I've taken my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to Carlos multiple times for everything from radiator replacement to putting on a new hood and fixing my grill after an accident. He's always very timely and communicates what needs done on the car and is always very honest about what can and can't be done. I always appreciate how quickly my car is always ready and I can always count on them to take great care of my vehicle. I will always highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service! And thank you so much to Carlos for all the care you've put into my Jeep!!

I have used Carlos automotive repair a few times and wouldn t use another mechanic again. He replaced a motor for me on my truck, did electrical work on my jeep and has done a few other maintenance jobs on my cars. Always a great price and never had a problem with the work being done right. His prices are also extremely reasonable. If your looking for a mechanic Carlos is your guy.

Professional, prompt response, timely completion of work as promised, reasonable cost, appreciated that he had tow truck service available. I first used Carlos' mechanic services to replace brakes and replace front rotors and the most recent work the starter and cables were replaced. Carlos is great! The dealership I took my truck to said I needed an engine replacement, there was a a pretty loud tapping noise coming from the bottom of the truck. Wasn t gonna pay there price a friend of mine recommended Carlos so I decided to give him a try, best decision I could of made after he diagnosed the problem it wasn t the engine but the catalytic converter. Got to deal directly with the owner, Carlos. He scheduled me quickly, bid the job affordably, got my work finished the same day it was scheduled, and the final price came in below his own bid. Definitely recommend his shop and will be going back. He's fair and he's fast.

I looked up mechanics that work on air conditioning. I called him on Friday he got me in the next day. He told me it would be 4 hrs. It only took 2.5. Carlos is an honest mechanic at a great price! I would recommend him to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! Thank you Carlos!

I contacted Carlos Automotive Repair today because my splash guard on my 2015 Camry popped off and was dragging on the ground. It s hard when you re a young woman going alone to mechanics because I ve found that places like Les Schwab want to try to upsell me the entire time I m there and tell me I need to purchase things I don t need to purchase. I reached out to the guys at Carlos and was quoted $20-$40 and I asked if they had time that day and they said absolutely and to come on down. I showed up and the guy that helped me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable while I was there. He promptly pulled my car in, I took a seat in the office, and he fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. He came back in and charged me $10 for the repair. I can t say how much I appreciate the guys there enough! Times are tough and money is tight and I was worried about how much it was going to cost me, and thankfully the nice souls at Carlos really hooked me up. I recommend them if you need mechanic work done, I ll definitely be going back in the future. Thanks guys!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quick, fast, and reliable services. Affordable pricing. Great customer service. Life saver for sure!!! Highly recommend if you need something mechanically done or if you would like to know how much it will cost, just given him a call. He speaks Espanol. He has done many services on my car and my friend's vehicle. I am always recommending him to anyone who needs a good mechanic. Out of my experiences with mechanics, Carlos is one of those people who will give you his words without lying to you about what is wrong with your car. I am always calling him or messaging him for questions about vehicles and whatnot.

My car broke down on i5. Called my insurance to tow it to Carlos, as it was the closest shop to me. They didn't even charge me anything to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. The diagnostic they provided allowed me to recognize that the repair is under warranty through Kia, & they allowed me reasonable time to figure out a long distance tow to the dealership in Vancouver, WA. They simply helped me in a time of need & didn't charge me a dime for their time & inconvenience. If the vehicle hadn't been under warranty, I would've felt more than comfortable having Carlos do the work. I would highly recommend them. Honest, helpful & professional.

Carlos and his tech are highly recommended! I have used their services numerous times, and they are both honest, always willing to explain what they find, and get the work completed in a timely manner. Pricing is very competitive. This place is must go for any reliable diagnostic and high quality mechanical repair.. Customer service is great, prices are affordable and parts and labor are of the best quality. We have worked with Carlos for a few years now and we have always had great results. Before you go spend your money somewhere else, go to Carlos. He may give you a better price.
