I have used Advanced RV 3 times. Recently, I had a roof issue and they worked with my insurance company to facilitate the repair. They do great work. Ed and his crew are prompt, on time and the end product of the repair is as if your RV is now new. Both my husband and I have taken our vehicles to Advanced RV for auto body repair work and both times Ed, Tim and the team have taken amazing care of us. They got us on the books and our vehicles repaired and returned back to us the fastest. You'd never know there was any damage done! Highly recommend Advanced RV for anyone's auto body needs.

Getting our travel trailer ready to put away at the end of camping season, we noticed that the plastic roof vent was cracked and few other items needed attention.Our previous repair at Camping World wasn't pleasant, so we asked a nearby mechanic about an alternative. He recommended Advanced RV Repair so I called for an appointment.The Administrative Assistant was courteous and efficient - suggesting that the part was in-stock and that we bring the trailer to the facility early in the morning so it could be installed while we waited.When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who checked out the problem and confirmed that they had the replacement part. While we waited for the technician (Dave) to accomplish the replacement, Ed walked around the trailer with me examining a few other minor problems and advising me on maintenance strategies that prevent future problems.The technician then worked with Ed to install a couple of damaged hardware items and to make a difficult adjustment on the hitch.In less than an hour we were pulling away with a repaired trailer (at a very reasonable price), a better understanding of maintaining the trailer, and a new place to take our trailer.We are extremely pleased by all aspects of our experience at Advanced RV Repair - from phone calls, to greeting, to the repairs themselves, to the thorough maintenance suggestions, to the personal attention from Ed, to the quality and efficiency of the work, and to the reasonable pricing! We had no DC power when not hooked to shore power, they helped us troubleshoot and Dave (we think that's his name) was so knowledgeable and kind, he knew exactly what he was looking for, he pushed a small button near the solenoid and all of a sudden the lights came on! It had been tripped because the batteries had been hooked up wrong! Which Dave also discovered. The previous owner had $5800 worth of work done, including new batteries which they didn't know how to install properly! Ed, the owner, also helped and was incredibly knowledgeable and fit us in on short notice. I highly recommend them and if I'm in the area again, I'll be giving them my business!Services: Electrical, Battery

There is a reason that they have 5 stars on google because If your looking for a quality RV and autobody repair shop....ADVANCED IS THE PLACE!!!The people are nice and extremely skilled at what they do. I have had our newer Class A coach as well as our former coach repaired there. Both needed roof repairs. In addition, my husband has had quite a few fender benders over the last ten years. I always bring his truck to advanced, because I know that the outcome of their work has and will continue to exceed my expectations. Whether you are chatting with the receptionist, the owner, and or the shop guys.....you can always expect a courteous, honest, and straightforward answer.

Great customer service the owner is on top of everything came out next day after contacting them for an estimate then had a tow truck come pick it up the following day and did an amazing job on repairing the damages on my car also they were really fast I did not have to wait weeks or months my mother has also been to them several times they ve always done and continue to do an amazing job

They are great, fixed my rv, and it looks better than it did new. Ed gave us good info and explained things we needed to do that will keep it looking and working better. New roof and fixed the side that got hit.

These guys are the best. I appreciate good work and know it when I see it. Ed and his crew at Advanced RV Repair are at the top of the game in RV repairs. I had a dealer punch two holes through the exterior of our 5th wheel RV while attempting to install a rear bathroom medicine cabinet that had fallen off during our travels, then the dealer attempted a poor and obvious repair while not taking responsibility for their mistake. Once we arranged for the dealer at fault to cover their mistake, I was fortunate enough to have Advanced RV recommended to me. Not only did they repair the damage so well that you could never know it happened, they did it amazingly fast. They were also some of the most friendly and personable people I have come across in my year long RV travels. They also repaired a loose inlet power plug for me without me asking and without charge. Again, they are awesome.If you can get to them in Salem, Oregon, you will not be disappointed in their work. Again, I cannot say enough about my experience there.Thanks, guys!

I have had two occasions to use Advanced RV to repair damage to my coach. Both times the owner Ed and his technician Dave have been great to work with. They are honest, fair in their pricing and the repair work has been excellent. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Ed and his team were extraordinary with their service to fix my Dodge Ram pickup. They went above and beyond to care for my vehicle in many more ways then it was even there for. Because I live in the path of one of his employees, he sent him to my home for evalution. This saved me a ton of time. His facility is very impressive and all was worth the commute. I will recommend Advanced RV Painting and Repair for all auto body repair needs. Thanks Ed, Tim and Carli. You guys are the best!!!

Advanced RV is ran by OUTSTANDING people!!!I had a 1978 Coleman Gettysburg pop up camp trailer. Our family was camping at South Beach Oregon, and there was a VERY Bad wind storm. A gust hit the tent trailer while we were setting it up and blew out many seams. Good thing for Duck Tape.I took the remains to Advanced RV. They handled all the insurance paper work.The insurance settlement less the deductible was not enough to do the repair.Advanced RV showed me how it came apart. Suggested a shop to re-sew all the canvas, and advise to assemble it.By me doing all the work and their expert advice I was able to do all the repairs myself and came out with just enough money to cover the deductible!!!They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.Good job to all at advanced RV!!

We had been without electricity and water at home for a week due to weather. We stayed in motor home until propane started leaking. Now no heat in motor home. Called & a sweet receptionist checked to see if could get us in. We were in & within 30 minutes were able to have heat again. Would never take our rv anywhere else!! As camp hosts have had bad experiences with mobile repair companies so will wait until we can get to Ed!! Whole crew is awesome!!

I had a great experience with Advanced RV Repair. I had some water damage in the sub floor of my toy hauler camp trailer. They replaced the damaged floor with new pressure treated flooring and they installed new vinyl. They also fixed a bad repair from different repair shop that contributed to the sub floor water damage. I highly recomend this shop because of their professionalism and attention to detail in the repair.

He a joke. When I brought my rv in to have it looked at he was more concerned if his boy drank all his beer the night before. He was supposed to get parts and call me to bring it in been over a month ago I had to take it somewhere else. He's not responsible.

Excellent team of professionals (Tim, Ed, and staff) that know what they are doing. Easy to work with, and great communication. They showed skill, knowledge, and did top notch work. Highly recommended for RV paint and Bodywork. I'll be back for sure.

Took my motorhome to have a slideout seal replaced, shocks installed, electrical issue fixed. Was told it would be done the following week. I received a call from Ed saying the electrical had been fixed(replaced a gfci I had already replaced) and told me it was required to keep the 30 amp plug plugged into the main outlet to complete the circuit. My ignorance about the system. Was also told he had a guy to replace the shocks. He never showed up apparently. Was also basically told the slideout seal was more than he wanted to deal with.I was told on the phone the electrical issue would be $125. It ended up being $188. No shocks were installed and the slideout seal still leaks. Now, after 2 weeks, I still need my slideout seal replaced and shocks replaced. And I'm out $188. I'm never coming here again, and you shouldnt either.

We had an amazing experience. We hit our fence and Ed took awesome care of us. The travel trailers looks amazing, better than when we bought it! I will never go anywhere else.

My husband changed the awing fabric to our travel trailer and the springs went out of place it wouldn t roll up or down by its self I called them on Monday had a appt the next day I went in they are very nice people and helpful we are 1st time buyers for travel trailer and they showed us what to and how to hook it up he looked at the trailer to see if it was ok they really go out of there way to make their customer very happy Dave and the owner Who worked on fixing the awning and they did it really quick they were really awesome they did a great job I will really take my travel trailer back to them again if I need any work done you guys will be satisfied they do 100% good job there one happy customer

Ed is the best he is fair and strait up an honest guy. I can't wait till I CAN MY TRAILER BACK TO HIM BECAUSE THE REPAIRE PLACES SUCK AND MY TRAILER IS LEAKING LIKE A SIV. I HIT A POST WITH THE OUR CAMPING TRAILER,GRANDMA WAS VERY MAD AT ME FOR GETTING TO CLOSE TO THE POST.CAMPING WORLD SENT US TO ADVANCED R V NORTH OF SALEM.IT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN SHOWROOM.ED FARBER THE OWNER HAS THE BEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM,FROM 15YEARS TO 42 VEARS EXPERIENCE.ALL OF THEM ARE PERFECTIONEST.WE JUST LOVE THEIR WORK AND WILL BE SURE TO USE THEM AGIN IF NESSASARY,AND GRANDMA LOVED IT AND NOW IT IS A HAPPY WORLD AGIN CHARLIE DERRICK
