This location takes care of me every time! They know me by name now because of how loyal I have been to their location for my services! My sonata has 318,000 miles and these boys make sure it s a safe daily for me. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else. They don t realize how much they have done for me, and impacted my life. My car is the foundation to everything I can do, and they always ensure it s running the best it can. Much love to this location! They deserve bonuses or at the bare minimum, a pizza party haha! I m sure they don t get recognized enough

I came in on an extremely icy day & was immediately taken care of with kindness, professionalism & grace. Unbeknownst to me, I was dangerously driving on completely bald tires! Even though the tires I needed we re not in stock at the current location, another local Firestone Tires did have them in stock & quickly delivered them so that I could have them installed & drive home safely. The Manager, Kayla, & her team worked to allow me to be safe in this inclement weather. I even got an oil change in the meantime!!You all Rocked it!! Thank you so incredibly much!!

Not a great experience. Besides being delayed by a day to start the service on the vehicle (we had an appointment) once they looked at the vehicle, they were not able to address the issues, which were generally routine maintenance type things for a 5 year old vehicle. Maybe this experience was a one off but I will be taking future work elsewhere.

Bought my tires on line and had them shipped here. Made a oppointment got them mounted within 2 days after delivery. They mounted and balanced them in an hour and half. Very courteous and friendly service!

I am so thankful for this shop. My car broke down on a road trip 600 miles from home and an hour from our destination. They really went above and beyond to make sure the problems were fixed and to ensure everything was in good condition so that I felt comfortable driving it back home. Excellent customer service keeping me updated throughout repairs and zero issues on the drive home. I came in to get a brake fluid exchange and rotion of my tires. When I got my car back it was worse than before I dropped it off. My brake light was on when I got it back which it wasn t before I dropped it off. On top of that now my car sounds terrible like something is wrong.

I didn't get any services or anything from here but I did break down infront of the store. they helped me get it into one of their spots and allowed my dad and i to work on it in the parking lot till I could move it out. thank you guys for everything and the coffee.

I've gotten maintenance at this location a couple of times and it has always been a good experience. Rolando is top notch in costumer service along with being knowledgeable about their craft.

Shady people, shotty work, overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to Les Schwab. Super nice folks and have never had an issue with their work.

Kayla and all the technicians was so helpful and approachable. Kayla updated everything that was going on with my car. The technician ensure everything was replaced and repaired properly. From Salem to Vegas my 2012 little champ here we go Sorry if I spelled Kayla wrong

Very unsatisfied, with the customer service at the front desk was treated rudely when I asked about my appointment, and questioned as to why it would take all day. Online I failed to see anything about my appointment potentially taking all day. I wanted a simple brake and brake fluid change, this is the second time trying with a firestone location for service, and yet again I am leaving disappointed and frustrated.

Arrived prior to opening. Needed new RV Trailer tire to continue my trip back to Va. They started to help me 15 min before they were open at 8 Am and I was out the door at 8:15...The whole staff were extremely helpful and courteous. In my 54 years of driving no Firestone Service Center has treated me as helpful and courteous as this crew. THANKS!

This place is pretty bad. Had my car aligned and they literally didn't even bother aligning the front because the tech didnt notice you can make camber adjustments. Didnt do the rear because "a bolt looked like it was stuck". They didnt want to touch it. Rescheduled for a month later but they canceled on me because they were "behind". Didnt even attempt to call me before wasting my time driving there.

Keala, the, New lady manager, will absolutely made extra efforts in showing me photos, plus then took me out to show me, with an explanation why the parts need to be replaced. She is a very caring person regarding the cost, and makes sure that a customer receives any & all specials that corporation have available, honors we veterans with military discount.She also keeps required paper work flowing, while processing more than one customers closing.I'm going back July 11, 2023 to review additional replacement parts neededI recommend those in need of their vehicles checkup & repairs/replacement to go visit with Keala.A satisfied customer,William J. I came in to have a rotation done. When I got the car back (almost 90 minutes later) the wheels were out of balance. When I made a a complaint, all they had to say was that they don't check the balance. Awful service. Furthermore one of their techs took my name and looked me up on social media. Super unprofessional. Definitely never coming here again

Read all if you want full story. Long story short, don't bother with online schedules they won't look at your car even if you're on time of your scheduled appointment. They basically treat you as a walk in if you schedule online. It's up to Ronaldo when he looks at your car, no matter what appointment you thought you had. The mechanic Ronaldo seems too old be working in a high pace job. He stated he still had cars from yesterday and that's why he hasn't looked at my car after 3 hours of it being parked in the lot. Never once did he apologize about my scheduled car not being looked at, he just kept making excuses on why he hasn't looked at my car yet. Ronaldo also took my keys knowing he works slow and had a back log of cars in the shop. I asked for my keys back and left, total waste of time when I could've scheduled an appointment somewhere else, you know a place where appointments actually mean something. Will be trying a different Firestone in the future, Lancaster Firestone is too busy for a old man to be the "main guy"Service: Brakes

Been here several times for tires and other work through the years. They have always been knowledgeable and helpful. The reason I give 4 stars, is that the last 2 times, they've seemed to be in a hurry and had forgotten a couple of things. Once they forgot to tap my hubcaps down all the way and one flew off. This most recent time, they didn't clamp down my air filter assembly. I always check everything when I get my cars back, just in case. I make sure they did in fact change my oil and other things. They said my air filter was dirty and I declined to have them replace it because I can for cheaper. It wasn't very dirty at all! Anyways, it's not just these guys. It's always a good idea to double check everything to be safe. Sometimes places are in a rush and just forget.

I always try to work with Ronaldo. He is super nice. He always answers my questions. He has a lot of knowledge (obviously) about cars. I always feel very comfortable about his feedback on my car. I don t feel like he tries to push s things in me. The service is always amazing.

These guys got me in and out by the time all the other shops had barely open. I was a walk in too so that makes it extra special . Seriously tho! Good service

I went to get new breaks for my car it ended up costing me $900 dollars. The cherry on top was when they returned the car and I had realized that they broke the hand break. When I confronted them about it this was their response you either gave it to us like that or it was about to break, we are not responsible for that go anywhere else but there.

Scheduled an appointment online to have a flat tire fixed. Waited for confirmation of my appointment. Arrived on time for my appointment. When I arrived I was told they could not fix the tire because the hole was "larger than a quarter of an inch." The hole was a tiny slit. Argued with the guy for a minute, because I have personally seen far worse punctures repaired. When he finally agrees to "accept the liability," he then proceeded to tell me I was fourth in line. I asked him why I had bothered to make an appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that I hadn't. I showed him the confirmation on my phone. He was then suddenly able to find my appointment. He then told me that I would still have to wait, at which point I told him that he had lost my business.Went down the street to Noble Tires. Walked in without an appointment. Guy asks me if I want a plug or a patch. I say "both." He says "come back in thirty to fourty minutes." The tire has never held air better.Firestone should send their employees to Noble Tires for training sessions. They may learn the mystical arts of tire repair.

I don't normally go to Firestone but tonight I was so glad that they were open (I had 5 min to get there before closing ).The culprit: A metal siding screw found its way in my tire. So nails!Arrived when they were on the verge of closing, they were awesome & took in my car to save my tire... and my anxieties.I was so grateful and tipped well.Thank you!
