The lady at the front was great. Who ever worked on my truck didn't tighten my drivers side rear lug nuts and It almost came off. Luckily my daughter wasnt with me and it could have been worse had I not heard the sound of a lose rim. When I called to address the issue at had the gut that answered just passed the buck by saying "Oh I'm sorry it must have been the new guy" instead of owning it for all or giving the phone to the owner but no he decided to kick the can. Bad form.

They do ok for a bunch of tire monkeys. They ain't Les Schwab though. Not one person running in slo-mo to greet me.

Debbie was so super friendly and helpful! I needed just one tire for my vehicle so I could make it back home and take it to my normal place,but les schwab refused to sell me anything less than 4 tires bc its an awd which I was quoted $1,111.84 for. I walked 2 blocks down the road and she was glad to sell me the tire but then informed me they had a set that would fit my vehicle for $260. At that price I couldn't refuse! 20 minutes later I was driving home with 4 sweet like new tires! Tire Monkey is the best everyone was super friendly and they got it done quick! 10/10 will be coming back for all my tires now!

This was made fun and easy. Great set of 5 tires and wheels less $$ than one new one at Les Schwab. With 90% tread. I am a senior woman and had my reservations. Check them out. Mechanic right next door. Win/Win

I purchased set of tires with mounting and balancing. They ruined my Cragar mags and all mounting hardware balance three wheels, and then refuse to take my calls when I ask them to make it right! As a businessman that's not a way to run a business! Stay clear of this place!

I would give a negative if I could horrible service the owner will not even come out to talk to you or take calls. Horrible experience so far.

This place charges different prices depending on the costumer they sold me 20 year old tires that started to crack after putting them on sidewalls and tred cracked bad those tires should have never been sold to anyone trust and believe the tires they have out front of there shop are trash they charged me over $200 for just three of them nobody should ever go to this shop it should not be legal to sell tires that only last a day but some how they get away with it

Extremely good customer service, and very good business ethics from first encounter.I went in for expertise because of a concerning dent in my tire.They did not try to sell me anything, they simply advised me on what to do and were extremely friendly.I will absolutely be back next time I need tires.

We called 3 times someone picked up and then hung up. When i went in there the lady at the front desk was wearing a very tight short dress that was not professional at all. She was not friendly and i got quoted 184 for 1 brand new tire that is just insane to me. Shop just gave me an ick feeling honestly.

- knowledgable staff, and kind owner.- i had my car towed here when i had a tire blown out, they quickly changed my tires and had me on the road again. Would recommend

I brought my car in because I had a nail in my tire and needed the tire replaced. When I left, my car would not accelerate over 30 miles per hour and when I brought it back they refused to admit that they had done anything wrong. However, contrary to that they then informed me that there was a sensor issue that started when they replaced the tire that they could not fix and they informed me the sensor would have to be completely replaced. This was not an issue I had before they worked on my car.The employee at the front desk was very attentive with trying to help me and I had no troubles in that regard, my review does not reflect them in any way, this is an issue with the mechanics that are also employed at tire monkey.When I took my car to a different shop, one with competent mechanics, they discovered that tire monkey had put the wrong size of tire on my car and they informed me about a number of other clients that came to them after having similar experiences with tire monkey . Not only did they refuse to accept that they had caused the initial issue, they were also wrong about what the issue was. It appears that this is a consistent issue with tire monkey. Mistakes happen, humans are naturally flawed, however when there is a consistent mistake being made that has had nothing done to try to correct the behavior, it turns into the incompetence shown by the mechanics at tire monkey.I returned after learning the mistake they made to either get the proper tires put on my car or get a refund. They thankfully managed to get it correct the second time but I will not be returning and I urge you to take caution if you are considering taking your car there.In conclusion, don t go to tire monkey, they are incompetent, rude, and will cause more issues than they fix.

The owner and his mom are nice and easy to talk to. One of the tires was bad and should of never been sold. Now i am out 65

Took a few different tries to figure out a solution but was persistent and solved the problem without emptying my wallet. Appreciate real people that are not just about money and do want to help people out as best as they can!

I responded to and ad for a free electric lift here in Roseburg. l wanted this piece of equipment, so i called a local tow service.As i was waiting for my ltow driver, Monkey Tire showed up and towed it away. I called 911 immediately, but MonkeyTired drove off with my equipment before and officer arrived. I called 911, and Monkey Tire drove of with my claimed item. This business knows nothing about honest andtrusted service.I'm disabled retired Airborne Veteran with 10 years of honest and reliable service to our country. MonkeyTire knows nothing a integrity. I ask that all Veterans and their family to avoid dealing with Monkey Tire Roseburg Oregon. I salute all Veterans and thank you for your service.

Worst tire place ever! Went there twice and wont go back! First time was for a tire repair. Instead of correctly patching the tire they put a plug in it because they didnt want to dismount it. Second and last time was for a universal valve stem. They wanted $15 for one! Left and went to the auto part store and bought a 2 pack for 5.99. Tire monkey is a rip off and shoddy work!! Go somewhere else!

Small town, allot of complaints with these guys. Save a buck, but at what price. Was considering their services. But social media is filled with buying flats and blow outs. No thanks. Will pay for safety down the street, a bit more. But probably safer MHO.

They are amazing.. we even purchased tires for my blaster that they had. Today went good for my man. Thank you to the boss and the new guy ken (I think that's his name) For the help on mounting and balancing.. good prices.. best around!! But I hope the motorcyclist that got ran over today made it out alive!! Praying for him.

They were amazing!! I got a flat tire on a Sunday when all other shops are closed. We took the tire to Tire Monkey and were done in under 10 mins. They found the hole, plugged it, aired up the tire and we were all set! Great rates too! They had amazing service and I would highly recommend!

They're the best. With regular restocking and great customer service I won't be going anywhere else when I need new tires. Plus on top of all that they're insanely quick.

These guys saved us while traveling. The only tire place within 75-100 miles open on a Sunday. They were fast, friendly and got us safely back on the road. They gave me options and let me choose what I wanted, no pressure. Tires were priced very reasonably. Options for all price ranges.

Friendly staff but price of getting new tires changed 3 times before paying. Drove home and next day one tire was completely flat, had to pay again for them to fix the tire they supposedly just fixed.

Very friendly staff, super helpful and courteous. They changed out our two tires in 15 maybe 20 minutes. And the tires are in very good condition for used. They even went out of their way to help jump start our car, thank you so much guys! You made our stressful day so much better for us!

I paid 135 dollars for two used tires that should have been new for the price and they said they balanced them but on my way to Eugene and back to Roseburg I had to do almost 90 mph just not to have my van bouncing all over the place I would not recommend this place for future business I'm disappointed In the way they did this I could have went elsewhere and got it done right for cheaper my daughter could have done better than them and she is 5
