Tow truck driver was very efficient and friendly. Even offered to help put my walker in my daughter's car. We were fine but was nice to offer.

You have saved me more than your fair share of times. My father insisted I have this service. Not one regret in doing so. This is the most affordable and amazing way to ensure you are safe when traveling. Bless you!

I haven't been to a AAA place in at least a year. The person at the desk was as helpful as possible, but there have been major changes with the travel part of AAA. They have very little in the form of travel information. They no longer have the books and only a few maps. When I asked about the books she gave me a little print out about the guide book that you can now download or print on your own!!! Really!! Download on what? A whole book! No! What if you're in an area with no cell service? I have been a member for years. I am truly disappointed!!!! I have never used the roadside service. So I really enjoyed the travel information. Very sad and disappointed!

Tino was able to get Ana to call me to assist in roadside assistance! They were both so friendly and helpful during the experience. I am so glad I have AAA on my side for emergencies, and glad I had an amazing customer experience by the two of them. 100/10 would recommend! You guys did an amazing job hiring Tino. Thank you Ana for getting my roadside set up.

When I called the 800 number to ask about a battery I from AAA two years ago, that was dead and had a three year warranty, they told me I could go here and exchange it under warranty.. this is not true.. first off, they don't even have batteries here and they definitely don't exchange them in this office.. not only that, but this office tells me I can't exchange my battery that is still under warranty because I no longer am a member of AAA..

I have been to this office before and the people are very pleasant. This review is not against them at all. This review is about the towing service or lack there of that I experienced today. We have AAA Plus. On our way to Lincoln City our car overheated and we were unable to drive it and needed it towed back to Salem (11:15 A.M.). We called and did what was expected of us. We then received a text saying a truck had been dispatched. At 12:00 a dispatcher called and said they were having trouble getting someone to dispatch because they only use one service in Salem and this service was overwhelmed. We did lots of calling and talking and ask for a supervisor so we could complain. After being on hold for 20 minutes both times they would come back and say a supervisor was not available. At this point in time being on this busy road in 85 degrees was not making us pleasant people. What happen to the safety of the driver on the road? Shouldn't we be protected at all costs? After all this is what we pay for.We did not want to hear sorry or any other excuses they had to offer. I was at the point while talking to the Tribal Officer to pay for a tow truck out of pocket when the tow truck showed up. He was already towing someone else and hooked us up on the back. He showed between 2:15-2:30. AAA service used to be top notch and the people that worked there were proficient. This is not the case anymore. Sadly to say they have lost our business. The sad part is these big corporations don't care if they lose your business, there is always another sucker around the corner.

I have had a membership RV Plus for over 30 years. I live the roadside assistance but as fat as using them as a travel agency, they are awful. They wouldn't help same day so they said they would get back to me within 2 days. They did not. I called back on day 7 and she said she would only give me 2 options. The first cruise option was way more than if would have booked it directly. I am disabled and really could use sone extra assistance. She was not looking out, helping me. She was very short, did not want to spend any time with me, 3-5 minutes max on the phone. I have never been treated so terribly with somebody not wanting to help. Quite honestly, if it wasn't for the roadside assistance I would be dumping them.

A pleasant gal answered my phone call and mailed requested paper maps to me for an upcoming vacation. I appreciated her help. The only reason I gave just 4 stars instead of 5 was simply to express my disappointment that AAA no longer offers the regional booklets that provide lodging, dining, and ideas for fun places to visit. I will miss those booklets, especially since we will probably not have cell service for much of the time.

Next year I will find another AAA office to renew my membership in. 2 years in a row I have entered the front hoping to find a nice hello or a welcome smile. No, I didn't. The place felt old, dank and atmosphere was anything but nice. I was waved to the counter and not once did anyone return my smile.Did they hate their jobs or what? They were very efficient, I will give them that, but I will find another place to renew.

I just went in to pick-up a TripTik I had pre-ordered but the wait was interminable. They appeared to be short-staffed, and I would've hoped that someone from a back cubicle would've stepped in to help, but they must not be crosstrained to offer help or were just oblivious to the need. One individual there was taking photos of customers for perhaps passport needs, and even had difficulty working the camera. Another employee assisted her, but honestly I think that whole office needs to be crosstrained to know how to operate their equipment and help their customers in a timely fashion. Otherwise, not a particularly bad place to go to for your AAA needs.

I have been to this office twice as my wife and I are new members. On the first visit I was inquiring about some travel destinations however the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to someone about travel she asked where to and I explained that I wasn t sure exactly where yet but wanted to look at options. She rudely replied with Well it makes a difference so if you don t know where you want to go then I can t help you . I then found someone else and finally spoke to a person responsible for travel. But in my opinion their travel packages were pretty expensive so I asked what benefits were included as AAA members. She told me that as AAA members we would get a $50.00 voucher for activities. WOW, I could hardly hold back my excitement. Obviously we scheduled a trip on our own for literally 1/2 the price that they quoted. My second visit was for the purpose of picking up a map. As I patiently waited in line (I was the only one in line) the lady at the desk was speaking with another employee. After about five minutes they started laughing hysterically, which continued for another 7 or 8 minutes. A few minutes later a man walked in from outside and the lady at the desk asked if he could help me as I had been standing there for a while. When I explained what I needed he said Oh, you ll have to wait for her, she s the only one that can help with that. I m not looking for instant gratification like many are these days but if you re going to take my money at least treat me like a customer.

I love AAA. If your membership is up To. date and you have your card they'll give you roadside service no matter whos car you're in. Plus they have great travel agents service. We've booked our cruises through our AAA

Terrible customer service, I went there to get an international license and passport photo for a trip. I came in from the rain and there were no customers and 2 people working the desk, a woman and man, no greeting so I finially approached and asked for help. Both acted as if they were doing me a favor, the woman bluntly asked what I needed and I told her, she was short, rude and very unprofessional over the entire experience. I told her I wanted to have pictures taken with a scarf and without so the 2 photos looked different for my passport as was getting married after my trip and would need to go through the whole passport application process again because of a name change. I explained SIMPLEY, I wanted to use the second passport photo, one with the scarf and one without ( they give you 2 options ) to use when I applied after the wedding as they can not be the same photo. She acted annoyed and snarked " I don't care, it does matter to me" as she rolled her eyes not bothering to understand why I requested the 2 different photos. She takes the photos and put one picture with the scarf on the drivers license and gives me 2 of the same photo for my passport options HELLO ANYONE HOME? Exactly - NOT WHAT I REQUESTED as if I hadn't even spoken to her about it. So now after 2 months I need to get a new picture take again for a new passport application instead of using the extra which is duplicate and useless. I just gave up and will take my business elsewhere in the future and spare myself the frustration. WHY BOTHER PAYING FOR AAA MEMBERSHIP? YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR A SERVICE AND IF YOU AREN'T GETTING ANY = WHY BOTHER!!!!!!! JUST GOT A BILL FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL TODAY - FILED IN THE TRASH!!! GET A CLUE AAA! YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THESE EMPLOYEES IN SALEM!!!!

AAA is a must! They have helped me more than most of my own family... And it has cost me less. plus they provide me discount opportunities with various other companies. I, as well as my daughters, will be AAA members til the end. Thank you for being part of our lives.

AAA in Salem has long long been my place to go to and I needed help with anything about the vehicle I remember one time when my son was supposed to perform up at the University Inn Moscow Idaho and he missed the plane and in order to perform the group that was up there would have to do different choreography or something so the company leader told him you can get there in time if you drive and he looked at me and he said where's Idaho I said well we'll go to AAA and find out we went over there got everything we needed and we zoomed up through the snow and ice and got him there in time I've never had a bad time at Triple-A they've always been so good to me for years

Great deal, I bought the premium package and was towed from Tualatin exit to S. Salem and if I hadn't had AAA that tow bill would have cost more than the premium package itself.

Our premium membership allowed us to get our passport photos for the next update. We're thinking Germany, maybe Ireland? Maybe just making certain that is an option if we want to travel (soon?)
