We have used Novus Glass of Roseburg once before, and wouldn't trust anyone else. When our new Rav4prime needed a new windshield, I called them without hesitation. Fast, friendly, and expert craftsmanship are the qualities I look for In a company, and they fit the bill. Thank you all at Novus Glass for taking great care of our Ruby Red Rav.J&K SCHUMAKER

I am very happy with the customer service that I was given here! My intermittent wipers were not working and after paying 80.00 for a diagnostic test @ BRAND X and then not fixing the problem I called and spoke to Brian after a call back they offered to have me bring the car in and they would take care of the problem @ no charge to me.I will definitely use them again!!#happycustomer#5stars

Working with them couldn t have been more easy. I called to have my windshield replaced. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and accommodated my scheduling preferences. They even agreed to pick my car up and bring it back to my work since I was right down the road.I asked them if they did tinting which she replied No but we work with Tint Pro who can. (Tint Pro is awesome by the way)Novus installed my tinted windshield and had my car back within 2 hours.With my hectic life, the team work between all involved , and the cost being within my budget, the experience was flawless. I recommend them to anyone needing windshield replacement. I actually have my other vehicle scheduled for a seal test.

Got one of those chips you know is going to spread on a brand new (to my dad) motor home purchase. We stopped in to see if we could get a quick fix. They worked with insurance on in a creative way to make sure it was charged after it was added to the policy. Pretty great service there!!!

Absolutely amazing people. Had my new window installed in Missoula about 6minths ago. Was on my way to Washington from Vegas and ended up getting a rock chop in Cali so on my way through Oregon I called these guys and they accepted my warranty rich chip repair from novus of Missoula fixed it 20min after I called and as soon as I arrived they had me in and out in less than 30min. Thank you all so much real life saver with the size of the chip.

They re-attached a windshield on my Freightliner food truck. The appointment started at the appointment time and was finished in two hours, just as they promised. The work was professional and neatly done. The price was as quoted.

Amazing customer care and service! We had a windshield replaced last year on our brand new Subaru and they dealt with dealership warranty that was a debacle to get it covered.Had my son s truck window replaced earlier this month and it turned out great! They were even able to use the seal that was already there and save us some expenses.Came back today a year after our Subaru windshield replacement with a rock chip and they fixed it in 30 minutes!Highly recommend this shop, they are friendly, professional and customer service oriented! Windshield got broke on the freeway. Novis got me in quick, and insurance took care of the bill.They did a fantastic job on my car and were very polite and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Jeff was very patient and helpful. It was close to closing time. I was on a road trip and needed to fix a stone chip asap. He referred me to another Novus. Issue was fixed in 30mins the next morning before I hit the road. Lifetime warranty also. Love their service!

From the phone call to getting my car back was a smooth, professional, and honestly refreshing process. The price was lower than I had expected. I was told the jib was going to be 2-3 hours and I was told it was ready right at 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father Randy Spears. We had an appointment at 12pm on 2-21-22. We had a chip in our windshield that had to be fixed and we also had a small nick that I asked to be repaired. The guy at the counter said he would mention this to the repair technician. 30 minutes later the small nick was not repaired. The technician said he didn't know about the nick. We asked the guy behind the counter if he told the technician about it and he said "no, I didn't have time". I called him out on it and he got mad at me and made a snide remark saying "Do you want me to charge you for both?" in a very condescending way. While he was "busy" he was really on the phone ordering parts for his personal truck and messing around with co-workers. It would be a lot easier to explain what else he said over a phone call. If the owner sees this please contact me.Service: Window repair

These guys definitely impressed me. I needed a quick headlight restoration before I sold my car and didn't have time to leave work and take my car in...Novus Glass sent an employee out to pick up my car, get the job done, and had the car back to me in under 2 hours. My coworker was even able to get her windshield repaired on the spot without an appointment. I paid over the phone and never had to miss work. The headlights looked so good, they did a great job! Thank you for accommodating me, and for providing such quality, friendly service!

Very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and the integrity of this company. I paid for their service and they followed up to make sure my leak was taken care of 3 months later and spent extra time checking out my vehicle. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say wow. What a great experience. I filled out the form online and got a call straight away, I can t remember his name but he told me my insurance policy s inclusions which I didn t know of. I think he called that same day even. I figured I would be waiting! But nope. They were able to schedule me within the same week to. Breanna (the front office gal) was very helpful with getting my claim going. Then Tadd came out to fix my windshield. Just made my life easier. And looks brand new. I highly recommend! If any more rocks hit my windshield I know who I m calling!Service: Auto windshield repair

Great experience. They ordered my windshield and had it by the next day. (I have an older 1989 vehicle). They were really friendly, and charged a decent price. My frame even had a little rust, and they cleaned it up and put some primer down before mounting my gasket style windshield. Totally recommend them if you need some glass.

My pit turned into a massive crack. I called on a Wednesday, the windshield was here on Thursday and they installed it on Friday. Install time was less than half what I expected. Staff couldn't be friendlier nor more professional. And as a bonus, the owner's name is Doug....I highly recommend this business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After finding out that the windshield I needed was out of stock in my local area with no known ETA due to supply chain issues and with all the local shops being serviced by the same distributor no one could get a windshield for me or confirm how long it would take to get one, only telling me to keep checking back every couple weeks, well that was not going to work because I needed a new windshield badly, mine was destroyed and the car was not driveable on a daily basis in the condition it was in.That is when I branched out my search and called these great folks at Novus Glass in Roseburg and thankfully with their connections they were able to source me a windshield out of Portland, and able to get it super fast. I gladly made the 1 hour drive north to their shop for my window replacement. Everything about this experience was exceptional. They started on time, finished early, came in under estimate, I could not be happier. You folks in Roseburg are fortunate to have this shop and their ability to tap into Portland suppliers if necessary. Absolutely incredible! I made a mistake and went to a small shop that completely messed up my windshield and the structure of the frame around my windshield. Jeff the owner personally fixed my windshield and made sure I could get my car back before i had to travel out of the state the next day! I appreciate that they helped me make a bad situation (from the other body shop)into a positive and now I feel safe traveling with my family! Was referred to go here by a friend. I walked in spoke with a young man behind the counter he was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable leaving my vehicle with him. Not sure if I'd ever recommend this to anyone. Wouldn't come back I'm going to try A1 Auto Glass used them in the past looks like I'm going to use them again today. I would have left pictures but I didn't feel it warranted my time.

My family lives in Roseburg but I work Seattle, so when I get to come home my time with my family is very important. When I was able to get into town for Thanksgiving I needed a new windshield. Stephanie and her husband were able to get my truck in with very short notice, locate my windshield and get it installed very quickly. They are very professional and and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.
