I went in for an oil change yesterday and had a great experience! I was way overdue for one and always get embarrassed they are going to call me out for it, they didn't. They were super sweet and when showing me what needs replaces weren't pushy at all(it was clear my air filter and transmission fluid needed replaced) I replaced the air filter and got an explanation of how long and the process for the transmission fluid. The employees are professional and are very helpful! I would definitely recommend going here for an oil change!

Don't confuse them with "enterprise rent a car".They have nothing to do with them.Also, they might be good and changing oil (I don't know), but the guy over there overestimated his ability/knowledge.My vehicle was not repaired as it should have been and therefore a good amount of stress, additional expenses and other temporary headaches was caused.That person seemed to be too focused on making a quick buck, instead of caring for the quality of service or listening to what customer says.

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER go here unless you want to pay $400 in repairs due to their incompetence and inability to do a simple oil change without causing damages they aren t willing to fix. The best he could do is give me $92 of in store credit. That s an absolute joke I will never return here and I definitely won t recommend them to anyone.

My friend and I were about to drive from Salem to Portland on a rainy Sunday evening, when our Cadillac began making a strange flapping noise, somewhere under the car. It was almost 6 PM, and we couldn t think of what to do, but we were hesitant to make the drive in the rain without investigating. I searched on Google for someplace that offered some kind of automotive service at that hour on a Sunday night, and there was Enterprise Instant Oil Change, right near the Interstate 5 in Salem! We pulled into their service bay and explained what we were hearing. The service techs (Tyson and Dan) immediately went down and looked underneath the car. They discovered that the skip plate over the transmission had come loose, and they offered to make a temporary fix that could be permanently fixed by Cadillac the next day. We happily accepted, and when we tried to pay them, they declined, saying that they were just happy to help, knowing that we would now have a safe and worry-free trip up to Portland on a rainy night. I think this was remarkable service, and the only way that I can repay them is to post this review. What a wonderful business. I only wish we lived in Salem so I could patronize it more often!

They have changed sense I started using them. At first they were great but the last time I used them I didn't make it out of the parking lot before my car broke down. Turns out they pulled a bunch of wires loose getting to my air filter. Then just this weekend my girlfriend left after an oil change and her tire went flat. Stopped at Les Schwab and turns out the air stem was broke off. Enough is enough I will never use this place again.Service: Oil change

Came here with a Groupon and the staff was beyond friendly. You stay in your car for service so you can see everything their doing and they were communicating with me through the whole process explaining which parts may need to be looked at and why. They visually showed me and explained to me what needs to be serviced. Overall a great experience and I felt like I could really trust them. Usually I hate going to auto shops because I feel like I m being upsold but I appreciate how here they took the time to explain the charges and let me decide what gets done now as well as giving me a print out of services and prices that I may need in the future instead of making me feel like I need to do it all right away.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. Didn't have to get out of the car and the gave us water bottles. Definitely coming back.

Great service and great staff! I got helped by a young man named kaleb and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I had no idea what I was talking about and he still didn t make me feel stupid! Which is very rare at these places. I m definitely coming back soon.

Great service, really impressed! I was getting my car washed, and Rey saw that one of my tail lights was out. He went out of his way and fixed it for free. Jose and Alonso also gave me a great deal on a oil change ( Same oil that dealerships use but more affordable). These guys have great energy and make you feel welcomed. Will be bringing the rest of my vehicles here as well instead of the dealership.

I love going to Enterprise to get my car taken care of. I ve had different services on my car, and every time the employees do a wonderful job. The customer service is great, the work is solid, and every time I leave I feel confident that my car is leaving the shop in an improved state.

Disappointed with their service. I ve gotten plenty of full synthetic oil changes since they opened back in June 2019. Every time you get a full synthetic oil change, recommended is 5,000 - 7000 miles for an oil change. They ve even told me that it can be pushed as far as 10,000 miles. I went it today and got told I had to PAY for an oil change with the oil is clear and no signs of burnt oil. All I wanted was a top off on the car s oil, like I was told I can come in whenever to get a top off. Alonso and Reynaldo lost my business. I got a free oil top off from Firestone.

I had a check engine light come on and I was recommended to change the water pump. I asked multiple times to only put the best part regardless of cost. The water pump was then replaced by ENTERPRISE instant oil change. He turned off the check engine light for me. As I drove off after a few miles my check engine light came back on. I took my vehicle back to Enterprise instant oil change and asked them to take a look. They then claimed that I must have a coolant leak someplace. After going back and forth with the mechanic I had a feeling that they did not use quality part for the water pump they replaced. I then made a bet with the mechanic. if I go and purchase a new water pump from Chevy and it was replaced the check engine light would turn off and if not I would then compensate Enterprise instant oil change for the additional labor. What do you know, after being replaced with a factory part my check engine light no longer came on. It's been a month and still no issues. Let them stick to oil changes anything beyond that is out of their scope of knowledge.

I came here for an oil change and was not disappointed. The team seems great and they love what they do. Their honest and do the job right. I plan to come back here for my next oil change. They are even willing to give a discount on my next oil change if I keep their sticker on my back window.

Air filter is a pain to change and other oil change service places had not even bothered to do it. So big thumbs up to Enterprise Instant Oil Change Owner and his crew for taking his time to change the filter and full service with 50% off.!! Definitely reccomend you check them out.

They were great. I went to the location in Salem on Lancaster. I will never go to another spot. Great people skill. Even offered water and hot coco while we waited in the car. Reynaldo was the man who served us a great service

Went in with a Groupon. Was immediately told my 6cylinder jeep takes extra oil, with an extra charge, and a special oil filter, with an extra charge. It takes exactly 5 quarts, and the filter is NOT any more expensive than your typical oil filter. It really upsets me that these places get away with ripping the average person off. Not gonna let that happen to me, tho. Just wonder how often they do this to people who don't know any better. I do NOT recommend this place. Will not return.

These guys are awesome the place was really clean and nice looking and the guys were very attentive and professional. I was at the car wash next door and they noticed that I had a tail light out so they came over introduce their selves told me about the new business that it opened and fix my tail light for me for free in like 3 minutes. My son was impressed at how fast they were. And I appreciated the free service if I ever need an oil change I'll definitely give them a call and if anybody else ever asks where to get an oil change done I will definitely send them their way

This place is hiding on Lancaster behind the car wash and they're fantastic! All the employees helped me out with everything that I needed. The are all friendly and I'm very happy that I found this place. I'll be returning for my upcoming oil, and other issues they can fix!! I'll recommend you guys to everyone!! Great guys and they know their stuff. Did notice however that when I get my full synthetic oil change done elsewhere, it s at 5k intervals, not 3k like here. Would recommend

Went in about a month ago, my Cadillac needed a oil change and instead also got my oil and air filter done for under $90! I had forgot my card at home and only brought about $85 cash and the employees were very nice and offered me a huge discount for all. Only place I trust to get my oil done. 10/10 anyone to anyone! Friendly, Bilingual and overall great service.Service: Oil change

They are so friendly and welcoming, very quick and thorough. Even went above and beyond for something other oil change places don't even mention! I really loved their service, and will continue to go to them and have my friends go there too! I highly recommended these guys

Incredible service! I was able to get in right away. The great staff helped me get the best quality oil change in preparation for a long trip. They are extremely nice and they even fixed a small issue that would have been on my mind the entire 2400mile drive. I very much look forward to being their customer again!
