We appreciate Mike's for the quality customer service! We felt like Mike was knowledgeable and honest in the quote, we felt comfortable from the beginning. Not only was the workmanship well done, but Mike's also helped us with the insurance claim, payment by insurance, rental car coordinating and the work was completed as promised and on time! We would recommend Mike's to others and, hopefully we won't need his shop but if we do....we would return! Thank you from the Bixler family!

I had a great experience at Mike's! He was very friendly and fixed a dent that happened to the back of my car at a great price. He even made sure that I understood how to treat the new paint so that I don't end up damaging it! (For example, you don't wax it for a couple of months.)I was 100% satisfied every step of the way in getting my car fixed. Thank you, Mike's Auto Body and Paint!

Mikes Auto Body did great work on my cars in the past. I could not be happier with his work. Mike retired and sold to Freeman Motors who were unable to give me an estimate of the repair on my small car. They told me the week before that they would provide an estimate. Without an estimate I cannot trust and went elsewhere. Demanded $1535 for the return of my car after one week. They were unable to provide a repair estimate and they were unable to repair any part of my car during that week. Boy am I glad I left. I had 12 good years of professional auto body repair from Mikes prior to this.

I was in an accident and Mike went out of his way on his day off and arranged towing to his yard and meet the driver so that my car would be in a safe place. He worked with my insurance company to insure that the parts were replaced with top quality parts and not refurbished parts. He communicated with me every step of the way so that I was aware of the progress of the project for completing my car. When he was done, my car was returned to me clean and polished inside and out! Mike is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him.

My car looks fabulous! Mike went the extra mile to make sure that my bumper was replaced completely and not just repaired like the insurance company wanted. If you want someone that will advocate for YOU...Mike is the one. Thank you for my beautiful car back. Mike's Auto repair is #1 in my book now. Honest and went above and beyond my expectations!!!

Our family has been using Mike's Autobody for many years. We actually will not go anywhere else. Mike and his staff do excellent work, you know the job will be done right. Mike is honest, his bids are always very competitive, and he is a nice guy so it is always great working with you. He is always willing to work with you to try to save money on repairs not covered by insurance. We have recommended other relatives to Mike's and they have all been happy with their experiences as well. You can't go wrong using Mike's Autobody!!

I was recently rear ended in a car accident at 35 miles an hour. My car was beat up and I was nervous dealing with the other persons insurance as they had to assess my car and everything. I took my car to Mike's auto body shop and he was fantastic. He helped me with the other insurance as well as making sure I was taken care of. Because of Mike's help a stressful situation was quite the opposite. I felt like I had someone on my side who made sure that my car and myself were taken care of. I would strongly recommend Mike's Auto body shop to anyone who has recently been in an accident and needs a good auto body shop to back them up.

After reading reviews of local autobody shops I decided to take my car to Mike's. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. He is humble, honest, thoughtful and professional and runs an excellent business. His work was flawless on the repair of my sedan. I was so happy that I brought my wife's SUV in for repair which was also done perfectly. I highly recommend Mike's Autobody and Paint and will definitely use them for all my future autobody needs.

After an auto accident, Mike helped us in several ways. Not the least of which was dealing with the insurance co. His work is outstanding and I knew I would have no worries after meeting with him. He is an honest, hard working individual. I would be remiss if I didn't mention his painter. The body work was great and the blended paint job fantastic. My husband being a European trained painter couldn't tell where the old paint stopped and the new began. An OUTSTANDING JOB and a big thank you. Lucy

From the second I walked into Mike's Shop I was handled with care and 100 percent sympathy. I was given a fair price on the damage that was done to my car in minutes by Mike himself. Mike does the best job for the best price and I heavily request Mike for any Auto Body or paint need because Mike will treat your car like he would treat his own car which is a quality not found often found in business men today. Do your car a favor and have it taken care of by Mike!

Decided to take my Impreza (damage to door from deer incident) to Mikes after seeing some of the his reviews. Before starting Mike was more than helpful in answering my questions, letting me know how they would handle my car during the process, and that he'd only want to do it if he could have it done right (a question of how cooperative my insurance would be). After dropping her off, Mike worked out any unquoted tasks with my insurance and was very good at keeping contact about what was going on (finding parts, getting everything stripped down, painting new parts, getting everything put back together, etc.). Repair took a little longer than expected because decent parts for my car are hard to come by but in the end everything looked great and functioned as expected.Should I need work later on I'll definitely talk to Mike's shop first.

Mike did a great job not only in fixing my vehicle but also making sure that the other driver's insurance paid for a critical OEM part. There were several estimate updates in the process and Mike handled all the negotiations for me. I would definitely use them highly again & highly recommend Mike's Auto Body and Paint for any auto body work you need!!

Mike's was my first stop while I was getting quotes. After sitting down and talking with Mike, I knew this was the right place. Mike helped explain everything they were going to do to my car and broke down the pricing. After a few days I was back in my car and it looked good as new. For anyone needing autobody / paint work done I highly recommend Mike's Autobody and Paint.

If you're looking for auto body repairs, Mike's Auto Body and Paint IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! Excellent customer service, amazing work, great attention to detail, and quick turn around time. What more could you possible ask for? I would give a million stars if I could.My story: Over the holidays my car was hit while parked at a friend's house two states away. The damage wasn't too bad. Just a new front fender and some minor repairs all the way to the rear fender. I'm fairly new to town so I looked up some auto body shop reviews and took my car to Mike's Auto Body and Paint. I am so beyond happy that I did. I've worked in customer service for a long time, and for me to say that the customer service was INCREDIBLE is a big deal. The work done on my car also went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!Excellent customer service: After a few weeks of me getting no reply from the at fault's insurance company, I was irritated to say the least. Mike said I could give him the information and he would help me get the repairs going. He really put the pressure on them to get the claim processed and within about a week my car was in the shop getting fixed! I was so happy to have his help trying to get through to the insurance company. It probably would have been another month if left up to me.Above and Beyond: There were two things that they fixed that I did not expect. One was a small dent above the passenger door and the other was my driver's side door lock. I had put off fixing the lock since someone told me I needed to replace the lock cylinder. That part cost over $200! He called me up and said he noticed the lock wasn't working and since they had the door ripped apart he took the lock down to Joe's Lock and Key to see if they could fix it. The lock was fixed for $25. I was thrilled! I can now use my key in the door and when you don't have power locks this is really awesome!The take away: Go to Mike's Auto Body and Paint to get excellent customer service and amazing results! You will not be disappointed.

Mike did a fantastic job on my car - he was recommended to me by my co-worker. He helped deal with the insurance company, clearly explained the repairs needed to my car, worked in a timely manner and at all times, conducted himself in a very professional way. This is the second time Mike's Auto Body has done work on our vehicles and as usual the car looks like new. Mike makes it easy and works with you to get everything sorted out with the insurance company. The level of superior work is amazing. We highly recommend giving Mike's Auto Body a call. Mike did excellent and very speedy work replacing the back bumper of my vehicle, and at a fair price. I dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready two business days later. Very impressed and will come here again if I ever need more body work.

I asked Mike if he could help me with a project that was NOT car related and got AMAZING results. I have a spun fiberglass out door table and chair set that I have had for over 23 years and love. It had become chipped and worn. I found out it would cost me over $1400 to replace it. I called Mike, picked a color and the results were beautiful (pictures to follow!)!! I saved over $1000.00 and got a really professional result. In fact it was so good, I am having Mike paint the metal outdoor shades that are over my windows in June when I paint the house. I love working with creative people that think out side the box!!!!

Mike quickly and EXPERTLY repaired my car--the work was beyond AMAZING! When I picked up my car, it looked showroom fresh--and it is 14 years old! I recommend Mike's shop to anyone wanting the best material, the highest quality craftsmanship and a fair price!

What can I say about Mike and this operation he's got running? Nothing but good stuff. While he was not able to fix my truck, damaged way beyond repair, he was able to get me taken care of. He dealt with the insurance company and made sure my total out process went smooth. Allowed me to come in and remove aftermarket items we knew I'd never get money back for. Overall just a nice guy who wont short change ya or mess around. If I ever need the same kind of service again in the future I will be coming back. Customer for life!

I unfortunately damaged the clear coat on my brand new truck. Not being able to live with it I looked in to having it repaired. I went to multiple automobile paint repair shops around Salem OR and got the same feedback and responses. I was told over and over that the damage cannot be repaired without completely stripping the paint and repainting it. This solution was given to me before the companies ever looked at the damage. Undeterred on my mission to have the damage repaired, I went down the list of local automotive paint repair shops. When I got to Mike's Autobody I gave them a call and spoke to Mike directly. I told Mike about my dilemma and he told me to bring it down so I did. Mike's crew instantly jumped right in and started repairing it before ever mentioning a word about money. They repaired the damage to my satisfaction and never charged me a dime. They took care of my issue as if it were there own.

Fortunately, I don t need auto body services yet. Unfortunately, I needed help recently and Mike cane to my rescue. Ready to go home about 5 PM on a Friday afternoon, he graciously recruited one of his employees, walked over to my problem small trailer which was loaded with garden mulch, essentially undrivable at the moment. They diagnosed the situation, opened the shop and had me drive in where they quickly, expertly made repairs that allowed me to drive home safely. Very professional, courteous and gracious. Though I m not hoping to need auto body repair soon, you never know. And now I know where to turn and highly recommend Mike s Body and Paint.

My husband had the front fender replaced and the hood repainted on our Mitsubishi. Mike did such a beautiful job, you can't even tell there was anything wrong. We are referring family and friends to his shop!

My excursion was hit by a bigrig. Mike's Auto and Body did an amazing job fixing the damage and working with my insurance group. While fixing it they also updates through texts with progress photos of my vehicle, so I knew what they did and when they did it and got to see it transorm back into a nice looking vehicle. I couldn't t be any happier with the work or the customer service.

I am new to the Salem area so I depend on reviews and word of mouth for direction to quality businesses. I had discovered a dent in my new truck on top of the cab. My theory is someone was loading material when I was at Lowes and something got away from someone and caused the dent. I was referred to Mike's Auto Body and the interaction was quick, easy and to the point. I took possession of the truck earlier today and couldn't be more thrilled. They did a perfect job, even washed the entire truck and delivered a day early. If I ever need body work done again, they will be my first stop. The owner Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Started out Mike seemed like a very nice guy. I had him do some body work from an accident to my passenger door and rear bumper. I had a few rock chips and a fading clear bra on my hood that I thought would take advantage of the repair work/painting.It was a disaster. First there were sags (waves) in the paint in my hood. I brought it back and Mike said he would try and fix it. He claimed someone must have jumped on my hood. He did not fix the paint. In fact it came out darker and did not match my fender anymore. He tried to convince me that I needed a new hood. (nice try)Once the weather and light was better I also found: dust, fisheyes and solvent pops.I am now livid to have recently discovered that he had painted over my clear bra! It will now take much more $$$ to either replace or repair my Hood, front fenders and bumper none of which were in the accident in the first place!Don't be fooled by his charm. I would never take anything there again.

Mike did a fabulous job on my truck, he is honest dependable, and his coworker Tino was fabulous also,it seems like you pay so much for insurance for something that might not never happen, and then when it does they don't want to help or want to do it the cheapest way possible. I feel very safe secure and wonderful to have guys like MIKE who are honest and reputable been the go between. My fianc�e spend some time talking to Mike and said he loved his ethics. I feel like I was blessed for experiencing Mike and Tino's professionalism and I will also help him and most definitely pass him on...Thank you very much Mike!

Mike worked on our Highlander in December. I was impressed with his honesty and he and his team did great work on our car. I was on a tight timeline due to travel and Mike made it all happen. Highly recommended.

My truck was on the receiving end of a hit and run, so Police report filed, check. Insurance claim with MY insurance company, check. Can we all say Deductible? Cha Ching! Thanks again for taking off jerk. My insurance seems to think the whole thing is my fault, after all how dare I park my truck in a parking lot. Sheesh!Then I called Mike's based on a friend s recommendation. Ta da! Like magic it didn t all suck quite so much. Dealing with Mike was the easiest part of this entire mess! He made sure the entire side of the truck box got replaced, answered all of my questions and took good care of my baby by making necessary repairs and 1. Made sure the spray in bed liner (just a few months old) was as good as new.2. Ensured the truck bed went back on the truck straight and centered. In fact the gap between bed and cab looks more even than before.3. Painted the truck bed bolts! Yes! What?! I know but really he did.Let me explain this last one. When I had the spray in bed liner installed the bolts were rusty, the bed liner company said the paint wouldn't stick because of the rust and that new ones were unreasonable expensive. Mike didn t like the way they looked against that nice new bed liner, each bolt was sanded and painted! Honestly, they sanded them to remove the rust then painted each one. My truck looks better post hit and run than it did going in.The shop is spacious, clean, and secure. I wasn't at all concerned leaving my truck for the week. Mike and his employees were friendly, helpful, and understanding of my concerns. I know I already said it but it's worth repeating, "My truck looks better post hit and run than it did going in". Thank you Mike! You did a great job, no offense but I hope I never HAVE to see you again.
