Not sure who the manager of this store is, but here's some advice:When there are 15 people in the store and waiting in line, tell your employees to IGNORE THE PHONE CALLS until the customers who are actually in the store are served. The callers can wait or call back.I just wasted 45 minutes here because I came to buy wiper blades, and while I was waiting 20 minutes to pay there were over a dozen people waiting, and the 2 employees in the store kept stopping literally every 30 seconds to answer phone calls! Because of this it was taking them a very long time per customer.To make it even worse one of the wipers I bought was missing the adapter pieces meaning it was returned and placed back on the rack without these parts. So I came back in and bypassed the line that had now grown to 15 people and quickly grabbed another and the employee scanned my receipt and exchanged it, only to find this one ALSO was missing the adaptor parts! I didn't want to be rude and come in complaining AGAIN when the overworked employees were already struggling, nor did I want to waste another 20+ minutes waiting in line, so I will come back another time to get a refund for my useless wiper blade.AGAIN - Prioritize the people IN THE STORE over the damn phone calls!! Or -- designate someone to only answer the phone so people who have come into the store aren't waiting 15-20 minutes just to pay!

The purchase return process is A++I am so pleased that I could my Autozone online purchase and be returned on my local autopart store with NO questions asked, NO DRAMA. This reminds me the importance for buying local merchants instead lengthy Amazon ship, delivery and return if needed. Thanks Autozone! You earned my trust and loyalty

Chuy B. helped me today with getting an oil filter and oil for my new car and there was a deal to get a free air filter that i didnt know about and he wasted no time telling me that. thank you for the free air filter and help with finding my other parts. ill be back 100%!

Andrew S. has awesome customer service! Got me what I wanted and seamlessly upsold me product I actually needed, just by listening to me ramble. All the other employees acknowledged me, smiling, like they like their job and are happy to be there. Great store, great atmosphere, great employees!

The cashier Isidro was awesome and extremely helpful. The one star review is due to the fact that while we were there an employee was behind the counter in a bikini top and shorts flirting with a cashier on duty. She then proceeded to ring herself up for candy in front of the line that was in the store. To top it off there was a manager watching the entire thing. Definitely in poor taste Autozone.

Literally my second time at this place and I m sure I had the same guy last time and each time my interaction with him has been trash. I asked for his help and he told me he was helping other customers and would be with me after that. I stood around waiting for him while he just bullshited with the customers speaking Spanish and fist pumping them and then proceeded to help another customer who came after me. Maybe because I m a female and don t know what I m doing and helpless that he thought it was okay to ignore me. This place needs better customer service training for their staff on how treat everyone equally.

Carlos M. at this store was incredibly helpful! He helped me figure out the headlight bulb I needed and installed it even though it was definitely a pain. Then he installed another headlight bulb because both the high and low beams were out and I hadn t noticed. All the while he was very friendly and knowledgeable.I d tried to do it on my own but couldn t maneuver inside the right spaces and Carlos did it perfectly and very kindly!I ll definitely be back to this location for anything else I need for my car. Great prices on product too but the real goldmine is the employees.

As any diagnosis begins with proper code reading.. counter staff kindly and quickly went for the OBD2 reader to assess one of my company vans then patiently walked through the screen pages to focus on the problem with me.. thanks!!

Major complaint with Autozone on corner of Lancaster Dr and Silverton Rd. Picked up can of resin that showed price of $18 but took to register and it rang up $32. The clerk checked all the shelf tags and nothing showed for that can at all. I asked since they're info was incorrect what could we get it for and the manager was very rude in attitude and tone of voice that I could bring up their mistake and even ask what could be done. Very unprofessional and demeaning.

I came in asking for advice about my car making concerning noises, because all the auto repairs stores were closed and the manager with white hair just shrugged his arms and rudely told me that it s not their problem and that I need to go to a repair shop to deal with it, he could ve given better customer service with that response than making other customers laugh at me, at the time I only said ok and left because I have difficulty in social situations and this manager didn t help.

My favorite local parts store. Usually in-stock, always helpful, and I rarely have to wait long at the parts counter. I just wish AutoZone carried Purolator filters!

Fantastic service, compared to other auto stores I ve been to. Lizandro went out of his way to test and install my new car battery for me, no questions asked. Great deal on the battery too- definitely recommend this place.

The store was immaculate, which is a lot different from when I worked there. The new manager has obviously turned the store around. The old manager didn't take care of the store, so it's nice to see someone who actually takes pride in their job. All of the employees were dressed well and their clothes looked to be in good repair. Once again, this is unusual for me to see. Everything on the sales floor was properly labeled, everything was stocked, even the sale items had tags on them to notify the customers that they're on sale. Great work, David! You're doing an AMAZING job!

Tried selling my gf the wrong coolant when she asked for a specific brand and type. They are not only taking advantage of people who dont know much about cars but are also trying to deliberately have you mix different colors of coolant. Really sad and really disappointing they care more about pushing product then trying to help you get your car running smoothly.. Id stay away from these guys

5 stars for Nicholas! We were having vehicle issues and we were just barely lucky enough to get off the busy highway and make it to a gas station. We called AutoZone to see if they had the part we needed in stock as they were the only major auto parts store in the area, and asked if they could deliver it to us. Nicholas informed us that they only do delivery for commercial accounts, but they had a delivery they had to make to a nearby business and that he would ask to take the delivery and, if possible, deliver the part we needed to us at the same time. He took our payment information over the phone and was able to get the part to us in about an hour! It's not often that anyone goes out of their way to help strangers anymore, and Nicholas went above and beyond to help us out so we are extremely grateful. Not only that but we don't have a commercial account and AutoZone was kind enough to let him to help us out. Extremely happy and grateful to the AutoZone in Keizer. I cannot recommend them enough.

Been there a few times.They didn't have my filter in stock so they ordered it for the net day. Turns out they had it sent to the wrong store. It took three days to come in. Not a huge deal but the process was not as quick as I would have liked.Another time, I was waiting to receive help. An associate comes from the back to a computer and doesn't say anything. After a couple of minutes of waiting for him to ask if I needed help (I assumed he was finishing up a job or order of some kind) he asked what I needed and he has been waiting for me to say something, even though I was standing there for a few minutes. He said he was waiting for me but he is the one that needs to ask if I need help. He had a WHATEVER attitude.Hit or miss place but not impressed with their customer service. NOT my first choice.

Great store for parts and Services for your vehicle! Sadly, the store is rarely in stock on some of my items and their repair services are kind of Spotted depending on the employees they have working at the time. They also take a very long time when they do repair things well, but it's sometimes worth it if you have a Few hour's to kill.
