Went in to get an estimate and the owner was friendly and gave me a quote. I tried to call them more than 10 times over three days to get the work scheduled and they never picked up the phone and you can t leave a message. Not sure how you can run a business in 2024 when you never pick up the phone or have a voice mail box for people calling. I ended up taking my business somewhere where I can actually talk to someone and who knows how to run a business.

Deserves 0 starts. Honestly the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with . I set a date to drop off my car a month in advance. I showed up to drop my car off, office is open but no one is in there, two separate employees looked me straight in the eyes while I was waiting and they just walked away . I tried calling the shop after waiting a while and it went straight to a voicemail box that was full this is terrible and I do not recommend bringing your car here unless you want rude kids straight out of high school working on your car and no communication from the shop Most untrustworthy business in Roseburg in my opinion. Was able to get ahold of Clint Newell in a matter of seconds and they took my car right in . I left this untrustworthy shop and had my car dropped off with in less than 20 minutes.

If I could give a minus I would! My husband and I had a vehicle that needed body work, tried calling their number, no answer and their message says mailbox full. My husband takes the vehicle to their shop, can't find anyone. Walks outside and around back and finally finds someone who gives him an estimate and a date to bring it back. I called about that date because it was a holiday and he tells me he doesn't even see it on his books! We make another appointment date and take the vehicle there to drop off, find one kid wondering around and he knows nothing about it, he says he doesn't know where the owner is, that he is pretty "occupied with his house" whatever that means. We tell him if the owner comes back to have him call us, we NEVER hear from him! If this is how this guy runs his business, how careful or professional will he be with your car??? Absolutely will never recommend or use this business!!

These guys painted my Harley for me, it's on there face book. Great paint job, but I wanted just a little more pizazz. It's a really nice bike and its my baby. I went back in and they were more than willing to accommodate. We put some blue flake in the clear and he is spraying it over the black and blue pearl. Now my baby gots bling! Great job. Good people. Took my truck in with a Whistle in the door somewhere. They diagnosed the issue and said they could order new door seal to fix the problem. Took months to get it and several phone calls.Finally got the part in, but never got a call to let me know. Finally, again, got truck in. Door seal was replaced quickly, paid the guy, drove away... same whistle. No fix.Called 7-8x and left messages about getting the issue solved, no call back. Truck still whistles with $$ in their pocket.Took it elsewhere they fixed the issue in two hours.

Extremely unprofessional staff. No one wears gloves or covers seats, or even close windows so you will get back a car filled with dust and dirt and greasy handprints. Watching their yard fill up because they only work on your car if you know them or are a big name in roseburg. My car got pushed off the list for 2 weeks before anyone touched it, finally received it back with a half done job (brought it to les schwab for an alignment and they showed me didn t even finishing bending my frame, they recommend getting the alignment at the shop over and I wonder if they would ve told me they didn t finish their job..that would ve been over a grand for nothing.) very sketchy shop in roseburg.Service: Body & Trim

Great quality work, recently had a bumper cover painted for a 2012 VW GTI, and it looks amazing. Great paint match and finish .

The owner was extremely helpful and hands on when my car was totalled. I would totally recommend them to family and friends.
