I was really pleased with the service I got from Elite Auto Service. I thought the prices were fair and I felt the mechanics were very honest with me. So far, so good. Went in to get a quote on some repairs. They gave me an actual written quote with the labor and parts. Even gave me some recommendations of other places I might want to try as well. To compare prices, wow - that's a first. I think because at the time they are very busy. I did get some quotes and found that there's was reasonably lower than others. We will use Elite. Not because of price, but because they gained my trust.

I found this place on Facebook because my BMW needed some work. I just bought a house so i am pinching pennies currently BUT....they had some wonderful reviews and thought id test out my luck.Annnnd OMG !!VERY affordable prices..The 2 men that work there did an amazing job on my car in a timely mannor. They were very respectful to my wishes on my car and they did exactly what i needed and asked for. I highly recommend Elite Auto Service !You will thank me later! I am so glad i found this place. Have been frequenting this shop for my auto repairs since 2016, and have never had a bad experience. I have a white 2013 Range Rover evoque! My first time taking my car in for repairs. Not trying to be dramatic but hands down best mechanic process ever. I was dreading taking my car in but they truly made it easy. Great communication and by that I mean they would call me and let me know the cost, the time frame it would be done and they sure did follow through. I m taking my car there from now on with any issue it comes across. My car runs great again. They fixed every single thing I was having issues with and there s nothing to complain about. I also really like that the place is highly secured with cameras. I m a happy customer and I hope I don t have anymore car problems but if so I know where to go. I have a 2016 Mercedes Benz E-350 and well even the one before my 2008 have been serviced at this amazing place! Layne takes care of my baby and never feel like I m being taken advantage of which other place have felt even for servicing this is the only place I go! His prices too are really worth checking him out! Go local and they are so happy to have them on our community for high end vehicles servicing!

I'm so glad I found Elite Auto Service! I previously had been driving to Portland to have my Range Rover serviced. I'm very particular about where and who I have work on my vehicles. Elite Auto Service does great quality work in a fast time frame. They are very honest and affordable. Highly Recommend! We brought our 2005 Jaguar S-type to Layne as it had been leaking Coolant for a while. He diagnosed it the next day as a leak from the right corner radiator seam. As the seam could not be sealed, he replaced the radiator and completed the job in 2 days. I'm very happy with the result.

I took in my Mercedes to get a check engine light looked at and diagnosed. I m the process of diagnosis my car key was lost and I was told I had a bad engine. Well a day later I took my care to a much higher qualified shop to get a second look and they told me I had a bad fuel injector and that my motor was perfectly happy. Do not recommend this shop poor management and Very dirty do not trust my vehicle there.

Elite Auto Service has worked on all my European vehicles for years. I trust that they will complete all repairs and service so that my vehicles drive at its top performance. Since I have owned my Porsche Cayenne SLayne and his team have done multiple repairs and maintenance . Everytime the work was great and the prices are very fair. Wonderful work! I have been looking for someone that I can trust to fix my Jaguar XK8. and Elite Auto Service is the place. Layne always responded to me within 48 hours, exactly as he promised. The prices are fair and he stands by his quotes. The service was fast and of high quality. Layne was able to get me the upgraded parts I asked him to use to fix the car. I can't be happier with the work and I will return. Thank you Layne and Elite Auto Service!

We've been using Elite for several years now and it is nice to have piece of mind when dealing with car repairs. They know their stuff. We have had problems diagnosed with freaky accuracy, timely repairs and very fair pricing. They are good. If you want an honest repair shop look no further. They are not just limited to German makes either, we've had work done on at least 5 different cars at Elite including Japanese and American vehicles.Thanks Guys

I have a 2008 Range Rover and have been come in to Elite for about 5 years and can tell you that he knows his stuff and will ALWAYS give it to you straight and love that about this place! Sent my Mom in there with her 2015 Benz E and it was a simple fix he didn t charge her for his time! He is also a great local member of our community and love supporting local business and they show that love back and really have a lot of referral and repeat business because of it! Thanks Layne and Elite auto for all the great service!

Layne is an awesome dude! Straightforward and definitely knowledgeable. They got my car sorted quickly, and at almost half the cost of the dealership quote. I know I ll be seeing him again because I own a bmw. But I wouldn t take it anywhere else.

I had my BMW X3 3.0 towed into Elite Auto Service.It had in my opinion a very serious problem. It would not run, barely idle. I talked to Layne on the phone about my problem and he made me feel confident that he could fix it, I am thinking it may cost alot to get it running.He called me shortly after and found the problem that ended up being a simple fix and not cost very much.He had it running and went through and found some serious problems that needed fixing, water pump that was almost burned out, motor mounts were broken, I told him to fix it as he was very reasonable in the price to fix. I picked the car up and was running smooth, very pleased indeed. Shortly after I was driving and it did a stall, ( come to find out it had a bad throttle body also) I called him and he was very concerning and told me to bring it back and he would look at it for free since I already had it diagnosed once. He found the problem, he had a used one laying around and he just charged me for the labor. $189.I was very pleased at this point and had him do some front end work as well.I can say now that my car is feeling near new even with a lot of miles on it. It's responsive and handles well. I will go into the summer confident it will get me where I'm going with no worries.Elite knows what they are doing and I recommend if you have a European car to take it there for a thorough job at a fair price. I will take mine back for sure.

I really like this place, and its owner Layne. For the last 2 years he has consistently helped me navigate the right path in maintaining my two older Mercedes Benz'. I trust him to help me understand the most cost-effective way to keep my cars well maintained and safe.While I have been a customer of the MB dealers in Salem and Wilsonville, and used other independent shops to maintain my cars, my experiences with Elite and Layne have been the best.

Update to this review. The voicemail was not harassing whatsoever. You slandered our business by saying we sell bad cars and be wary of us. We try our best to provide quality pre owned European vehicles. Obviously used cars are not perfect, hence PPI so that customers can know exactly what is needed to fix. We do not expect you to pass every car, but do expect you to perform your PPI duty that you get paid for and give honest reports of mechanical issues. You cannot speak for our dealership or inventory as a whole and I do not appreciate when a potential customer is told to be wary of us. We have been in business for 31 years for a reason. The comments made to the customer were unnecessary and not in good faith, hence the 1 star review. Let the PPI speak for itself. Have a good day

This is a great shop with the skills, knowledge and attitude to do the job honestly and fairly (price wise). They've been helping me restore my 1995 BMW 325i Convertible and I'm glad I found this shop. I even recommended it to my girl friend who took a 2005 BMW there. She said she felt very comfortable and that she wasn't being taken advantage of. Keep up the good work, we'll be back.

I have had my 2001 BMW 325i for over a year and a half, this is my second BMW. I have been everywhere and still have not found better service then with Layne at Elite Auto.I have sent several friends and strangers that direction because he is honest and fair.He has the best pricing ANYWHERE I have found, and he cares about his customers. I was almost left on the side of the road by he made sure that would not happen.BMWs are not cheap by any means, but i will keep my car as long as I can because I know I can trust Layne and the work he does! Thank you Layne!!

I m so glad I found Elite Auto Service. I initially took my vw bug here to have a few issues repaired. They called me back in a timely manner diagnosing problems that other shops had missed. My final repair cost was even a little cheaper than the initial quote. The owner went out of his way to offer me a ride home and did another small repair at no additional cost for the labor and part! I will definitely be returning to them for future business! Thank you guys!

We've been taking our Jaguar XJR to Layne since 2013. I honestly believe that he is THE BEST place to take a Jaguar. He is professional, honest, and his prices are very fair. It's nice to have total confidence in your mechanic like we do with Layne. We recently purchased a Mercedes GL550 and have had Layne do some routine servicing on that vehicle as well. Once again Layne did a great job. We are Elite Auto Service customers for life! Thanks Layne!
