They have excellent people running their parts department. If they don't have the part you need, they will find the part. The parts manager is amazing and has a ton of knowledge about RV parts. I would call her the professor... Nobody in the Salem area can even come close when it comes to RV parts!

These people will jerk you around. Waited for about a week for them "to get things together" for our sale, realized over the weekend that their sales person listed the rv we were trying to purchase on Facebook for sale, called them Monday to see what was going on, and was told they had decided not to go with the bank after all (Not sure when they planned to inform us)Not a good experience, felt like we were being hustled

Ordered a 2022 Forest River R-Pod 190 through Highway trailer and had a very positive experience. No problems. No issues. Can easily recommend their services.

My Wife and I went to look at a used class A rv, in September of 2020.We went and fell in love with a 2018 Thor ACE, with less than 5000 miles.We went through it and the sales guy said that it would be cleaned and make sure everything would be in working order, to our liking, all questions will be answered, and that we have 30 days to make sure EVERYTHING is working!Well when we went to get it we had some young guy who didn t know ANYTHING about the RV, because they usually only sell trailers. I said they all have black and gray tanks can you go through the process of doing it, it was like I wanted to pull his teeth!We got the head service guy, and he kept saying we usually sell trailers...when we got inside it was dirty so dirty we couldn t believe it! Asked that we wanted it cleaned. They sent in the first guy we dealt with, and he didn t have a mask on!Thanks that did work was not working and the service department kept saying, yep you guessed it, we don t usually sell RVs only trailers! We went to another RV seller!

What an absolute AMAZING experience buying our RV. Our salesman Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable and we didn t feel any pressure to buy. Ryan in finance made the buying process seamless and easy! We highly recommend Highway Trailer Sales and they have our business for life!!

Highway Trailer Sales and Service is the very best choice for professional service for all of your RV / Trailer needs! I was pleasantly surprised at the superior quality of all the departments. Steve and Chris in the Service department are true professionals and are very knowledgeable of all aspects of the RV world. They have an excellent parts section and the staff can help you with all of your questions and needs. Lastly. the sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of your new trailer and /or RV. If they don t know the answer to your question, they will make the effort to find out for you. The overall quality and professional service is excellent and would be hard to beat. I drove off the lot knowing that my new Lance Trailer was a good fit for my wife and myself. Most importantly, I was treated fairly and the staff took pride in their job!

We had a very smooth transaction with Highway Trailer Sales! We are from out of state and Ronnie did a great job getting back to us quickly with details, video touring the trailer, and communicating any issues that came up. Eric did a great job answering our questions on our walk-through and setting up our hitch/sway package (as well as the other gentleman who walked us through attaching it). Overall good experience.

My husband and I visited several RV dealerships in search of a Lance trailer. We found Highway Trailer Sales in Salem to be family friendly and welcoming. Nathan was very knowledgeable and quick to provide answers to all are questions. The negotiations were not stressful and items were spelled out well. Our overall experience with Nathan in sales to Ryan in financing to Kelly in finial set up was professional and comfortable. Happy and excited with our new Lance trailer !!

We have been to several trailer sales locations, but we had to return to Highway Trailer sales when we decided to purchase. Why? First of all, as an Ember dealer they had the highest quality trailer we could find in Salem. Additionally, it is a family owned business filled with employees who really cared about your experience. Nathan was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping us get just what we needed and wanted. Top notch customer service in a low pressure environment. We highly recommend them and will ask for our salesman Nathan every time we return!

I really wanted to like this place BUT they are awful.My Mom bought a LEMON of a trailer from them a year ago. They have had the trailer on their maintenance lot for literal MONTHS fixing it . Well, then we learn that it s not getting fixed and was FORGOT about. All our summer camping plans were ruined. So frustrating.We still do not have our camper and they tried to charge my Mom $80 to change a lock that I did in two min! And the lock costs $15.This place is awful. I would never recommend them to anyone.

SKEPTIC!I m generally hesitant to step foot on a car lot or RV dealership because the sleeze and pressure is on another level. Today, however, I was pleasantly surprised and even have a little hope for humanity. I was greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile by a young man who is new to the team. Ronnie Lucas took his time to understand our needs and really hear what is important to us and budget. He is knowledgeable and willing to admit that he didn t have all the answers but was able to get the details we needed to make our decision.While we aren t quite ready financially to purchase the trailer we have our hearts set on, when we are, we will call Ronnie. And he was willing to give us more for our current trailer than others were.I can t speak for the other team members, but if you re looking for a new RV, I d start by calling Ronnie first. He s honest and straightforward.

My husband and I stopped by to look at Travel Trailers and was greeted by Ronnie. Being new to Travel Trailers we had a lot of questions! Ronnie was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly. We purchased our new Travel Trailer and couldn t be more happier with our experience with Ronnie and the other employees behind the desk were very patient and making sure we had everything for our new Trailer! The day we came to pick up our new Trailer Kelly was there to greet us and teach us how to use and operate our Travel Trailer, if you re in the market for a new camper I highly recommend checking out Highway Trailers!

Great place to buy a trailer. After much shopping around I found the best quality and prices here. The sales team is very kind and not pushy at all. The service department has everything you could need. All the employees I've encountered have been very friendly. Whether I'm just getting parts or upgrading my trailer I am always treated like a VIP guest here at Highway.

Went to look at trailers at Highway Trailers. After looking at a couple other places, it was nice to meet Ronnie here. He was very insightful, and polite. He listened to our wants and showed us several options. I would definitely recommend this place and Ronnie. Great customer service!

My experience was only in a service there, but whole company left good impression, everybody was friendly. Especially thanks to Dan from a service, he was great and so helpful! I tried few services before with my Dometic fridge (list companies gave me Dometic customer support) and everyone told me they don't have experience with small portable fridges, except Dan. He was understanding and did everything possible, called Dometic service to discuss frige malfunction, and finally found solution.

In Salem, my wife and I were looking for a camping trailer when we encountered Ronnie Lucas at Highway Trailers. We were both really impressed with his thorough knowledge of each trailer as he showed us around the lot and discussed the advantages and features of a few different models. His gracious manner and amiable demeanor were greatly advantageous. He will absolutely sell us an RV.

We just picked up our new travel trailer, and we are very happy with the way it went. Nathan was a great and very patient sales person who helped us with finding the best fit for our needs even after changing our minds after our first choice. . Mark, the tech who did the walk through and instructions on all the different systems in the trailer, did a great job and made sure that the things that needed fixing was done before we drove off. Ryan who did all the paperwork was just as nice and efficient as the other guys we interacted with, so all in all, we are, so far, very happy that we chose Highway Trailer Sales for the purchase of the new trailer.

Me and my wife just purchased our first camper trailer. Our experience was great nobody pushed us to buy anything. They aloud us to look at everything on the lot answered all of our questions and were very helpful. We fist went in looking about a month before we made our purchase . We had checked other places but no one came close to the people here. Nathen was great not pushy at all and helpful with everything every step of the way. We found the entire staff helpful and friendly and always will to answer any questions without talking in circles. This place is the best. Just wish I could give them more than 5 star review.

Our trailer needed warranty work done and Highway Trailers took really good care of us. We had issues but in the end they really listened to us and took care of us. They went above and beyond to make sure our trailer looked great and that we were happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Steve in Service is great, he really cares about his customers. He stays in great contact w/ you during the process of the warranty work being done. I have dealt w/ Josh the Service manager and he really listens to you as well to make sure things go well. And Ron the GM is great. They do care about making the customers the priority and I like that feeling. I will for anything be going back to HWY Trailers for anything needed. Thank you Ron, Steve, and Josh for making this experience a great one!!! :)

We had a 5+ star service from the begining to the end of our rv buying experience, even being on the other side of the mnt. everything went fast and some of the best people in the industry helping. Corey hands down so helpful and nice and always answered for questions and was the best sales guy weve dealt with to date when buying ANYTHING and the guy who helped us go through top to bottom service walkthrough i think his name was Mike was another too notch experience. If we ever need another we will definitely be using highway trailer sales. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Just bought my first trailer and had an amazing experience with these guys! They listened to me and wanted me to be happy really happy (people first place). These guys aren't pushy sales people, I feel like I'm part of the family now and know who to call with any questions I have. Also love that they are a one stop shop, you can buy your trailer, get items needed for the inside and out, and go to them for any repairs!

It s hard to find a Helio dealer so we came here from WA. We kind of knew what we wanted and were given time to explore the Helio models so we could see if they lived up to what we hoped. Our salesperson was Corey and he was very nice, low key and helpful. We did end up buying one of them and it s been a smooth process.
