Cheap & Quick.Left a mess of copper wire bits & pieces all over my trunk.2 months later and my stereo won't shut off with the ignition, now it doesn't work at all. Pulled it out and found the connection was melting.Glad I found it before my dash caught fire...Taking it to Good Vibrations to get it fixed.

Update- Stereo now doesn t work at all no sound and every time I turn my rig off and back on the date and time change to 12 AM January 1, 1970. I can t believe I wasted so much money on a sound system I can t even use I m really disappointedWhen I first came here and got my amp, stereo and sub installed I was really happy with it. I could hear a slight whine coming from the stereo but it wasn t bad so I didn t care. After about 3 months my stereo screen went black I went back in and they didn t have the same one so I had a different one installed it was around $300. I kind of expected to get the old one back it might not have even been broken just a wire came loose or something but he kept it. I figured oh well not going to sweat it. Well the whine got horrible after the second install I d have to turn the stereo off sometimes cause I couldn t handle it. Then another 3 months goes by and my sub stops working we start checking wires and where the wires go to the amp they had way to much tension on them, so every time you got in and out of the vehicle it would slightly pull on these cables until they finally broke. I have a Tahoe the amp is under the second row seat. I live almost an hour from Roseburg and I should have brought it in right away but I m a stay at home mom and constantly busy with homeschooling, sports and everyday things. We finally brought it in just 2 days ago for the whine, sub not working and amp cables. I waited 3 hours before I called and they said it was done we get there and I have my husband go in because I don t like confrontation and this guy is pretty grumpy. He tells my husband that my sub is blown and he knows this because he smelled it. I understand that might be a way to tell but I drive this vehicle everyday and not once have a smelled anything from it. He didn t even fix the cables to the amp so he didn t even try to see if it worked. He did fix the whine which I m thankful for. But I don t appreciate that he didn t fix the cables and he kept my sub. He did tell my husband he would replace it but at this point I d rather go to good vibrations where I know it will get done right and fast even if I am out more money I was so excited to have my set up working again and to be so let down cause he didn t even try to fix anything. He also tried telling my husband that I was bumping to hard and that s why it blew I have kids I just wanted good sounding bass I don t blast it for everyone to hear.

DON'T GO HERE. THE OWNER IS A CHEAT!! He installed my excellent speaker's with sheet rock screws and broke everything and now won't fix it. He's mean and a rotten person to do that to me. I wish I could give no stars!!!!

The appointment was within a week but the install took over six hours and we were told that it would take any more than two, and during this time we were not given updates unless we went and bothered them at the desk. Then when done we were given no instructions on how to work the new stereo and a major thing was left out and undone and that was the install of a backup camera. The wiring was left a mess and the speakers were installed wrong, don't waste your time or money.

We were passing through OR and had some extra time so we called to see if by any chance they could install a stereo and speakers in our truck last minute. They said come on in and had us all set up with an awesome system installed and out the door in less than 2hrs.Very friendly, excellent customer service, great deal!

I've been coming here for 20 years. Pro Car Stereo has put many sound systems in cars, trucks, boats, and RV's for me. Lost track of all the stereos I've had installed! All I know is I've been happy with every single one of them! Pro Car Stereo is a Roseburg landmark, and I'll forever be grateful for the service I've received here over the years. Don t go here. Install was awful for my backup camera. Stopped working after a year due to broken wires in several places. The stereo they sold me is a pain in the butt to use and has a terrible microphone so I can t make calls while driving. When I asked the big guy behind the counter to look at it he told me it would be 100 bucks. I told him he installed it and he still said 100 bucks.I went to Good Vibrations instead as I had good service from them before. They told me the stereo had a poor microphone and there was no way to install one. They also fixed my backup camera for free! They were shocked at the poor install and told me they guarantee their installs for life.

The owner and shop staff were great. They helped me find the perfect display and camera for my wheelchair van. The wide-angle camera really helps with visibility, and the stereo they helped us pick out is great as well. Great price, great service, and explained everything so well. My family is so pleased we are bringing in another car in a few weeks.

Fair prices Very knowledgeable. og in the stereo field He went in and hooked up speakers I didn t even know I had! Feel comfortable knowing if u drop ur stuff in to have any installation done it will be done right the first time or he will take care of it U don t last as long in thisTown as long as he has unless your doin something right thanks Eric for the hook up

Had an appointment to have a smart start device installed at 2 I didn t leave the shop until 5. When I got in my car my steering wheel was covered in sweat as well as my car seat. I was given little explanation on how the device worked. It wasn t until later that day that I started having problems with the device and violation codes. Fast forward 5 days I m at another shop having it rewired so it works correctly. If you want to waste half a day having something installed incorrectly this is the place for you.

Im assuming all these 5-star reviews are from friends and family because this place sucks. $250 bucks for a pair you can buy directly from the manufacturer for $100. $120 for a pair of cheap $40 speakers anywhere else online. Not only are they price gouging, but the old fat guy in the store was also rude. No labels for pricing. I felt like he just made up the prices on the spot like it was a garage sale. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. He said I couldn't test the speakers for some reason. I'll bet if he knew I went in there to drop my tax return on a full stereo replacement he wouldn't have been so rude. Maybe they make up for the bad attitude and laughable prices by doing good custom installs idk. I'll go to Medford.

These guys are awesome I highly recommend them my stereo system is such a great improvement and I enjoy driving my car a lot more.Thank you guys for doing the job for the quoted price it was such a good deal if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.Thanks again recommend you to all my friends and if I need another sound system I know where to go

Should have gone in with a guy, was given a price for stereo which included the install and as well was given a price for alarm system. Went to pick up my car and I paid a shy over thousand. The owner explained it need these other parts, I truly wanted to say something and it seemed me questioning the cost irritated him. So I just paid and leftSad experience

Had an appointment for smart start install showed up 10 minutes early got a 20 minute lecture about how showing up early instead of on time was bad ... a month later I show up on the day and time we had agreed on and the shop was closed left a message on the phone and left after an hour of waiting ...they never bothered to call me back so i had to make a last minute hour and a half drive to get my smart start downloaded maybe good at stereo install but not professional enough to handle more time sensitive tasks

Second time with Pro , once again they went above and beyond..the install was more complicated than we had imagined..yet they were courteous and charged me the original quote, even tho the installation took almost 3x the time...

You can count on getting quality sound for your money here. The owner is very knowledgeable on car stereo equipment and wont try to oversell you stuff you re not looking for.
