We had really great results at Cap Toyota Service. My RAV4 caught on fire, just as instructed by the recall notice. After getting through the insurance claim it didn t take long to get the car back in great condition. I m more than happy.

We purchased both our new cars from Capitol and they took great care of us. Carli in sales is very personable and makes sure you re confident in all your decisions. Jona in financing is through, efficient, and does a great job explaining all the financial details and associated paperwork. We really appreciate he service at Capitol!

I had my service completed on May 17,2023 (yes I m a bit late in posting) and Elijah was the technician that assisted me. He even remembered my mouse issue I had a year earlier!! He was very polite, patient, professional, quick, and friendly. I like doing business with this guy, I sure wish he could be the technician I have every time!!The other individual I d like to give a shout out to is, ANGIE the cashier. She saved the day for me when I tried using the vending machines but something was askew with the card reader and I was toooo short. She did me a favor and purchased my two chocolate Candy bars, bcuz she couldn t get the card reader to work and I didn t have cash. Kudos to you Miss Angie!!!

My first visit to Capitol! Want to Do an Express oil change. I called a few days B4, quoted $62 for serving my sienna. When I made my reservation for next week, the service quoted me $77!! I told him I was quoted $62 for a 5 qt regular oil service! That's VERY deceiving! No wonder I Don't go to the dealerships! What a Scam!!

As always, this Toyota dealer and service center does a fantastic job. They get you in and out rapidly and they seem to care about you, your vehicle and the experience. Beats Wilsonville...

I won t come here again. After damage was found to my vehicle, I later learned this dealership has a policy where they unplug customers dashcam s. There s no excuse in hiding your work and lack of transparency. Horrible customer service unplugging/touching customers property you weren t authorized to. I strongly urge you to stay away from this shady type of business practice!

Well, this my 1 complaint, I had 9 a.m appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled time there were all kinds of cars there. When I finally got to pull forward and talk to somebody I was told it would be 2 to 3 hrs to service my car. So I am thinking what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they either over booked their appointments or just let people who just show up that morning go in front of you? They did however offer us a lyft ride to take us back home and then pick us up at home and take us back to the dealership, which was much appreciated. And our service helper was friendly. Wish I could give a higher rating but not sure why about their appointment system. They may need to rethink that.

They decided to do the job when I showed up without an apt..,however, I was charged almost $200.00 to have a battery and a cabin filter replaced...this is unacceptable.Didnt give me anything for the battery, instead charged me $18.00 to put a new one in and $18.00 to put the cabin filter in.Why are you charging seperate labor on this when it was the same person and didnt take long to do.I have only taken my car to you since I bought it there almost 7 years ago because I felt it was the best for my car, but now Im not so sure.Anyway, the gentlemen that took my car were very nice and professional.Thank you

Service member was good however the estimated time they gave me for routine 10k service was way off. When the service was completed I received a text stating, go to the cashiers desk to checkout . I did so and the cashier was extremely rude saying she did have my paperwork to go outside to see if it was out with the service assistants. So I went outside and asked and they said they took it to the cashier. So I went back and she still insisted that it wasn t their. A service member came in and had to show her where it was in the counter behind her. Not impressed with that part of my service.

Talked to 2 different people who were waiting 3 hours plus for regular maintenance. I don't know if these people had appointments or were drive-ups, but Toyota seems to have an issue keeping their service department staffed or scheduled properly for how popular their cars are.

This place is a nightmare. We were warned and decided everyone has an off moment, let s give it a shot.After weeks of back and forth and incompetent staff we had a deal, scheduled a delivery... and they sold the car.Here s what I ve learned1. They continually try and push numbers without explanation and actually get upset when pushed for one.2. They tried to slip sales tax in our loan documents and other charges. READ YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY!3. While most car dealerships can be a bit shady you don t expect it from a big name one. Right? There should be comfort in seeing the Toyota name. There isn t. Don t let that fool you. My experience here has been they are no different than the small guys on the corner.I am so glad almost everything has been in writing and we have a call scheduled with Toyota to speak about our experience and it won t be he said/she said but actual documentation of the continued attempts to not only rip off customers but the lack of professionalism.You have a choice to give your hard earned money to a lot of places. Pick one that deserves it.We didn t heed warnings and that s on us. Don t make that mistake!BBB rating C+ seems even a bit too much

We have two Toyota vehicles, both are older, but have been regularly maintained. The service is good and they wash them and vaccum as well.

Fast and very detail oriented. They replaced my recalled fuel pump in a matter of about two hours then Vacuumed and washed my car.
