Extremely professional, walked in and out with a beautiful car same day! From Jeff my salesman as well as Cameron; and Chris the finance manager we were very well taken care of. Glad for this to be my first finance! Wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

Capitol Auto Group is unlike any other dealership out there, the process of buying my 2024 Subaru Forester was smooth and everyone that helped me along the way was incredibly friendly and professional. I Want to Share an amazing experience at this Subaru dealer! This is my first time sharing regarding my experiences at Subaru! I want to Focus on particular employee , Jordon in service! He has tremendous customer service And great at Accommodating a customer! He has a caring heart and positive attitude, he goes out of his way to give you THEE BEST service! And keeps his word! Jacob helped us every step of the way in selecting and purchasing our beautiful new Forester. It was not difficult to like the Subaru line, or to trust that we'd be making a wise choice. The issue was WHICH choice. What model and what trim were right for us. After several experimental test drives and Jacob's patience in answering many questions (in person, and in texts), we made our decision. And we are delighted. In the last stages of the purchase, we met Harrison in the finance department, and Blake oversaw the whole deal. Both were friendly, well-informed, clear in their explanations, and not at all pushy like other dealers I've worked with. All in all, we very happy we bought local, and we love our new Forester. Thanks all!

Best car buying experience in my lifetime! We are in Georgia and had to purchase without seeing car. Juliano did everything he could to make it the best car buying experience we could have hoped for. What an amazing place! Wish we had something like this dealership in Georgia!

I worked with Cameron Stinger and he was fantastic. Our interactions spread across a couple months I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. Not only was he informational about the entire lot, he knew the ins and outs of the other Capitol Auto lots. I was not very familiar with the financing but he did a great job walking me through it. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the job he did and my purchase. As a matter of fact, lady at grocery store was asking me about the new rig and I referred her to him. I said he is the guy you need to talk to!Will 100% refer him again.

The sales experience here was top notch. Dan was our salesperson and he was so helpful from the time of my first email. He found us the exact car we wanted and the price was definitely the best I had found. Well worth traveling there! Dan took so much time showing us everything about the car, he was so professional and knowledgeable. The financing process was also quite easy and our business manager was great as well. I highly suggest buying your subaru here and ask for Dan!! Thank you!

I had an issue with my outback. I arrived (and has also broken my ankle a few days prior) and Kristen made sure I was situated and comfortable. Getting me a chair and pillow for my leg! She kept me informed of the service and also helped out with an issue not on the work order. The amazing service I received will keep me a Subaru owner for life!!

Such a great experience with Noah, buying my first brand new car ever! Super happy with my purchase. The building is so pretty inside, lots of plants, a couple long electric fireplaces. Felt like we were at a hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience leasing my brand new Subaru with Gavin Hovey! He was very knowledgeable about everything to do with the controls and touchscreen, and was able to find the best deals for me.I also had a great experience with Andrew Davis when I came back for the Subaru Love-Encore event. He was able to show me things on the car that I didn t even know were there!Overall, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! They aren t pushy & they listen to what you want.

Sales guy Anthony very friendly. Finance guy Adam was awesome to work with. I m very satisfied with the process. I would have given a 5 but there was a couple issues with the vehicle, I was unaware of. Blown out speakers and driver side mirror needed to be re secured. Also the seats don t seem to work for adjusting. Motor might be out: Other than that, I would recommend them!

Purchased my 2020 STI FROM here and my car started to have issues causing me to be car less for months. I finally got my car to the dealer and confirmed the known defect and was toldThat it s covered on my new car warranty but the part is not available. We were told to leave our car for two months and that they could not imagine it taking that long but that s the worst case scenario but more than likely will be done way sooner. Dropped the car off Nov 2023, called when the original worst case time came and went. We now get told that it will be another 3 weeks. Which has came and gone now. Now he s saying he has no idea still and there is nothing he can do. This is frustrating when you buy a Brand new car and the manufacture abandons you with no options. The sad thing is Subaru knows about this issue and would rather keep building new cars than take care of their long term customers. It s even more frustrating when multiple other Subaru part distributors have the exact part in stock. Since Subaru already has our money though we must wait an unknown time. Jordan is our service provider and he s been nice but I m now at the point that I have little faith that everything that can be done is actually being done. Yes Subaru has also given us a loaner car which is very nice but we are over driving a loaner car and want my first new car ever and dream car back.

Huge thank you to Capitol Subaru of Salem and special shout outs to Tyler and Eric for all the their help in helping us get back on the road again when our Forester had a coolant bypass valve failure while driving from Washington to the Bay area. We manage to get to the dealer late on Thursday so had to stay overnight. They got the car back faster than we expected and were so helpful in getting us a loaner and finding local accommodation that would take dogs. All the work was warrantied and we had never been to the dealer before but you never would have known it from the service that everyone provided. I would be a lifelong customer if they weren't 700 miles away. People in Salem Or that are looking at a Subaru have a great option available to them!

Very friendly people, but watch out, they're just like any car dealership where they work hard to lowball you and overvalue their vehicles.I went looking for to trade in my car and thankfully I was well prepared with comps for my car and the vehicle I was interested in. They will over tell you why their car is priced so high and try to convince you why yours is hardly worth half what it is selling for elsewhere. You're much better off private selling and taking cash to make a deal.Typical sales tactics, so I shouldn't be surprised.

My Wife and I just bought a 2023 Subaru Forrester. Our Salesman Gavin was great. No pressure and answered any questions we had. Made us feel at home for sure. State of the art facilities and welcoming environment. The car is beautiful and comes with so many features for a great price.We are happy we came here. Recommend this dealership to anyone!

Alex Iker helped me a lot throughout the purchasing process. I really enjoyed a lot buying my first new car in the US with him. He is really thoughtful and full of patience. Whenever you need help, he will be with you right away, no matter through phone or text. I will give five start ratings based on Capitol Subaru s service, the care of customer and efficiency.I will recommend anyone to work with Alex, with no doubt.

We purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester. We spent half the time asking questions and changing our mind on which extras but they were understanding and patient. They have a very comfortable atmosphere and a large waiting room. They also have a lovely outdoor area that you can take a walk around the pond if you're having anything done in the service department. We were very happy with our experience here and plan to come back again. :-)

The personal are friendly, patient with people like me who know nothing, lol, and extremely knowledgeable. They are quick and thorough. They have many ways to keep you informed as to how your vehicle is coming along, even though they're so speedy, they don't really need to. I have seen Jason over a few years and he's never given me bad advice or information. Makes a chore just somewhere else to play phone games, lol!

Just purchased my new Crosstrek at Capitol Subaru from Dan!! Dan was easy to work with, transparent, and professional. 10/10 recommend. The dealership itself is beautiful. No other dealerships in a 50 mile radius could beat their OTD price. Easy and pleasant experience.

We bought our 2017 Bolt EV from Dan and had a great experience. We took care of much of the paperwork before heading in to see it, so after a quick test drive and inspection, we were ready to buy. Their price was excellent, and the car is really nice. Dan is a neat guy who's easy to talk to without coming across like the stereotypical sales guy. We enjoyed chatting with him during the transaction and he's clearly a very genuine person. In spite of all the COVID precautions, everyone was cheerful and helpful. They're making the best of it!We had a great experience and I recommend Capitol Subaru and Dan highly!

I worked with Rueben and Joe. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Rueben took his time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Joe was kind, warm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I was very upset and never have experience with the way I was treated by the salesperson at this Capitol Subaru dealership on Nov 26, 2023. He was very rude and used high-pressure tactics. I asked for the best price he could give me on a car I was interested in. Next thing I know, he is talking to lound with me in the front of the other customers around us. I feel disrespecful and unprofressional as a salemans.How can you do that? I am spend nearly $32,000 dollars at your business. I'd rather take my money to a dealership that shows common courtesy and appreciates how stressful big purchases can be. We don't want my friends or family members to be at this Capitol Subaru dealership. Please try to be polite and profressional to customers in the future.

These guys are extremely helpful. They really came through on my girlfriend's car by providing a late night loaner and a timely repair. I can't guarantee they will make a future sale from us, but they will definitely be the first place we go when we start looking for a new car.By the way, their waiting area is great. I looked at it and thought to myself, I just want to hang out here for a while. :)

Had my key fob s battery replaced and the back windshield wiper replaced in less than half an hour and didn t need an appointment! They service people were positive and competent! They are the best!
