What a wonderful body shop. They were super nice, went above and beyond for us. My daughter is 19 and just got this truck in May and got rear ended a few weeks ago.. Luckily she has a work vehicle but they made sure to get it back super fast when her work vehicle had to be given to another coworker due to his having mechanical issues. The snow storm hit and Zach took an Uber to go get her truck from the exhaust shop as he knew she needed her truck asap. Short staffed but made it happen. Thank you Zach! The repairs are amazing, you can not even tell her truck had damage! Amazing body work and quality as they do not do Bondo, it is precision welding and amazing paint! My daughter is so excited and so pleased with the care taken of her truck "Cerberus" as she purchased this truck on her own and holds it near and dear!Thank you everyone for the great work!

I was really happy with the service I received. Had one minor repair that got overlooked but they fixed it in a timely manner. I really like Nancy. She was always so helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed working with her. I m really happy with the quality of work that they performed on my car. The paint job is excellent. I would highly recommend Callibur Collision. They washed my car when it was done and it looked brand new again

Really happy with the work they did on my car they re-painted and fixed the whole passenger side of my car. Can t even tell that it happened would recommend to family and friends.

These guys did such a great job working on my car! It was estimated to take over a month to complete and they got it done in 2 weeks or so. I was so happy when I got it back as well! They dusted and vacuumed the inside, the paint job looks so good, and the car looks new!

I needed the driver side front quarter panel replaced on my vehicle - the car was fully driveable. Since I did not want to go through insurance they listed me as a self-pay customer. It was very straightforward to get an estimate, and as requested I dropped my car off on a Monday for the repair, and then got myself a rental car. I called that Friday to check on the status of the repair, and they said that they hadn't even gotten to the car yet, and that it would be the following Monday. I called that Monday afternoon and was told that it would be at least another week before they even get to the car. So I picked the car up on Tuesday and went elsewhere, because I had absolutely no confidence that they would even get to the car by the following week based on their performance thus far. In the meantime, I paid for a rental car for two weeks and the repair wasn't even started.I have used them on several vehicles in the past (going all the way back when they were called Lovegrove Collision at the time). They have always done good work in the past, but I can't comment on the quality of the work this time. However, they could do a much better job at scheduling - because of their complete lack of ability to schedule, I ended up paying nearly the same amount for the rental car as for the repair of my vehicle (and I did not even get a rental car that was equivalent to the vehicle that I got repaired - it was much smaller).

Tawny was so professional and bubbly I loved her personality and she was such a HUGE help with getting me an estimate for my car. If I could recommend anyone there, it would be her! She helped me feel a whole lot less stressed with my car.

Great service and streamlined process with frequent text updatea. They did excellent work, and even though there was hidden damage and a delay on a part, they had my car ready more than 2 weeks earlier than they had originally estimated.You cant tell it was ever damaged and they even managed to keep all my bumper stickers intact! They handled my rental return for me, boxed up items I had left in my car (I commute, and teach pre-k. I fully admit I left a lot of stuff in there, I just had no time to get it all out) and cleaned the seats, floors, dash, etc.My car hasn't looked this clean since I got it! Highly revcommend this shop

I was pleased with my repair experience at Caliber Collision on Hoyt Street. I was able to get a same-day estimate for the repair. Scheduling was quick and within a week of my call. When I dropped off the car, the estimated completion time was 10 days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon and the car was ready on Friday of the same week! Great service, great communication, and you can't tell my car had damage. I would highly recommend James and was very pleased with my experience at the Hoyt Street location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my truck vandalized b4 Halloween. Someone tried stealing it. Tore up the steering column pretty bad. Had to have it all replaced! This establishment kept me in the loop at where the repairs were at with my truck! Please if you need to take your vehicle to get repaired bring it to Caliber! They are top notch professionals! rating from this customer!

Seemed very disorganized. They wanted me to sign, if for some reason they could not get it done in 4 days. I was liable for my rental after the 4 days. So basically passing their inability to get the work done on time to the costumer. BAD PRACTICES I dont care how wonderful of work they may do. Do not pass your responsibilities to your customer. NOT HAPPY. I pulled out and am going else where.

My car was done ahead of schedule, and Caliber worked directly with my insurance to make everything smooth. The quality of paint work prep is not the best, though. There is an area where the masking wasn't done correctly, so it left an area a few inches long where there is a noticeable flaw. There's also a bit of dirt in the finish on the front of the hood and scratches in the paint of the non-repaired fender that weren't there before (possibly from tools that bumped up against the car during repair)The rest of the work looks good, and the application of the paint appears very smooth overall. The car interior was vacuumed and cleaned, which was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and responsive, and they're very good about keeping you informed of the progress of repairs all along the way. If not for the paint flaws, I'd definitely give 5 stars.

Everyone at the Hoyt street location was friendly and efficient. These are the people you want to have help you when you are already feeling stressed!! From being greeted when I walked in the door until the repair was complete I was treated with great service. Everyone pitched in to help repair my car quickly and economically. Would highly recommend!

Worst shop I have ever dealt with. Car has been in there shop twice and not fixed. They told me one day to finish when I took it back so I didn t get a rental car. Not done after day one and not sure what they did second day but they didn t complete the repair. Didn t know what, or how to fix. Taking to dealer to finish. Terrible customer service.

Very nice people and place! I accidentally showed up a week early to my estimate appointment and they managed to be so kind to squeeze me in. Thank you guys!Edit: Try this place before you go anywhere else. The team here is so kind and caring. The turn around time for my Nissan Versa was really fast and I m so happy with the result! They even made an exception to let me pick up on a Saturday which also meant less money I had to keep spending on a rental. I can t thank you guys enough. Even though I wasn t at fault, it sucks so bad to deal with what comes with getting into an accident and I really appreciate the hard work, kindness and efficiency at Caliber Collision on Hoyt St. They really eliminated all of the hard work I was worried about trying to figure out. Thank you!

I was amazed at how quickly I got my car repaired! Brian and his staff were so professional and helpful. I went in for my appraisal appointment and they kept the car to start work right away! They lined up a rental car for me in minutes and my car was done within a week. Everything looked perfect when it was completed. I had been told by the insurance company that the repair could take upwards of a couple months! Was so relieved to get it done!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The quote process was very easy and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they like to put off brand parts to keep costs lower for the insurance companies.

Was rear ended in my Toyota Tacoma and after doing some research of the local body shops in Salem I decided Caliber Collision was the place I wanted to go. I had no prior experience with caliber collision but the reviews were generally positive so I went ahead and chose them. And I was not disappointed, the communication about me vehicles progress was excellent, the final product was like brand new and everyone involved was friendly and easy to work with. We would rate them higher if we could. They were great. Got us in right away and repair was done when they estimated. Did a fantastic job. Came back to us washed and vacuumed. Can't even tell where the repair was done. Very pleased

The Bad: A 17-year-old, new driver on her cell phone hit my shiny, two-week old car.The Good: Nobody was hurt, accident served as great life lesson for her, insurance-recommended repair shop did an outstanding job repairing my car to its original condition.The Ugly: Current supply chain issues caused one-month delay on parts delivery. (Delay was not Caliber's fault.)Caliber Collision's excellent repair service and customer service convinced this previously cynical customer of car repair shops to now highly recommend them.
