Matt was awesome to work with. The whole staff was great. We bought the Honda Fury. And some riding gear. We will definitely be back for more. The service department was great as well (they worked on my Suzuki). Cycle Country is a great store. Come see all the nice folks there.

Karim answered all our questions, he was very patient and kind. He helped us very well and it was clear when he gave me the information I needed, he was also very understanding and patient even though my English is not very good. In general, everything is great. I have my new toy and we are ready for adventures thanks to Karim who and cyclecountry.

Steven Ray was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to me, helped me find the perfect motorcycle for me, and didn t waste my time with the sales process. He offered the best price upfront, and also included options that were important to me. He took time to walk me through the facility and really made the experience easy and enjoyable. I got the exact bike I wanted at a price better than expected. Steven, thank you and Cycle Country for a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a motorcycle from Cycle Country and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Nikolas Tiemann. Nikolas Went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and preferences, answered all my questions, and gave a great tour of the facility.I wish to give many thanks to Cycle Country for having great taste in motorcycles and allowing me to be the owner of my badass, rare, and forever touring bike, the Honda Valkyrie.

This place is awesome! Anything motorcycle can be found here. Large showroom selection of various brands. Staff is super friendly, service shop is knowledgeable and gets your bike back on the road as quickly as their work load let's them. Making a weekday appointment is the best way. Saturdays are first- come- first- served. I have purchased two motorcycles from them and I would do it again if the need arises.

Was planning to buy a new bike but was stuck between two makes and had lots of questions about the Indian Challenger and Chieftian. When I arrived, Matt greeted me and I began with the barrage of questions. Matt had the answer for all of it and I made the easy decision to buy my new Challenger. Matt provided suggestions and made recommendations based on my wants. I would be happy to do business with him in the future. He makes you feel family and worka to get you exactly what you want. Cycle Country makes the process easy to get yourself your new toy. Even though I had some kinks to work out due to paying cash, because the banks want to keep your money, Cycle Country worked with me and was fantastic. Now we get to the accessories part of the deal. Brian is the guy in parts that I will do all my business with. He is knowledgeable and is quick to get the answer if he is unsure of something. Brian has helped me get the parts I needed to make the bike what I want it to be. He treats you like family and makes you feel welcome. Cycle Country is not like a normal dealership where your money is all they want. They make the whole buying process a wonderful experience. Not sure when the next bike will be purchased, but I will be going back to Cycle Country to make that purchase when it is time. Even the staff you are not directly working with stop and talk with you and share knowledge they have as well, which just adds to the whole experience in general.

I recently purchased a Surron Ultra Bee from Steven, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steven's expertise and professionalism made the transaction seamless. Bought a used scooter and had lots of ? s. Got tons of help from Nik, our sales guy, who went above and beyond with everything we needed from running the scoot, to using the center stand, and even safely securing the scoot in our truck for the ride home. The rest of the crew at Cycle Country was awesome as well, from parts thru service, getting us all set up to motor on. Overall great buying experience and great customer service. I d highly recommend stopping by if you re looking for a great selection of bikes, parts, and accessories. Thanks guys!

Have always had a good experience here until today. Came in to pick up a rear axle for my Honda that I had ordered last week (parts department was great), however, when I was leaving I stopped to look at the clearance bins and checked out a clutch lever for less than 10 seconds just to see it didn t fit my bike. Put it back and left. Was sitting in my truck for about 5 minutes texting a friend and an older employee comes and knocks on my window and asks me where s the clutch lever you were looking at? He accuses me of stealing it and then tells me that I m on camera to which I reply that I didn t steal anything and I m more than willing to come inside and figure this ordeal out but he just walked back inside pissed off. It s one thing to accuse me of theft, everybody makes mistakes, but it s the fact that he didn t apologize at all and still treated me like I was in the wrong. Came across as his ego was much more important than the customer. Been shopping here for years and even planned to buy a new bike soon, unfortunately, now I ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Just purchased my 4th Indian from Cycle Country. Great people there. I love the customer service. Big shout out to the salesman Matt Stoner. No pressure sales and the guy knows the product inside and out. I wouldn t hesitate to send anyone here for their next adventure.

We were in a panic to get our Polaris Generator in to be serviced as my husband was leaving town during the ice storm. The last ice storm we were without power for 14 days and lost 7 huge oak trees. Kaelyn in the service department was able to get us in last minute and able to get our generator back to us the same day. We appreciated her attentiveness and ability to make this happen for us!

These guys rock. I just drove down from Portland to buy a sweet new Honda lawn mower from them. Between the special pricing deals they do and the next level selection and service they offer, the 2 hour round trip was easy. Thanks Curt and team. I even got my little man to do some dreaming for when he gets to about 16 or so

Bought two bikes from Cycle Country this year, and the experience has been upfront and pleasant both times.Second purchase involved a trade-in, which was handled easily and admirably.Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for a bike (especially an Indian) and find Matt! He'll be knowledge and willing to work with whatever you bring to the table.

Low on inventory, came in to get my 5 star oil kit and they wanted to give me a run around at the parts counter. Pay $2000 for a 5 star program and they want to give you hassles, don't need the drama, this is why we bought our scout 60 else where. Got treated a whole lot better, bye Felicia.

Hi, Erik was my sales guy, he made this whole process seem easy. I am From Minneapolis, found the cycle online so was a little nervous buying something so far away.
