so much.

I have to admit, this is the fastest oil change I have ever received, so much so that I am skeptical, questioning how they could have checked/topped up all the fluids. Usually, with the shrouding under the engine that has to be removed and reinstalled to do the oil change, it takes much longer. These guys are on the ball!

Absolutely stellar oil change, in and out in less time than it took for me to make a phone call. I m using a fleet vehicle so I know they ask less questions than normal customers but it went fantastic!

We came into this Jiffy Lube under duress as my serpentine belt had flown off on the highway. This crew fixed me up in about 20 minutes, gave amazing advice on what caused the issue in the first place, and sent up on our way.

Quoted me one price then went to pick up car and tried charging 150$ more than the price he originally gave me oh and had no oil to do an oil change told me to go buy my oil and come back!!!!! Go figure a jiffy lube that can't change oil!!!

I went in for an oil change and throttle body clean. I came out with both of those things completed, fuel system cleaned, clean floors, and clean windows. I want to give a shout out to Douglas, Braidon, Maxwell, and Dominik. Customer service was top tier as well. They went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I believe I received a great oil change, however, it was a bit chaotic. No point person and several workers starting and stopping their duties was wondering if they completed the tasks as it seemed they jumped around so much. It was obvious some new techs, but having that many coming and going left me to wonder if something got missed!I especially was encouraged a female was on the team!! Well done!Service: Oil change

Great service! Took a bit longer because they were understaffed, but everyone was very nice and explained everything. They made great suggestions but they didn t pressure at all. I will Absolutley come back to this location. Doug and Glenn were fantastic.

The guys were very nice, the computer was down. The wait want long at all. Not sure why the receipt says the tire pressure, they didn't check. And the didnt clean the windows or add windshield washer fluid like the receipt says either.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I cant say enough about all the staff at this jiffy lube very help and professional. I had an oil drain plug that was stuck i was thinking about replacing the oil pan and they worked hard to get out the stuck plug. Also the starter was going out and the ordered it and replaced it all this with in a few hours. I would like to give extra credit to Monte. He is super nice and honest easy to talk to. Great help he also sold me tires for my other car way cheaper then all the estimates i got around salem. YOU GO JIFFY LUBE TEAM! A++ for this customer.Service: Oil change

DO NOT USE THEY SCAM!!!!!!!! They tried to have my fianc� spend an unnecessary 600$ on new tires right after we bought new tires from them about 4 months before after getting a second opinion we only had a nail in the tire and got it fixed for 20$ and also caused 3,000 dollars worth of damages by overfilling the oil when we first moved up here. all they try to do is make up stuff so you spend more money DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT USE

Just went to get my transmission fluid changed and the crew was super busy of course with it being Veterans Day and them giving free oil changes to veterans (so amazing to hear jiffy lube does this!!!) Even tho it was busy I was helped pretty much immediately, greeted and given amazing customer service. It was Glenn who was assisting me and he was out of this world amazing!!! This guy deserves a raise. Super kind, friendly and professional and got me taken care of swiftly. If I could give him 10 stars I would!! Thank you Glenn!!!
