Had my '23 4 runner lifted and Justin went above and beyond. He was very patient with me, helped me to understand the different options and made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. 10/10 would highly recommend.Cannot say enough. Was having an issue with shaking, figured it was the new tires (which wad the case we discovered eventually). But Justin wad so helpful, told me to come out and he rechecked all the lift stuff and even drove it to make sure everything wad working correctly.Amazing experience with this shop!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at Ironwolf! They were very quick to respond to my Facebook message about cost to install a lift and tires with a very reasonable quote. The appointment was set within a week of the message. When the time came, I dropped my truck off in the morning and had my leveling kit installed and tires mounted, balanced and aligned. They were super friendly in person and didn t try and push me into buying anything else while I was there. They have a great selection of items in their showroom. Very happy with my experience!

Great experience from start to finish. I called in to get my 2024 Tundra leveled with 35's and they got me an appointment right away. The truck looks and rides great. They do great work and it really shows. I would highly recommend!

Great service. Tyler and Justin along with their crew are the 'A' Team for off roading here in the NW.Winch install coming soon on our Black Widow Ranger, wouldn't have anyone else but these guys do the install.

Frist time giving review, backing in December Justen and his guy did amazing job 4/2 readylift on my Toyota Tundra 2021, any today I went back for retork the lift after 500miles and they did oil change I really recommend this amazing local guys I will go back again soon for some off roading stuff

I rarely post reviews, but Justin and Ironwolf Offroad has certainly earned any future 4x4 business of mine. Justin took the time & effort to return my call, even though I hadn't left a message. He confirmed he had the part I desired in stock and that he would also double-check for an additionally desired product. Upon my arrival at the shop, Justin took me right to the part location & detailed the fit and functionality with my vehicle. Even though they didn't have the 2nd component i was wishing for, Justin further went out of his way to not only paint but 'create' a one-off piece for my ride. Justin also patiently researched some information and kits for a future project, and explained how each kit would affect my vehicle. Lastly, he took a couple extra minutes to help install my purchase and the 'created' item on my SUV. In a day & age where a great number of businesses don't care about the customer or a positive extended relationship, Justin and Ironwolf Offroad Upfitters are a rare gem. You should have no reservations about using these guys for all your offroad needs -- I know I won't! Thanks so much Justin & team!

Justin and Tyler were an absolute pleasure to work with! We brought in our 2023 Wrangler for wheels and a lift; Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring we had everything needed to accomplish our vision. He helped us get everything ordered quickly and accurately; the turnaround time for completion was quick and Tyler s work was clean and complete. We re so happy with the finished product and appreciative of the awesome service!

I took my 2016 Superduty in with a worn out front suspension and stabilization. Ironwolf quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a couple choices, and fixed it right the first time. Super guys with a great team. Great job on brakes as well

I know nothing about off roading but wanted a few accessories (rubber mats and running boards) for a used vehicle I purchased. I did some price comparison shopping with other local shops, but did not receive the same personal customer service that Ironwolf offered. Plus their prices were comparable or better than the competitors. I plan to do future business here. Thank you for excellent service!

Justin was great to work with! He helped us get new tires on our truck. Even though we couldn t find wheels we liked, he recommended powder coating as an option. Never seemed impatient or tried to upsell us. He genuinely wanted us to be happy and facilitated everything. The truck looks great! Ironwolf Off-road is now our go-to off-road store in the Salem area.

This place is solid!!! I had a Jeep and Justin recommended rocks lights that I loved. I then got a forerunner and wanted a rack and lights installed. He and his team installed both and hands down is the cleanest install I have seen. He not only goes above and beyond, but ensures they are timely and comes out amazing. The entire staff at Ironwolf is second to none!!!! Don t waste time going anywhere else. This is the place!

I can t recommend these guys enough! Justin and Tyler did an outstanding job installing wheels, tires and a lift on my truck and I couldn t be happier. They were able to get me in right away when other shops wanted me to wait 3 weeks or more. Both of them are very professional and respectful and don t make you feel stupid for not being a truck expert. These guys are the best!

Just got my 2008 Toyota FJ back from Ironwolf with a much needed suspension upgrade. From beginning to end, Justin communicated clearly and in a timely manner, kept me updated on the status of my rig and got me what I needed and wanted. They started when they said they were going to start and finished when they said they were going to finish. I will be going back for more mods. Justin and his crew were great!

I recently had my shocks and struts up graded on my 2016 Tundra.Justin is very knowledgeable in the quality products available that provide a much better ride and at a good price.Tyler did a excellent job with the installation and leveling the front end.Thank you!

I brought in my truck to have outfitted with an LED light bar on the frontend of my truck and LED pod lights off the canopy of my truck. I wanted to get my truck back as soon as possible as I was preparing to leave for an elk hunt. I also had them mount some trailer legs on my overland trailer.Tyler and Justin were incredibly helpful with brainstorming ideas on where/how to mount the lights. I am a very particular person and tend to ask a lot of questions but Tyler and Justin were both very patient and creative in this process. Working with them was a breeze. And to top it all off, they had everything done in less than a day. These guys are quick, proficient, and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in looking for a leveling kit for my truck. Justin recommended doing adjustable shocks instead. So I got the look I wanted as well as a little performance upgrade. Great all around experience

I brought my 04 F350 in for new shocks recently. I have a front leveling kit which made selecting the proper shocks more complicated but Justin and Tyler thoroughly researched what I needed and provided me with a range of options. Tyler did excellent work on the install and my ride has never been better. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my truck in again and I will definitely make Ironwolf Off-road my go-to for future upgrades.

Called Ironwolf for some help doing a bushing rebuild in a pair of aftermarket UCAs I have, thinking it would require a press to perform (which I don t have and didn t care to invest in). They called me back after investigating the effort it would take to do the bushing rebuild and informed me it was something I could do at home, unless I really wanted to have them do it. They even offered to have me come in and do it with them.This is the kind of company that cares for its clients and is willing to inform them, rather than run away with their money. I will be using Ironwolf instead of my normal Portland based off-road shops for future builds and installs.

These guys are awesome. They ve done at least half a dozen projects on my jeep gladiator so far. Great communication, great service, great to work with.
