We were getting to make a trip across the country, something as simple as needing air in our tires. These guys are great and I can't say enough good about this proud family business. They took care of us on short notice......If you need repairs of any kind on your fleet of trucks or trailers this is the place so stop looking. We do Directional Drilling and we need some help to get down the road. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks again guys!

Had really bad experience with them. Jan 30th my truck broke down I called them for help they tow my truck away for repair they did t have the newest modal repair system they had my truck almost for a week. They charged me over $3500 (over charged everything). After I payed every thing drove my truck for only 20 miles it was showing same problem again. I need to took my truck to kenworth to fix it again, I asked for refund now they stop answering my call. They are big fraud, stay away from them.

These guys are nice and friendly here, and their their job well. I was here for a few tire and mud replacements and fixing some light issues. I am satisfied by the level of service they provided. I recommend this shop, if you ever happened to be stranded in this area. Enough room in the lot to maneuver your big rig. I also had my annual inspection done here on my chassis.

Im a hotshot driver from Houston Texas and on the way to Oregon my trailer broke down on the road, I tried to make it to Oregon and find a place to repair it and americas truck and trailer repair came thru for me they fixed the trailer and some issues with my ram 3500, they have really good prices and the services A1, 100% guaranteed 100% recommended, if have any issues with your 18 wheeler or hotshot, pull up to americas truck and trailer repair, they ll get you right

DON FELIPE , MR CHANDLER , DON RAFA & MR DEREK & DON PEDRO : EXCELLENT TEAM !!!!!!! LOVE THIS GUYS !!!!!! CAME HERE WITH AN ALTERNATOR AND AN AC PROBLEM IN A MATTER OF 2-3 HRS I WAS ON MY WAY OUT ! GOD BLESS THESE GUYS !!!!!!

0 star to these dirt bags, bad experience, lack of knowledge for semi s repair , bad attitude, make you wait nearly week to get done the work then ripped you off ( Double the price )for doing nothing, no recommendations for this worst place

The owner is a great dude, he went above and beyond to try to help me out at 10 o clock at night, even though he couldn t personally be of service. I don t usually review, but this guy even called and checked on me the next morning. Pricing was not out of line for the services that he was able to provide, We just couldn t personally come to an agreement on price for his services. He did advise me in a way that got me back on the road in a short time, and didn t make a dime. Every shop has to get paid, but it cost zero dollars to be good people. I recommend these folks they are good people. He helped me out out of the grace of his heart, and didn t make a dime.

These guys were amazing. Our alternator went out on our way through Salem. After calling several places and getting no answer or call back I called these guys. I left a message and got a response just a few minutes later.I was able to drive my RV to their shop but it was late in the evening. They tried their best to get it working that night. They went to a parts store at 10:00 pm but it turned out to be the wrong part. They had it fixed and ready to go the next morning.They communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. I appreciated that so much. They did great work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone in the area. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Look here I was already having a terrible week and my truck broke down otw to Portland Oregon from Shreveport Louisiana. I called these guys and they sent a cool dude name Felipe. He plugged up his computer and did a Regen for me and showed me how to do it myself if it happened later down the road. I still have his phone number just in case I m down there. We were pulling a utility trailer on a trip from CA up to WA state when a wheel bearing burnt up. We just happened to pull in for gas at the local gas station when we noticed the damage. I quickly looked up trailer repair and found these guys. I called them and explained the situation. The owner, sorry I cant remember his name, came over himself with his guys and took a look. The damage was severe, luckly we didn't throw the whole wheel while driving, and it was to bad to fix immediatly. We dropped the trailer at his shop and cramed what we could in our SUV and continued our week long trip up to WA. We were assured the trailer would be done when we came back trough. Sure enough when we came back a week later we had a band new axel, that he had to really work to find, and the trailer was fixed. He kept his word and didn't goug us on the price. He made us feel importand and respected as travelers in need of a helping hand. Highly recomend. Thank you Americas Truck and Trailer Repair!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am a pastor in Redding, California and was driving a group of students through the Salem, OR area in a bus at the beginning of August 2019. We ran into some air conditioning problems and needed work completed on the bus the very next day. Not only did Jerry get me into the shop the next day when other shops were booked out 3-5 days but he did a fantastic job. They went the extra mile to get us on the road within the time frame that we needed. They even chased parts for us all the way up in Portland. After everything was said and done they showed me the repair and gave us a very fair price. Had I gone to any other shop I believe we would have been charged more. These guys are great mechanics and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. It was also greatly appreciated that they were willing to wait after hours for us to drop off and pick up the bus, we got caught in traffic but they didn't make a big deal about it. They are knowledgeable and they are super friendly. I give them the highest recommendation!

I have never been more grateful in my entire life. I ran my RV out of fuel (never run a diesel motor out of fuel) about 2 car lengths away from the fuel pump in Brooks, Or. After sitting in the same spot for 22 hours trying to get help priming the motor or waiting for a tow truck. My insurance left me hanging 3 different times waiting on a tow that was never going to happen. When this guy showed up he was the most upstanding guy, he was able to get me rolling in about 30 minutes even when he found out that I was strapped for cash. I would recommend them hands down. I was at my wits end, with no solution in sight. This is a stand up company for sure. Thank you for getting me home!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is complete rip off. I had a headlight problem went there. He check the cables didn t find anything. He spray brake cleaner in the sockets and light start to work. He didn t even spend one hour and he charged 3 hours labor. 375. And he write short problem on the bill . Stay away. And place is tight and rough...

They answered the phone at 430am! When I brought my truck in, they got to work on it right away. Stayed on it until it was done. (except for lunch. They are allowed lunch.) Did a great job. Didn't over charge for parts,and labor was fair value. I'm surprised these guys aren't overwhelmed with work. Fine experience.

If I could rate it less then this I would. After 3 weeks they caused more damage to my truck then it had when I dropped it off and not only did they not fix what I wanted but then tried to charge for repairs for damage that they caused. Truck was drivable when I dropped it off and undrivable when I picked it up.

Great place. I called a lot of places to get the wheel bearing fixed on my trailer. Everyone was a week out for parts and open availability. These guys came to where my trailer was parked assessed the situation then they drove all the way to Vancouver for the part so about a hour and a half away. They basically replaced my whole wheel assembly and they got me back on the road and back home. Shout out to Rafa and filipe (hope I spelled it right). I didn t get the others name but it was a team effort and everyone did a great job I appreciate all of you.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great guy and fair and customer centricJerry adjusted my clutch, changed my water temp sensor, added a clamp on a radiator hose, and installed the fan cycling switch for the A/C at a fair and reasonable rate.He will cater to the customer and not boss them around like others do. Will even do modifications as an owner operator is willing to do. Also a good communicator.
