I have been very satisfied with my recent visit to Capitol Chevrolet receiving the perfect service which I had been used to for years now.I have been missing a printout of a detailed assessment of my car s present condition - a report of any needed attention. Those reports had been valuable statements for possible planning in the past. I wish that this practice might again return.

While the texting of updates at my service was supposed to keep me informed about my service, I was "left hanging" at the end of the day and when I called to check on my car, was told the technician had gone home and would call the next morning. I got at text at 8:30 AM to say the car was ready. It would have been nice to be appraised of the status of the repair, even if just in the text message (that said ready by 5 PM the first day).

Cheyenne was helpful and provided good customer service. I did want the lights in my headlights changed and was told the brightness was adequate and it was just the time of year that people can't see as well. I mentioned that no, they always seem dim no matter what time of year. I felt that was not a good answer by the tech.I also asked to have my brakes checked and my back brakes are worse than my front brakes, but both need pads replaced. The coupon I have is for front brakes. I asked if there was also a coupon for back brakes also and was told that i could only use one coupon at a time. Also was told it is best to get front and back done at the same time. Why isn't there a coupon for both to be done together if it is recommended to do both at the same time??

Very enjoyable experience with my oilchange. I had an appointment. They were outside waiting for me and then the lot attendant took us over to the used car area in the golf cart so we didn't have to walk. Very pleasant young man who took us so we could browse around. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!

Best service ever! Lukas was not pushy and was so thorough in making sure we were comfortable making this big of a purchase and then took the time to show us all the great features our new truck has and how to work everything. Such a great salesman.

The service was ok and I didn't have wait too long to pick up my truck. I was disappointed that the paperwork did not include the results of the various checks on the car, (tires, brakes, fluids, transmission, etc.

Friendly, helpful service. Regular maintenance appointment. Estimated cost vs actual was vastly different; 55$ revised to 130$ with actual 143$. Coupon use helped. Tough budgeting for seniors this way.

It's been unsatisfying toke my vehicle sounding fine working fine for a oil change and didn't get my vehicle back the same started hearing all this ticking clicking etc noises from my engine so told them about it they said they didn't hear or see any codes coming. Up later on I toke it again cause I felt something wring with it they said water pump the changed that so I was right but still not how I first toke my vehicle that oil change was the worse decision I made

The Last oil change and inspection was returned to me with low tire pressure. Actually it was never checked. It now has an annoying metal rubber suspension noise. That it did not have upon drop off. Go ahead and check my past emails. Nothing done.

Chayenne is AWESOME-she is helpful, friendly, and very courteous. I needed an air filter changed in my truck and she got me in right away and got it done. Very professional, was able to get in rather quickly to get the repairs done. Started off with a transmission issue and ended up having to replace the transmission. I was told that it would take a couple of days to do the project but it happened within 48 hours totally impressed. Thank you very much for the hard work!

Chevrolet no longer makes the part we need to fix the problem. They tried to adjust it, but it just made it worse, so we took it back to have them undo what they did.

This was the second time I was not satisficed with your service! You charge a $25 fee for a 20 point inspection of some sort! Last time my car smelled so bad I had to go have it detailed and had to bring car back because was not running right....this time my tire pressure was not even checked and the tires were noticeably low. Shaun helped me get it back in to fill the tires but why charge $25 if you are not going to check what you say you are going to check? Upset and probably not returning!

After having my truck all summer long, because of a backordered part, I found the part and the service manager was very rude and condescending. He said the part won t work and they would ruin it if they tried, I asked them to do it anyway, guess what, it worked, contrary to what the service manager told me. The service team wasn t good about communication, I would have to call to get the most updated completion time. Overall, this situation was handled very poorly, especially the boss

These folk.......let me tell you about customer service!!! Above and beyond in my book. As someone who is not too humble to outsource things that i know i should take to the ones who have tools and skills above my own. I was shocked to see all the labor that was done to diagnose this issue (as someone in the industry can relate) that they did not charge for. Very very happy customers on my end.

First time I ve ever had to call a tow truck called cap Chev told them I was coming in for repairs. I was told they would look at my car the next day. Got a customer shuttle service ride home. Got a call back diagnosed as file pump failure.estimate was $150 part could be 3days out . Got call to pickup my car couple days later this time no customer shuttle service was available made for along walk from my house to dealership got to the dealership and received my bill . Was a little surprised that my $150 charge was not included in the labor and was a separate line item.

in the past 2 weeks I have taken 2 of my Corvettes for service (oil changes/filter) and in neither case did I receive the report of what they found during their "FREE" multi point inspection. One completely missed a nail in the right front tire and the others said nothing about failing air conditioning or need for recharging or freon etc. I have bought 4 corvettes at cap chev in the past and the service level keeps going down even though they send me mail every week telling me to get in for service...they should do better

We had an appointment for 10 am. we got there early. But we were signed in right away. The waiting room in very nice and comfortable. The fireplace was going and there was fruit and coffee available if we wanted it and several TV's around for watching. The bathrooms are very much appreciated and clean too. Our wait wasn't very long. They usually wash our car too but their water line was frozen, they gave us a free wash coupon so we can get it washed whenever we are in town.
