I was approved through Honda financing at a great apr. found the color car I wanted which was this beautiful civic sport, worked with Elica who so the best. When I came to pick it up the financing declined and they went to bat to get it back and fought for it to be approved. Now I am the proving owner of the exact car I wanted great price too. They even filled it up and stayed 2 hours late to wrap it up for me. I strongly suggest that if you want a great experience and somewhere that makes you feel like more then a buyer that you go see Elica at Roseburg Honda. They have earned my repeat business for sure!

Let me start by saying I had no intentions of buying this car when I test drove it. It was over my budget, but I wanted to get a feel for the type of car so I knew if it was worth it to make the trip up to Portland to buy a similar vehicle. The salesperson (Hayden?) made no attempt to pressure me, which was so nice and unlike most experiences I ve had with dealerships. I left that night and couldn t get the car out of my head, so I went back the next day and bought it! When running the application, I was given a decent rate for the economy s current state, but midway through the paperwork, Aaron came in and said to hold up because he just found me a better rate! Unfortunately, less than a week later, I got notification that the 12v battery was dying. I drive it in and Roseburg Honda was able to get me in the next day to replace it for free! Icing on the cake: they washed the car for me after the battery was replaced. I m so thrilled with the way it went down and I absolutely love this car. By the way, they have a great kids area in the waiting room, too.

Rick was super helpful. I was traveling in from out of the area, having been looking for a very specific vehicle (Honda Accord with specific trim, miles, year, etc.). When I called, he pulled the car off the lot for me. When I arrived, he was ready, attentive, helpful, informative, and patient. He was not pushy, and the process was as smooth as I could imagine. I arrived first thing, purchased the vehicle, and the whole process was finished by noon. Would recommend highly!

Five-star customer service from Hayden, sales person!For me, this dealership always has friendly, intelligent, wise, helpful, POLITE, knowledgeable customer service people -- and they go out of their way to get me the complete answers that I need to service my car.This dealership always provides me with an excellent experience that always makes me feel relief, ease, confidence, and reassurance that this dealership cares about the welfare of my car and my own personal safety, stability, and security.I find them unbelievably trustworthy, honest, sincere sales and service people.Big thanks to Roseburg Honda, in Roseburg, Oregon. Nice salesperson, but I letting the front desk know I was no longer interested in a car 10k above kbb (5k above market) with an accident reported, front desk had hung up on me. Definitely not good customer service on that part, will also not be looking to go through for any future purchase.

My boyfriend & I are more then pleased with the services & car he purchased last week! Not only is it an amazing car but they were fast & efficient! All around great service from everyone but especially are car salesman Elicia Hedges & Aaron Fletcher. Would definitely recommend car shopping with Roseburg Honda!!

Rick VerSteeg was a terrific sales person, he was in constant communication with me over the used 2010 Ford Explorer Eddie Baurer. The car was exactly what he said, from finance and trade in, to driving off in my new to me vehicle. I am beyond please with tge entire experience and highly recommend Rick and this dealership. You have a loyal customer. Oh and if they don t have the car your looking for give them a chance to find it. Great service all they way.

Gotta say, of all the many new car dealers and eight or nine new rigs I've purchased over the years, this was the first time I have literally been treated like I was V.I.P. and the only customer! The salesman Daniel, (an Ex-Master Auto Mechanic for a decade), used his mechanical skills to show me the workings of the auto I was interested in. Dealing with a sales person that literally uses understandable car lingo to explain the tech and many wokings of a machine, made the experience sectular. The manager, Jason, and Aaron, the business manager, the warranty person, David, in fact even the receptionist made spending the (obsurd) about of $ for my auto stimulating, informative and actually (relatively) pleasurable. There seemed no phony pretenses, price-jacking, or canned friendliness, just straight friendly helpful talk. I felt the closing cost, trade-in, and extended insurance was within (if not a little better), than other places I checked and well within industry standards...plus they carried-on-lot the truck I sought. 5 big hulking gold stars...(but I must say, the machine I bought sort of sold itself), plus I tend to buy local. M

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Salesman Hayden helped us wonderfully. We had so many questions over a months time, and each time I talked with him he was very patient and knowledgeable. No pressure or rudeness. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. We were very i.pressed with everyone also at the dealership.

I left Roseburg Honda with a 2023 Honda Pilot . Not only do I love my honda, our salesman Rick exceeded our expectations! He knew what we were looking for, and got us going in a brand new car! Wouldn t go anywhere else, and wouldn t trade my salesman!

Just traded in my car and got a 2024 Honda Odyssey, needless to say the staff there is amazing! Dustin was very down to earth and personable, just like seeing an old friend. Dustin worked with the whole team at Honda in order to get all the things on my list checked off to make this purchase possible with smooth sailing! I have had a bad experience in the past with car dealerships and Honda just took all that anxiety away by being upfront about everything, I will forever more do business with Honda!

Test drove SUV, wanted to have my mechanic check it out. At first Rick was yeah you can, then, after I called mechanic, he was oh we have another deal going on this one. Rick later texted that the car was sold, however its still on the website.

Best experience I ve ever had and I don t typically want anything to do with dealerships, but this place totally changed my mind! Rick VerSteeg and Hayden were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We found our car online and handled most the details over the phone then drove from PDX to pick up the vehicle. The car was in fabulous condition, shopping online was super easy and less stressful with these guys. Definitely will be coming back next time we need a car.

Poor customer service. Zero knowledge of vehicles that they sell and better off spending money elsewhere. Aaron (Sales Manager) decided it is better off to pass the buck to Honda Corporate then do his job. Will not be returning for any vehicles, parts or services at this location.

All around amazing experience!! The team at Roseburg Honda definitely knows what they are doing and provide amazing service! Aaron and Lynn walked me through all the paperwork effortlessly and finances was even easier! I bought my dream car from the best dealership in town! I would highly recommend Roseburg Honda!

I have bought 2 cars from Roseburg Honda. Had a few problems with the second one, but the general manager Aaron Fletcher, went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of and I was able to get to work. Biggest thanks to Aaron Fletcher, Clayton, Hayden, and Rick.

A couple of friends recommended this business for an oil change -- even if you don't have a Honda. For about $60, you get an oil change, they check all the systems and fluids, rotate the tires, and wash the car. Where else can you get all that?! The staff is friendly, professional, and explains their findings and recommendations without any pressure to buy anything.

Let me just start off by saying I can t recommend Roseburg Honda ENOUGH with how easy they made buying my first new car! I started working with Rick online to talk about the car I wanted and all the nitty gritty. He was very kind and prompt with his emails, and answered all of my 500 questions. In person I worked with Dustin, who really made this experience positive for me. He was very personable, open and honest, and did not make me feel pressured at the dealership (which mattered a lot to me, especially as a woman buying a car). He was able to answer / find answers to all my questions, and made my car purchase very smooth. Treat you like family could not be more true! When my car was ready, Dustin was able to drive it to my home and walk me through everything I needed to know. I highly recommend working with Dustin and/or Rick to get exactly the car you want with exceptional service and kindness. Thank you Roseburg Honda :)

Treat you like family is a motto Roseburg Honda truly lives up to!My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 CR-V Hybrid here when we were driving home to CA on a road trip. We visited the dealership due to a question we had about our amazing 13 year old CR-V which we were planning to replace soon. While we were there we asked about the new models on the lot and were helped by such a nice and well informed salesperson, Elicia. Aaron the sales manager accompanied Elicia in helping us, and together they presented a very agreeable and fair deal.Everyone we met the day of our purchase, Jon, Aaron, Elicia, Lynn, Diana, and Ken were all genuine and real.We never knew that purchasing a new car could be such an easy task!One day when we consider buying another Honda we will not consider another dealership.Another trip back to Roseburg Honda will be a drive we will be happy to make!

I had a bad, then very great car purchasing experience with Roseburg Honda. They will make things RIGHT.Roseburg Honda started out great with the way they handled my drive test request. They were really easy to work with in setting up a time, and their response was within thirty minutes!Now, it starts to go downhill with the closing out of the used vehicle I purchased from them. I started having immediate problems with the vehicle within the first week of commuting to work. Long story short, I had a very disgruntled relationship with the salesman and service manager on trying to make things right for over three weeks.I finally decided to call and reach out to a higher up in the company, Miss Lynn Stults (Finance Manager). She personally decided to take care of my issue, and even was willing to work through trading in the difficult vehicle for another used vehicle personally verified by her to be in good condition. I lost money on the trade back, but the company went above and beyond by selling me a used vehicle for the lowest value on KBB. I am more than satisfied with the outcome and my purchasing experience at Roseburg Honda. I will be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.
