It took about 2 months, but they were great! We received texts from the company with updates keeping us in the loop. Once completed i got an itemized list of everything they did. My car is back and you cant even tell there was damage. Thank you!

They were great, very friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date on how the repairs to my car were going and when I picked up my car they even helped me transfer my things from the rental to my car. Above and beyond service, totally satisfied. And my car looks beautiful!

I don t usually write reviews but even though I didn t buy anything Breannas customer service was amazing! She answered all my questions, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, in the future if I ever need any body work done I will definitely be coming back here!!

I am very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle! It looks as good as new. I also love how friendly everyone was and how easy they made this process for me. Brian communicated with me throughout and even got done with the repairs sooner than expected. It s taking for ever to get the car repaired. It has been over 2 months now which is extra cost for me for rental car . Left my car to get the dent in the side door repaired.Hope it s fixed to perfection for the amount of time taken to fix. Will update again based on job done.

Amazing! Booking was easy and painless. These guys are accommodating and were willing to listen to all my concerns without feeling rushed. Caliber went out of their way to take care of a disagreement I had with the rental car company.I am very happy with the repair. The work looks to be very thorough. We received the car back clean and tidy. Quality starts at management, whether its the work preformed or the customer care. They do very good work here and make sure to keep you informed as to the progress of your vehicle repairs. I'll be honest in saying that I didn't really do much comparison shopping. My husband had a bad experience at a different location so I made sure not to choose the same one he did. They were all very friendly and sent me text messages everytime there was an update on a part or shipping schedule. It took a long time for all of the parts to arrive which is understandable. My car went in early November and I got it back in perfect condition as well as detailed at the beginning of this month, March. They assisted in covering costs of our rental vehicle outside if what our insurance would as well. I got a sense of pride the first time I walked into the office and the lady's were very welcoming. That is what you want from a mechanic and I'm glad that they take pride in their work,.. and so is my Subaru!!
