Hyacinth Collision Center fixed my front bumper years ago after a wreck. They were professional, efficient and did a great job, so when I needed more work done I went back!!The owner was so communicative, respectful, and all around kind. Brent bent over backwards to work with me on my timeline. He was patient with me even though I kept pushing my drop off date. I pushed it back last minute and multiples, he was never annoyed or acted like I was being inconvenient. He always responded to my calls or texts immediately. He also worked with me to have a quick and easy pickup. The employee that did the work on my bumper cover did an impeccable job and even fixed my head light and worked on my hood to close better for no extra cost. He just really cared about the work he was doing and me as a customer. They also detailed the inside of my car really well which was such a treat to come into, and a chore for them because my car was not anywhere near clean. I would recommend Hyacinth to anyone and I will be coming back for any other car needs!!

I was suggested HCC by my Progressive Ins. Adj., Brent called me to arrange towing for my vehicle. I went by shop to sign paperwork and then was taken outside for a walk-around of my car, the your guy told me insurance wasn't going to cover most of the damages to my car from the dump truck hitting me. I called the insurance adjuster and left a message saying I didn't want HCC to do the work, the adjuster calls me a few days later stating that HCC tore my car down and weren't fixing it, and I needed to find somewhere to take it. No other car repair would touch it The adjuster calls and says HCC agrees to finish the repairs. 2 weeks later I'm called to pick up my car and half the work isn't done and what is done is horrible. The invoice stated a new wheel and time for repairs but repairs weren't done, Brent calls me after I refused the car, and says that's just what I wanted you to do. IM GOING TO MAKE SURE YOUR CARS FIXED. I called several times over next 4 weeks and received a call saying it was ready and it wasn't, now theres a hole tore in my headliner and scratches, dirty hand prints on my headliner, and my gas is missing. Brent tells me it will be ready in a week it's not, I call and he tells me tomorrow thenThursday, I go to Salem to run errands and see 2 HCC employees driving my car to McDonald's drive thru. I go get my car and Brent tells me he can fix the head liner at cost, really?, They stole my gas and cargo net. Don't hereServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Brent, the owner, is so down to earth humble man, and his staff at Hyacinth Collision Center are the best in the whole town.I have been here in the USA for 15 years. i have never seen any body shop who works that good and that fast.Brent is a genuine, loving, and caring man, which is rare to see in the auto collision repair industry.I highly recommend Hyacinth to anyone. You will never forget the experience with them.

My wife and I brought my wife s vehicle in after it was in an accident in November and since then we have had the best customer service experience from both Jesus and Logan. They were very personable, kind, caring, and were very professional/respectful. Anytime my wife would call to get an update she would tell me they were very happy to help and got her the information she needed and listened to any concerns she had and did their very best to reassure her that she would be taken care of. She would also tell me every time they called about with updates about her vehicle and how they went above and beyond in making sure to communicate with her as quickly as possible if there was a change to the estimated completion date. She told me they would always make sure to apologize for the Inconvenience while also giving her an explanation of what was going on. We will definitely be coming back if any of our vehicles needs it. They have won our business for life. We definitely recommend anyone who needs to have their vehicle fixed after an accident to go straight to Hyacinth and they will for sure take care of you. :)

Brent and his staff at HC are the best there is. Here's why:- My 2007 Accord's front-end damage was repaired at top-notch quality.- An uninsured driver damaged my vehicle when it was sitting ready for pickup. The way it happened was a first for everyone at Hyacinth, but Brent and his whole team went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was properly covered by Progressive.- Brent is a genuine, caring man, which is rare to see in the auto collision repair industry.I highly recommend Hyacinth to anyone.

Zero stars! The worst! Owner is dishonest, seems like kinda a fast talking con, talks to women in the "little lady" condescending way.. The work they do is substandard. This is their finished product after having already returned it a second time. I spent hours dealing with their incompetence, they obviously do not have pride in their work or value customers time. Paint has what appears to be particles of sand under it, bubbled and rough textured. Dents were not fixed, mirror still damaged. They had my car for nearly a month for a simple fender bender. I call and get put on hold then call dropped repeatedly, I leave voicemail with no response. After 7 full days of no communication I had my insurance rep physically go check on my car to see if they even still had it.Then the condescending owner sends me this.." I apologize. Had I known about it I would have resolved it. I treat all my customers with respect and kindness. Just the way I was raised. The door needs cut and polished. Takes about an hour. I genuinely appreciated our conversations. I was raised you catch more bees with honey than vinegar."Very unprofessional. The door should have been cut and polished before returning the car to me, for the second time. How many times do you expect customers to bring their car back to fix the same issues? Your customers are paying you to do a job, you are not entitled to get "honey". The message from Brent the owner is implying that since I expect them to do the job they are getting paid to do "I'm not raised right"And to add further exasperation my gas tank was syphoned out of while my car was in their possession.Crooks.Update. I had to take my car to a different shop to fix all the issues. The other shop flagged in yellow the sand particles and dripping pooling paint. They also pointed out that hycinth over sprayed paint on they test of my car trapping dirt and dust all over my hood & roof.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got my work done, took an extra week. Understandable but what isn t is using an entire tank of gas which is roughly 200-250 miles, 150 if your driving intensely. Not cool. Was here for collision repair not engine work so why was it driven so much? It s not a rental for your mechanics to use while it s at the shop. This puts wear on my tires, brakes, etc. It was also a quick sports car, so who knows how they were driving it. Especially when I got it back it had 9.7 mpg on the tank average, meaning they weren t driving to nicely. Great repair work, but my car is not yours to use.

Hyacinth has had the car for over a month they do not want to communicate what is going on now they said the car was done today when it was picked up the steering was messed up the would not say why are how long it would take to fix this it the worst service I have ever seen and you can tell they have a contract with the insurance company

2023 Nissan Frontier needing some bumper repair. From the moment of contact everything went smoothly, Brent & Andrew communicated continuously about the progress and completion expectation. The main work was good, but missed repairs is making me bring my car back in for additional work on my next day off. I am not happy.Overall the main front of end work on the car was done well. However, when I got home I saw that the plastic cover on the bottom of the vehicle was still hanging loose and had not been reattached. I had pointed out the loose flap to the owner when I dropped off the car and we looked over the damage together. I am very frustrated to have to go back in on my next day off so the job can be completed. This should not have happened. This was an obvious fix and a sloppy mistake.

Hyacinth Collision Center was amazing!! They went above and beyond. I took my car in expecting to have to wait a few weeks to get it back, but it ended up getting repaired in about two days. They even repaired a small part of my car that I was noticing had been making noise that wasn't what I had initially come in for.The owner was very nice and treated me with respect, I recommend them to anyone needing fast and thorough repairs!Service: Body & Trim

I got my car fixed here after it was rear-ended the employees are amazingly friendly and very professional. A tow truck was needed to get my vehicle to their shop, they also made sure that my son with his car seat would be able to be in the tow truck safely. So, that my vehicle could get worked. NEVER AGAIN!! I highly suggest that you keep shopping. I chose this shop for bodywork based upon the Google reviews and then personally meeting Brent when I booked an appointment two months out. Nice guy, but he and his staff really don't know the left foot from the right. Now after using them for auto body, I went back and saw the negative reviews and can definitely relate to the issues that others have had. There was a lot of chaos between the two locations of getting my vehicle repaired and being told by them that all of the delays and poor communication was my insurance's fault, which it was not. They had me set on their books for two months and I checked in with Brent two weeks prior to make sure he had the insurance information that he needed. After I dropped off the vehicle, I had to check in every couple days to get status that took 11 days the first time and then had to bring it back again for repairs for another whole day. I've had several experiences with auto body work and have never experienced such a cluster as what occurred here. I spent over two weeks running back-and-forth trying to get things fixed and corrected that weren't issues when I dropped it off and still have unresolved issues and a bad paint job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

10/10 recommend! My girlfriend has used this collision center before and she really appreciated their honesty and integrity. We were told when would be a great time to bring it in, estimated service time, and that the vehicle would be in great hands. I recently got hit from behind so I decided to take my truck here for repairs SAME SERVICE! Brent was helpful and kind throughout the entire process and we were lucky enough to get the vehicle finished in a few days. I couldn't recommend Hyacinth enough. I got rear ended back in December and opted to go through the other guy's insurance for damages, I'm so glad I picked Hyacinth from the list I received of in-network shops. They kept me updated on what happened every day that they had my car, they did fantastic work, they were quick. One of the guys, I think it was Brent, even knew a little sign and was able to communicate with my husband while I was busy. My daughter was in an accident on July 27th due to no fault of her own. The person who hit her has Progressive for their insurance coverage. Our Farmer's insurance agent recommended a different body shop and the shop said it would probably take a month before they could fix her car. I called another body shop and they told me I couldn't even have it towed there until August 17th! We asked the Progressive claims person if they had any recommendations and they recommended Hyacinth Collision Center. We are so glad they did! Their service is just..... WOW! Brent answered every question, was proactive in communicating with us, and they did an excellent job on her BMW. We picked up the car yesterday (which was way before our time line expectations) and it looks great- they even washed it and vacuumed it for her! Brent also has a really good sense of humor which is helpful when people are going through an unfortunate time. We now know we have a great shop to go to if this ever happens again and we are happy to recommend Hyacinth Collision Center to everyone we know! Thanks again, Brent!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After having my catalytic converter and a gasket stolen, Hyacinth Collision replaced everything and had it ready to go within two days! The car sounds even better than before and they even cleaned the inside and outside leaving it spotless and smelling amazing! Hands down amazing experience at this place, everyone is kind, professional, and understanding! Especially during these hard times, they were flexible and willing to help in any way that they could! I appreciated the fact that they were not pushy at all about getting the deductible asap they worked with me on setting up something more flexible. As well as helping with a rental car, just great place.Overall great service and will absolutely go their again no matter what for any car repairs. If you are looking for a place that actually cares and want great service done this is definitely the place, dont even bother with anyone else, this is it! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

My car got hit about three weeks ago and I went through the at faults insurance company and they sent me here. I am beyond thrilled about the quality of work done on my vehicle and it was even finished before they said it would be. The whole process was very easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was even an added bonus and surprise of them cleaning my vehicle inside and out before I picked it back up! I will definitely come here again and will recommend this shop to others in the area.

Initially I felt confident with my choice to go to Hyacinth. I now realize that was a mistake. My car was completed on time, which I appreciated. However, I learned that the door handle, which was replaced, didn t open from the inside or outside as soon as I got home, without touching it. I took it in to get fixed, and they did it, but after a bit of time I found out that the damaged molding on the passenger door/window was not fixed. After convincing them that it was from the tree branch from the original incident, they said they would fix it. They ordered the part and told me to come back in a week or two. I did, but when I came back, they actually didn t have the part, and their parts guy wasn t in. He told me to come back in two weeks when they had the part and the parts guy was in. I did exactly that, but the parts guy was in a car accident and wasn t able to work, which I understand, but the owner said to come back the next day as the parts guy would be there. I did that, and he wasn t there. I understand if he was injured, which I m sure he was, and I really hope the guy will recover soon, but they still didn t have the part. I was fed up at this point, and I asked them to send the part to my house. I put it on myself, and it was easier than pumping up my own tires. It took me less than two minutes. I also found out that my automatic wipers don t work after they replaced the windshield. After talking with the owner, he said I would have to file a separate claim with my insurance agent and take it to a dealership, even thought they were the ones who worked on it.Basically, I have been to other shops before, and I didn t have to go back several times, nor did I have to petition to have my car fixed. I unfortunately collided with an animal in October 2018 and was in need of a repair shop. Having not previously been in need of a repair shop due to collision, I chose Hyacinth and was hoping for the best. Brent and staff exceeded my expectations with outstanding courtesy, respect, and service. He originally said my car would be done in 3-4 days, and even after discovering additional damage, my car was still fixed in the original estimated time.I unfortunately collided with another animal in December 2018 and was again in need of a repair shop. Fortunately this time, because of my previous experience with Hyacinth, there was no hesitation in choosing them again. I was not disappointed. My car was fixed so quickly, again, with outstanding courtesy, respect, and service.Thank you Brent!

Extremely impressed! I took my car here for a minor repair a little over a month ago, and everyone was very professional and friendly. They did the repair quickly and did a beautiful job, and even went the extra mile to paint other small dings on my car and fixed an internal panel that had come loose. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be bringing my car here again whenever I need work done!
