Affordable, great service, and honest! They ran into a problem with my rotors that wasn't originally quoted/anticipated and they didn't charge me for more parts. They have a pool table, roku TV, and a vending machine in the lobby also which I thought was nice. I will 100% be coming back!

Great Service. Friendly people. Quick service.We were passing through town and had a terrible squeal in our right rear brake. They fixed it right away and did not charge us. Excellent!!!!

Tires feel fine but on my way home I noticed they messed up my steering wheel. Looks like something melted grooves onto it! This is going to get fixed, I'm so mad!

Their honesty is superb. They really won't sell you anything if you don't need it. Their prices too are very good. Usually 10 to 15 % less. Never had a bad experience here.

Seriously awesome service, I was turned down by Les Schwab literally on my last rope of hope and Greg and his amazing crew made sure to take care of my tire. Very fast and friendly service and just all around and awesome shop to go to. I literally cannot thank them enough. I will be going back for future services on my car without a doubt.

Greg got me in and out quickly after i had a bad accident with two blown out tires ordered me new ones the next day and got me squared away asap. I appreciate you man for helping me get back on the road to go back home to medford safely. -Clarah Schaffer

Above and beyond!These guys are super duper. They gave me a ride to get groceries while my car was being worked on. Great conversation and very kind, top notch service. I won t ever go anywhere else now.

Came in to get wheel bearings pressed out and new ones in, was told we don't do walk ins ever. I will never come here again after the managers comment. Lost three vehicles that one hour no one was doing anything. Sad was a good local business.

These guys are amazing! I had a tire that was leaking on our box truck and I had to drive back to Bend that day, well it was in the afternoon on a Saturday and no one would help me out. Not only did they squeeze me in before they closed but they also didn t charge me to fix the tire. Let s just say I would have been screwed if they didn t help me! I m super thankful for them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I m always welcomed with friendly faces here. The oil change prices are the best in town & never once had an issue. I have a hard time trusting places to service my vehicles, and these guys are always my go to! They have awesome online help as well. Never once been disappointed with service or communication or harassed about buying products.Thank you guys for always have top notch service with amazing prices!

Very friendly and prompt service. I was able to get an appointment the next business day for a alignment and lube/filter. The dealer was booked for 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me so I could understand it. The service was quick better priced than the dealer.

On the plus side, good service, fair price for the tires, mounting and balancing. Asked them to do an alignment if necessary and they showed me the specs from their machine indicating it was not needed. They could have gone ahead and done it and I would have been none the wiser. On the minus side, store is not particularly attractive.

The service at the front desk was quick, they were knowledgeable, and easy to have friendly, witty banter, especially Rick.The mechanics were experienced and helpful.They did not install or charge me for parts I ended up not needing, that is so appreciated for someone on my budget!The superior customer service, the staff, prices and honest business practices, earn this local shop a big thumbs up and 5 stars!

This place is amazing! Went in for new rotors and tires, and they gently informed me off some other pressing issues that needed done. They didn't gouge prices, they gave me a very generous payment plan, and they were super friendly! 10 out of 10. I'd recommend to anyone.

Went in today to get tires put on my vehicle & they were absolutely amazing. I don't remember the gentleman's name at the counter but he was very warm & welcoming & even made small talk with my adult son while there. Lance put my tires on & did a great job. Listened to what I wanted, asked which side I wanted facing out & even asked if I wanted to keep one of them so I had a full size spare. After all was said & done it only took about 45 minutes for me to be driving out of there with brand new tires. Local businesses win again!

This was my first time going here. The service was good had a little logistical issue and we had to push my appointment back a day but over all happy with them. Show room is nice and clean and open. They did have good coffee which is important.

Great staff. Never really a line to be helped. Comfortable waiting area with a vending machine and a fridge with free waters for customers. Got a great deal on tires here and went back later to get my entire braking system done. More than fair treatment of customers and fair pricing too. I recommend tis place to anyone.

My experience at Tire Pros was superb purely based on the outstanding customer service from an employee working there named Jake. I appreciated how he went above and beyond helping in any and every way possible.I hope they know how much of a tremendous asset he is to their team and is treated as such!Thanks again to Jake and to Tire Pros

Service has gotten to the point that I will never do business with them. At least acknowledge the only customer standing at the counter. Just lost a sale for wheels and tires for my F350.

If I could give a zero, I would.I bought a set of tires and a 50,000 mile warranty and was religiously getting my tires rotated every 3000 miles.Long story short, these tires lasted a little over 22,000 miles. Wore out. They wouldn't rotate them anymore and when I showed them I still had the paperwork they said it was my fault, I guess that I thought business's still stood by their word and honored warrantys?I'm so terribly disappointed with them.

The team that I experienced here was very helpful and quick too. Was traveling and had bad tires on a car I inherited and they were fantastic about helping me get back on the road quickly and safely

I went in to have my front end checked out because my steering was a little loose. They found a loose nut that was causing my issue. They tightened it up, and didn't even charge me! Great customer service!
