All my life my grandpa bought parts from Napa....and never got the wrong part. Started going to this Napa recently and its the same. Right part and the best price. Very great group of guys here...and they take the time to research an item. Thank you for great service!

Got a starter part for my car and they said one price then charged me a higher price and on top of that when I tried to return the old part the tall skinny man with the white beard and mustache, blue eyes started cussing at me because he was upset over himself but the two ladies deserve a raise!! They helped me and reassured me and gave REAL customer service!! Thank you ladies!!!

Great had my stuff except the straws for cans of grease, silicon exc. Was included with wd40 spaying white grease all over wasn't pretty just saying...

D&R Auto and Truck is bar none the best auto parts store anywhere. The owners are amazing people and will go above and beyond for their customers. Their staff is so helpful and really know what they are talking about. No blinker fluid or muffler bearings sold here, but anything else you need they can help you with. They will go out of their way to find it if they don't have it on the shelf. Great place to shop for all your automotive needs!

Needed a rarely installed transmission line going to a OEM heavy duty cooler separate from the radiator. They found the part number and directed me to the store that had that rare critter. Part number 827-5538 for Chevy Silverado 1500 LS four-wheel drive.

The employees are friendly and helpful. They carry so many fun and interesting "little extras" too. I will continue to make my purchases at NAPA Roseburg Auto & Truck Supply. Roseburg is so lucky to have a "hometown", locally owned business to shop at. Great folks!

Pricing is fair, staff is knowledgeable, but you can only return Napa parts to the particular Napa store you buy it from in this area as they are not all connected. Also always seems like your wasting their time when you walk in to check on and buy parts.

Went in to pick up a few things and asked a nice lady behind the counter who had already checked out to go home where they were and she said I'll show you. She found my window roller clips and my auxiliary cigarette lighter port and checked me out quick fast and easy

My windshield wiper blades were both needing to be replaced ASAP and it's been raining. Asked my husband where to get them and he recommended NAPA. When I got there I told the salesperson what I needed, and I asked if it can be installed for me . The guy graciously helped me find the correct part I needed for my car and installed the wipers instantly. Thank you, Napa Roseburg!

Amazing people they are here to help you regardless if you buy there products or have to go somewhere else very impressed. My son ran around and they didn't even get upset like most businesses do these day thanks for the help napa. Coming back

The owner Daniel is a straight shooter. He is honest, and will stand by his word. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a warranty issue I was having with an Interstate battery that clearly wasn't his/ Napa Roseburgs problem. I've always been a Napa guy, I would buy there parts anyway, but this just made it so much better for me. Thank you Daniel

Ok. So, there's a guy here named Joe. Let me tell you about Joe. First off, he's famous on Google Street View, but he's also famous because he is Napa Joe. If you need an obscure part, anyone in the store can help, but Joe will take you on a part finding journey that you won't soon forget.It isn't often that the auto parts store becomes a spiritual/emotional experience, but we don't really have a choice where Joe is working. We're all better people, and our cars and trucks run better, because of Joe.Joe probably needs a raise, or some extra paid time off.

Not helpful today at all. Two ladies stood behind the counter chatting as customers waited. Also, the last time I came in and bought something, it was windshield wipers. The guy just grabbed some and didn t give me time to look at them. They were the cheapest most horrible windshield wipers ever.
