Nathan really went above and beyond helping our family get a blown tire swapped out on a Sunday. Clean ride, excellent customer service and truly accommodating. These guys rock!

Ira/Tank was very helpful! He was super funny. He got my Jeep out of a really tight spot with EASE! He also made sure I was taken care of insurance wise and dropped off at a safe location.

Just had a great experience with Roseburg Towing! I was in a tight spot after getting a flat tire on the way back from the coast. Christian, the tow truck driver was punctual, positive, and professional. He went above and beyond, even willing to drop off my key at the tire shop the next morning so my car would be ready when I was back in the morning. Although I hope to not a need a tow in the future, I know who I m calling if I m in the area.Service: Car towing

We were rescued by a real soldier. Quit a remarkable young man, polite, remarkable safe driver kept his mind on the job at hand. Ira was such a treat to get to know we have invited back to our home anytime. He is a real tribute to your company. We thank you for the amazing experience my wife and I.

My friends and I have used and love Roseburg Towing for many years now and to Rate their business I would give them a 5 star Plus. This 1 star rating is for a NON related incident I had with a driver of theirs last Friday between 3:30 and 4pm. I was driving home to Green from the Southgate end of Roseburg on the old highway and was approaching the mill when I saw a red truck gaining on me fast. I was also driving 55 in the 50 so didn't want to speed up to accomodate the trucks speed as it quickly was on my rear and I now realize who's truck it is. I tried to increase my speed a little bit to widen the distance between us but he also increased his and remained to close for comfort. At the increased speed zone of 55 I sped up to 62 with him in the same position behind me. When I turned right onto the highway headed to Green I merged into the far left lane to be in position to turn lft on Emils Way and then lft onto Grange Rd. He wasn't right behind me at the light at 4 Corners but quickly merged behind me and I didn't feel there was enough time to safely slow and turn onto Emils so continued on to turn left right after B&D Meats and Grange Rd. Because of my speed as my turn was just ahead, I turned on my signal and started actually merging over into the yellow lined no passing lane in the center before the actual turn lane lane so I could safely slow down and make my turn. As I entered the turn lane the truck immediately stepped on the gas and as I sat at a stop waiting to make my turn, I watched the truck as he crossed over to the right lane before the green bridge. I want to believe that whoever was driving that day was a young employee who doesn't have the life experience to know what he was doing or what the consequences would have been for company who owns the truck had he caused an accident. He just seemed to be "Joy" riding in this powerful truck. He was driving the Large, very long flat bed and I was in a 1997 Honda Accord who he intimidated between Southgate and the turn onto the highway where there was a lane I could escape from him in but unfortunately the fast lane because I needed to turn left and he wanted to be in to go as fast as he could to leave all the rest of the traffic in his wake. No matter the age of the driver that day, he put the rest of us at risk and because he was driving a Roseburg Towing vehicle, that company as well. I'm pleased that it didn't end by tarnishing the Fantastic service Roseburg Towing does for our community and that hopefully the driver takes to heart how he is representing the company he's working for. This was an extremely stressful situation. I was involved with, and Ira was an incredibly helpful driver, and by the time we were done with the towing, he had me laughing! We were stranded about 30 minutes outside of Roseburg. Our driver, Ira, arrived quickly and tried to jump our vehicle. After it didn't work he brought all 4 of us into town and helped us find a shop to fix our truck (we aren't from this area and didn't know where to go to). He was very professional and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I was in Winston and staying at an Airbnb. As I was packing to head back home, I loaded up one of my dogs in the car, started the car to get the AC going, and accidentally locked the keys in the car. With the AC going, my dog was fine but I was still horrified and wanted to get her out ASAP. I called at least 6 other companies - all were either unavailable or didn t answer the call. I called Roseburg Towing and the gentleman on the phone told me they d get to me within 15 minutes. And they did! The man who helped me unlock my car was quick and efficient. He was so kind - as was the man on the phone! Being in a town I don t live in, where I didn t know anyone, and on a very hot day, the Roseburg Towing guys were literally angels! I cannot thank you all enough!!Service: Car lockouts

Ira was a personable and soft hearted man. He drove over an hour out to us and hauled us, our truck, and 3 dogs back to Roseburg. He was kind enough to drop me and the pups off at our hotel, deliver the broken down truck to the mechanic, and then return my man friend afterwards. He even gave us great recommendations for locals spots to eat/drink.All of this occurred in the evening and while he could have clocked out and gone home, he helped us instead.Ira deserves 5 stars, a father of the year award, and is someone neither of us will likely soon forget.Thank you!#savethetatas2023&1/2Service: Car towing

Edit: the tow truck driver Ira showed up and and showed us how to get the spare out which we didn't even know we had put the spare on for us and saved us a good chunk of change. Thank you so much for your good work!Been waiting for an hour and a half for my insurance to find me a tow truck for $155 after finding out my insurance road side assistance doesn't cover a tow for vandalism. I called roseburg towing and the guy says the tow truck will be here in 15 min for $5 cheaper! Thank you so much.Service: Special vehicle towing

My car died on the I5 and i waited for several hours and i couldn't get anyone to help. Ira was the young man who helped. I had a friend coming from Bend to help me and he wrecked his truck trying to get to me. Ira got a truck up that mountain and helped my friend as well. There's more to the story but just know this : Ira and Mitch are amazing young men. BEST TOW SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD.

I called late at night for help moving my hearse after calling four other companies who were unable to help. From now on I will only call Roseburg Towing. We were impressed with how professional they are and the gentleman who helped us out is super nice and was able to move my hearse from an awkward spot backed up to a tree and blocking the entrance to our apartment complex. My first time using towing service. Roseburg Towing charged me $550 to tow my vehicle from my driveway on Harvard Ave.(Roseburg) to Eugene, OR. Within the same month, my car was towed a second time; this time by AE based from Eugene and they charged me approx. $120/hour. The owner Clint , and Brandon were wonderful! My truck and attached travel trailer died in the middle of Highway 42. No one else in Roseburg wanted to come and help. My family is from grants Pass I had three young children in the truck. They sacrifice their time off to get us home safe all the way back to grants Pass. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I would use them without a doubt.Service: Special vehicle towing

My son was stranded on I5 between Coburg and Eugene and our insurance company said it would be 5 hours before a tow truck could get to them. I called Roseburg Towing, knowing it may be well out of their service area, and there was absolutely no hesitation from them. They asked where he was and sent a driver out as quickly as possible. about an hour and a half as opposed to 5 hours and I felt much better knowing that I could trust who was picking up my Son's car and delivering it back to our house. I accidentally buckled my sick daughter into her carseat. And locked the doors with the keys inside. As I was frantically trying to call and figure out how to get her out. Roseburg towing was able to rush over and get her out. I don't know what your name is. But I am so grateful that you were able to help quickly and effectively. Thank you. Not only did you manage to get her out, you also kept me from breaking my window.
