Jordan and the team at all american have been wonderful to work with. Had some issues with a new topper from the factory and they helped remedy all the issues. Highly recommend .

The pictures speak for themselves. The LEER canopy is good quality but the wiring performed by All American Truck and SUV was poor. The wire was installed stretched tight around corners and laying against the exhaust. The fuse was blown and lights inoperative before even getting the truck home from the install. Disappointed customer.

I work for an institutional buyer. We ordered and paid for a SnugPro for one of our new trucks back on March 16, 2023. And, at the time I was told it would take five to six weeks to receive the stock and install the top. It is now the end of January 2024 and it is still not been delivered. In those 10 months I've called some 20 times for updates, for which I am told either "two to three weeks more" or they don't know and will have to get back to me. In all this time, I have not once received a single call back with an update. Last week I called and was told the top was in and so I scheduled an install for today. I showed up at the appointed time and after 30 minutes was told that the top was in fact not in, and it would be another two to three weeks. I have never experienced such a failure of customer service And, I would caution anyone, especially institutional buyers on using this company.

Had a bed topper installed on my fronteir this week. First time down a gravel road with it and this happened. I call to ask questions and was told that it s normal. Huh? Nothing normal about this. Bed toppers are meant to protect items from the elements. There is nothing normal about spending thousands of dollars to protect items in your bed and have this happen.

I've come in a couple times to ask about their canopies and was finally able to purchase one. The staff is very friendly, knowledge, and thorough! Eager to help you no matter who you are. I chose the Leer 180xr and don't regret it one bit. They used my VIN to paint match the canopy and it looks amazing! I hope to go back soon and get a roof rack.

So I am not the one to get after market accessories installed on any of my vehicles but I did need the wiring on my canopy fixed and I was very disappointed to come home and see the work that was left, how is that even possible to leave it hanging and look so trashy? Then I needed power deployable steps installed on my 2022 ram that I just picked up 2 weeks ago, service was fine but when I left I heard such a loud engine noise I didn t not hear before I dropped the truck off, come to find out the installer didn t put the rubber plug back in where he put his wire through into the cab. When I got home I looked under the truck to see the wiring job and just pure sloppyness, wires are hanging everywhere and in one section just bundled up and zip tied together. They left the connectors open as you can see in the photo, wouldn t you think to torch it to seal it so road debris dosent destroy it? Very poor job and I will never come back. Very disappointed I had to fix it all myself when I paid $350+ for a 2-1/2 hr install to make a mess.

After searching every truck accessory store in Salem Oregon for struts/shocks to hold up the rear glass of my Pick-Up camper shell All American's friendly staff quickly found the correct parts and I was pleasently surprised the gentleman that assisted me offered to install them free of charge! I Highly Reccomend All American!

Second time I've done business with All American. Both great experiences. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answered all my questions. Jordan helped me find a very specific type of running board for my new truck. Ordered the product and it was there next day. Jordan and his co-workers were awesome! I'll definitely consider them next time I need something for my truck again.

My experience with the guys down there for getting air bags on my chrysler 300 went amazing. The guys kept there original quote on labor even tho it took many more hrs to figure out the best way to make it work. I would highly recommend these guys for any car need that you may have. They have a customer for life with me. Thanks again guys. Cheers

The entire experience was a disappointment.After waiting 2 months for my canopy they realized upon arrival that they had ordered the wrong canopy. I was more than understanding and suggested a fair discount to offset the trouble of me waiting yet another 2 months. Their response was free handles and free install . The lack of effort on the company s part to go the extra mile was frustrating. I opted to drop all the extra add-one I had planned on getting (led strips, wireless remote, etc) just to offset the price.Eventually, the correct canopy showed up. On arrival the staff was colder than ice (with the exception of Jesus who really shined throughout this ordeal). I was give 4 keys to my canopy which I thought was a bit much, turns out only 2 of them worked with my canopy. I m assuming someone else is missing their new keys.I had just washed my truck before bringing it in. The installers left metal shavings and dirt all in the backend of my truck from the install. No efforts to clean up their work.A week later, I notice a wire hanging from the underside of my truck. Turns out it s the wire to the brake light on my canopy. Poorly installed and dragging along the road.If you re looking for solid customer service and high quality installs avoid this place at all cost. The only reason I stuck with them was for the SnugTop canopy I was set on.Management was a joke. If you do go to them ask for Jesus, he ll actually treat you with respect but beware, his hands are limited my managements decisions.

So after working with Kenny we set up an appointment to get new tires and do a 3 inch lift on my truck. We spoke numerous times over the phone and determined what he assumed was a plan. I dropped off my truck this morning and was greeted quick, with a smile. Dropped off the truck and went on my way.Several hours later I come in to pick up my truck and was informed my tires don't work with the lift and cause a huge rub on my truck when turning even a little bit.I was apologized too and informed of a solution which I am awaiting results of.I will be updating my review when work is complete on approx 2 weeks...So far I am feeling positive about the solution offered.** 9/4/20 Update **Received notice my truck was ready, I drove down and picked it up, everything looks great, a little rubbing on the tires but they told me that might happen and they could do some trimming if there was an issue. They definitely turned my concerns around and have earned my trust back

Jordan and the guys at All American are 100% solid. They got my order for my truck canopy done ahead of time and on budget. The spray liner in my truck bed looks great and the durability is even better. Their prices and service are the best in Oregon. Check them out!

The worker here are great. Jordan spent a lot of time with me and answered ally questions without the expectation of getting a sale out of me. I have gone back since and bought a few of the things we talked about.To the owners of this establishment, you have a top notch crew working for you!!!

Overall I had a good experience. Jordan took care of me. The reason for 4 stars is because when my canopy came in a month later after i ordered it, it was not notched for my roof rack. Not sure if they forgot to order it that way or the factory didn't do it. So they sent it back. It took about month to get it back due to the covid-19 temp shut down of the factory. Once back I got it install and so far happy. It's been 2 weeks since I got it on.

Extremely rude and condescending sales people, I went in looking for a camper shell for my new tundra. The very first thing the salesman said to me was why did you buy Toyota. I let that go, I told him what I was looking for. He went back to check on the computer and then took a phone call and started helping another customer out over the phone looking up stuff for them. I wandered around the store for about 10 minutes waiting for him to finish. Went after 10 minutes he was still talking to the person on the phone I walked back up and stood by him and was going to ask how much longer. He told the person on the phone hold on a second, and then told me it was Going to be several months before a color match camper would come in. I told him that s fine and then asked how much, he then started helping the person on the phone again and just left me standing there

Had All American Truck order and install a new 75 gallon Transfer Flow Trax 3. No problems with the order. Installation was completed on time. Work was professionally completed. This is the second time for installing a Transfer Flow system. I highly recommend this companies services for installing after market fuel tanks.

I dropped my truck this morning before the store was open and was met with a very nice man who took my keys and info and assured me that we were good to go! Fantastic! Went in the store at the end of the day to pick up my truck and proceeded to be completely ignored as I stood in front of the counter with two salesmen/ clerks behind the counter. One was scrolling through his phone and the other was searching in the computer. I was the only customer in that store at the time. I stood there for a good few minutes with not one word of greeting or acknowledgement. I am disappointed in the complete lack of customer service I received when I went in to pick up my truck. A simple hello would have sufficed. I was looking to make some serious purchases in that store but I think I will look elsewhere as apparently, my business is not necessary. Customer service was seriously lacking in my opinion. On a plus note, my truck bed looks good and we will see how it stands up!

These guys sprayed the liner in my 2020 GMC work truck and did an amazing job. The staff inside took the time to discuss accessories and other options for my truck. I would highly recommend these guys and have to many people. We will be going back with any new vehicles for sure. Thank you.

They helped me with gas support struts for my pickup back when I owned that vehicle and now in December 2016 for my minivan back hatch. They took the time to check that it was the right part and beat the price of the dealership. I recommend them and would do business with them again.

Went in today to have my canopy wired up and was quoted $240 over the phone. When I arrived, (without an appointment) they got it right in and had it done in no time. When I went to pay they only charged me $120. Will definitely do business with them again.
