Pretty good place to go. I went in here and didn't ask for a price on anything and they didn't try to pull anything and were very honest. The aftermarket headlights that I wanted installed didn't fit and chucks auto went the extra mile to find the right ones for my car model. There prices are pretty good as well compared to other machanics. Definitely recommend.

Chuck does high quality work. If something comes up during inspection of your vehicle he always calls and informs the customer.

It's a great place to go to in order to get your car checked out and or fixed up. If you wanna find a great place to go that will even work on older cars, this is it.

Very impressed and appreciate my entire experience. Transmission was shot, and I called chucks and expressed how it was my only transportation for work and they got in in the same week and I had my car back by the end of the next day! I' will never go any other place again! Chuck was so informative on the things I need to prevent more issues also! Hands down best experience I've ever had spending this much money lol. 100% Satisfaction. Normally I don t like going to mechanics, but I can tell you Chuck is the man! Took my car in because it was having issues and he was able to pinpoint the exact issues and get them dealt with in just a day. Great service hands down, will most definitely be coming back in the future! If this man ever offered an internship I would most definitely love the opportunity to learn from him!

Chucks is an awesome place to take you cars, suv's, an trucks to as they are super honest with your car and they are really great on price. They got my car from me on a Thursday and got it back to Mr on Monday and they had to change the thermostat, water pump, and struts on the rear end of the car. Plus they were already really swamped to begin with, with a full lot of cars. If you want great service and an honest mechanic then check out Chucks Automotive as they'll do you right!

Chuck's has done a lot of work on my various vehicles. Engine overhaul on my Thunderbird, periodic maintenance on the F-150 and a complete rebuild (engine, wiring, interior, decals) on my Road Runner. He has excellent attention to detail and charges a reasonable price. I use my vehicles professionally, so I require a high degree of competence in the work done to them. Therefore I trust Chuck's auto before any other establishment.

Chuck's is an shop awesome, they did great work on my car at a awesome price. No pressure in getting other items fixed! Gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be fixed right away! I appreciate mechanics like this and I will come back again for my repairs:)

The best Automotive Repair in Salem Oregon, they were great. Brought my 2006 Buick Rendezvous in for service, and it needed a lot of work on the engine, and various other areas. Chuck was able to get me in and out very quickly, and was upfront about the cost of labor, and price for parts, so no sticker shock here. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. There were a few issues with my truck that were really frustrating me and a few other shops couldn't quite nail down but Chuck did and I can drive my truck again. I will definitely be recommending him to other people. Thanks again Chuck!

I had an exceptional experience with Chuck's Automotive. First of all, they worked me in when I needed work done before a vacation. They even worked on the weekend to try to get it done ASAP. To top everything off, they stood behind all their work. The new rack and pinion steering which they installed wound up to be defective to no fault of them. Once they found out what was happening, they replaced it for no additional charge and with no hassle. This is a rare find of a automobile shop!

This guy replaced my broken alternator and did an oil change and refilled all my cars fluids all in one day! He even let me charge my phone in the lobby! My car runs so much smoother now and he was very nice too! Thank you chuck!

Chuck is very kind, and always seems to be able to fix it quickly. My cabin air motor went out, and not only did he have it fixed the same day, but he noticed my headlight was out and fixed that too!

I've never been to Oregon, but I've spent a week in the Pacific Northwest and it is definitely a beautiful place to see. That being said, when Paul Harrell says you're the only guy he trusts to drive his car, well that's good enough for 5 stars in my book.

I had a great experience at Chuck's!! I needed wheel bearings and struts badly, and Chuck got me in the next day and was done that day. I highly recommend!!

I went there 10 min before it opened and noticed the "Open" sign was on I tried the front door but got no response so sat in my truck for 15 minutes after it was supposed to be open and called several times and still no response so after a few more minutes of waiting I decided to take my business elsewhere
