these guys are fantastic! I busted out my back window and the next morning they were there to get the new one in and it only took 20 minutes. the company is very nice everybody there is really courteous and respectful. would definitely do business with them again!

I dont reccomend these guys at all. I had them set up to come change my windshield for 9:30am today. Waited. No call no nothing. I called they hung up. Called back they put me on hold. Then hung up again. I definitly dont recoomend them..not very buissness like

Very professional, hassle free and did a excellent job very reliable. They did the work and got my windshield for HALF the COST and repair time !! Highly recommend.

Do not use this company. When I told them I had USAA Insurance Jimmy complained that they were to hard to deal with. He never called me back. I'm going somewhere else. Very poor service.

Recommend by my service dept at dealership. They got me in. Did great. Even did the recalibration of the lane keeping assist. Great work. Small shop. I will go back no doubt when needed. I normally only do reviews for restaurants however the service was so good I have to. The front desk employee is super nice & once it got in only took them like 10min. We took an Uber to the mall and by time we got up the stairs Action auto was already calling

From the call for an estimate through pick up it was a great experience all around as a customer. Professional and personable at the same time. Robbie helped me and was clearly very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I will definitely return for any future window work. I highly recommend them for any work if you want a hassle free experience with a high quality finished product.

Excellent service. I had them come out to my house when my trucks windshield was cracked by a rock. It took about a week or so. I then had issues with a defective windshield or improper sealing so I had some water leak through. They immediately scheduled me in for the next day. They took care of the issue right away. No question asked. Lifetime warranty they said for any defects. Amazing service. Highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield repair

He delivered my windshield to me after he closed for the day. It was close by but he was very willing to help me out and even made a little install kit and explained the steps I needed to take and the important parts as well. I installed windshield in my truck myself with no problems. I know who of one place I'll bring my business to. Thanks again

I called a few auto glass places with either no answer or a promised phone call back before being referred to Action Auto Glass. I am so thankful I was referred to them! I was able to get my vehicle in to get a shattered rear window replaced the same day. They were very easy to work with and I truly appreciate their quick efficient work!! I will definitely be referring them to anyone that needs auto glass work done!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Didn't end up having my window replaced here because I had just confirmed with another place and they agreed to match the price here (I was calling a bunch of places and getting call backs). However, Robby was SUPER nice, and did have the lowest price on first offer. He was also very informative concerning my options, glass quality from various manufacturers, etc.

DO NOT use this company. The guy told me he didn't want my job because it's going to take 3-4 months for them to get paid from my insurance, and that is just too much work for that long of a wait. What a joke! I'm completely shocked at the positive reviews they have. Bottom feeders at it's finest.

Update! STILL AWESOME! Just use them again for a broken driver side window, a smash and grab in a Salem parkade. They did an excellent job, wish I could say the same for the responsiveness of my glass insurance.I went to Action Auto Glass today for a repair on a piece of windshield molding which came loose during high wind drive thru the Gorge. They repaired it right away, I was in and out so fast, and they were friendly and competent and I am so very PLEASED! I will definitely continue to give them my business! They are fast and do a quality job and stand behind their work. No fear, go to these guys!Thanks Action Auto Glass!

I was referred here by the BMW dealership. I was worried that the rain sensor thing would not work after the replacement. Not only does it work but my car is cleaned up. I called them again because my elderly father who is a Vietnam vet and extremely set in his ways had his car vandalized. Several months ago. Every time I asked him about it he would say that he was getting it fixed. It was one thing when it was warm and dry but since it started raining. He had his car under a tarp and was stuck at home. I called Action Auto glass and they told me they would be in our area on Thursday and would stop by his house then. The guy (my dad said kid) was so nice to himand got the window fixed and he vacuumed. I so appreciate them doing this! I was so worried about him and I suspected that he could not afford it. We're in McMinnville so we used their mobile service to replace my wife's windshield. The young man they sent out (Alex) did an excellent job! He was on time, very professional, courteous and fun to talk to! I'd recommend Alex and their mobile service anytime!

Took our SUV in to have the rear glass replaced. Job was done in a timely manner. A few days later had an issue with the door and Action immeditatly remidied the issue and here we are. Thoroughly satisfied. I have a very difficult car to work on, a 750Li BMW. Robbie did a great job installing my windshield. This is a 45 minute ride from where I live. I would not hesitate to give them my glass business again.

I took my car there to have a rock chip repaired and he did it fastand for a great price. Absolutely horrible service. The two gentlemen working on my car had no idea what they were doing. I had to return to them three additional times because they installed my windshield wrong and scratched my hood. My running pieces along the sides were installed incorrectly and ended up costing me a couple hundred more dollars to correct their mistake because they denied everything. Very unprofessional and and untrained group of people. DO NOT USE

These guys offer Nordstrom like customer service with quality as their main motivation. Instead of rushing to get my window fixed and collect their money they took the time to ask me to come back when it was cooler so they wouldn't run the risk of making my window worse, and thus costing me more. So rare to find a business these days that understands that happy loyal customers generates more business and creates long term success.

Service was fanatastic called on Wednesday afternoon and was getting my windshield fixed on thursdays afternoon. I have a very inquisitive child and they let him go along with them the whole time while fixing the windshield answering all of his questions! Highly recommend you bringing your business here!

These guys went above and beyond to help me with a non existent leak in my windshield, even after I was difficult (putting it nicely) with them. Came out checked my windshield, rode around with me trying to find the leak and left without making me feel TOO bad. Their patience and commitment to service have earned my return business and my word of mouth around town. Thanks again guys.

So glad I chose to go to Action Auto Glass!!! They are a fraction of the cost compared to Speedys in town and the service was EXCELLENT! Got my rock chip repaired in no time. Will absolutely go back to Action for all of my auto glass needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Robbie helped me get my car fixed up and back on the road. He was extremely nice and professional, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I recommend this place to anyone with auto glass or weather stripping issues. THANK YOU, ROBBIE!
