We took my car to Mr. King's after a collision destroyed the front bumper. Mr. King restored the bumper to pristine condition and repaired other unseen damage behind the bumper as well. We could not be happier with the results. It took a long time due to a wait for ordered parts and wet weather conditions that slowed the paint drying process, but it was well worth the wait. We found Mr. King to be congenial, easy to work with, and meticulous in his work.

Mr. King s is an old fashioned, honest shop. He went above and beyond our expectations and repaired damage from a previous accident without additional charge. Took my car to Mr kings due to my dad backing into it and Richard got it looking like new. he did a great job buffing and polishing the new paint to make it just sparkle.

I have been going there for many years, and have always been pleased with the service. It's always been quick, quality work. They have even provided me with a free loaner car when needed. Some of the people posting negative reviews must either be disgruntled past employees, or people wanting a free estimate so they can take the insurance check and run. I can see why a business wouldn't want to give an estimate to those people!

Got a ton of work done on my Volvo (basically a full restoration) and I got a spoiler put on my Toyota Corolla. Best quality work in state if you can wait.

They did good work as far as their quality when i had them install a body kit for me. But a couple weeks later i had a blow out and spun off the freeway tearing my new front bumper apart needing my stock one back on for the time being. I went back to get it but they had used my stock bumper on another job without asking me and and was forced to wait for them to buy me a new one and paint it. He was then rude when i was frustrated about them practically stealing my stock bumper and trying to replace it before i knew. Very unprofessional and rude, but they do good work if thats not a big deal to you.

No one likes having to take their car into the shop to have work done right? Neither did I but I wanted to take my car somewhere that not only was reputable but honest hard working and more specifically not Clint Newel Motors as I will never give them my business again after a very bad experience. I read reviews for Mr. Kings Body Shop online after he was recommended to me by a very good friend who is also a local mechanic in Roseburg, Oregon. I was very apprehensive to the idea of taking anything of mine to a local place let alone in downtown Roseburg. I initially wanted to go to Eugene thinking I would get the best. You re only as strong as the little town you live in right? No, in fact I was very wrong about that and very glad I ended up at Mr. Kings. Now, the other reviews were not wrong in a small way when they mentioned that Mr. King was a jerk or is rude. He is neither of those. Don t get me wrong, if need be we can all turn into jerks sometimes. But, he has a unique and kind of awkward personality with a different sense of humor. He is also respectable and has a lot of integrity. I can see how they would get confused by him. After all was said and done, he was the kind of cool dude I would want to have a beer with.Anyways, back to my car. I was under the impression that my car would be done within a week. This was not the case. We understood that taking our car to a one man shop would most likely take time to finish. Clint Newel has an entire team of guys doing the work in half the time. With that said it would also be with half the quality. I should have taken into consideration that parts needed to be ordered and that there was a considerable amount of damage and the chances of finding more damage after the initial exam of the vehicle was quite possible. So, it did take about four weeks to get it back. In that time, there had been over the phone communication between Mr. King and I. Every time we spoke he would say (and this felt a little wishy washy) Well, I took both of these off and I didn t paint them at the same time so that took an extra few days. After the third time I was told this at the end of week four I was borderline livid. I had an expectation in my head of when it would be done, and I was also paying for a rental car. At the end of the third week, Mr. King was apologetic about the time it was taking and offered to pay for the last week of my rental. At the end of it all, I got my car back by the fourth week. Not only did he cover the cost of the rental for the last week I discovered that he is not just an auto body shop. He is an artist. His attention to detail passion and talents are unmatched. The standards he holds himself too are higher than most you ll ever come across. I could not be more satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend this shop. Have patience, he is worth it! Thanks Mr. King.He also has a shop Cat that cruises around. I liked him a lot too. ;-)

Wow! Owner worked with me and was he ever a lifesaver! He got me in the same day I called, hooked me up with rental company that met me at his shop( shout out to Enterprise for being so great as well) Most importantly, he was kind & funny-which put me at ease after the trauma of wrecking my truck. He was highly recommended by Multiple friends and his prices were beyond fair. This is my 2nd time using Mr Kings, the last time was many, many years ago and he s still the best in my book.BTW I saw a few nasty reviews so I want to give praise where it is so deserved. As for those few misunderstood naysayers, I m certain that if they were respectable they would have spoken to the owner and allowed him the opportunity to solve any issues that were indeed solvable instead of writing a bad review that has the potential ability to harm the reputation of one of Roseburgs privately owned full service repair businesses.Let s Be kind.In This new world of social media try to think first before you carelessly push buttons and hit send.

I attempted to call and get a bid for some paint work to be done on our company rig. I was curtly greeted and when I asked about getting the work done and what I needed to do to get a bid I was rudely told that "what I really needed to do was hang up the phone and let him get back to work because he was behind and had two cars that needed to go out the door in a matter of minutes." I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect.

Mr. Kings Body Shop is and has been for many years, my go to shop whenever I needed professional repairs done right. I have sent all my family and friends there over the years to get everything fixed from simple things like replacing a mirror (which they did without charges more than once) to straightening a bent and twisted frame on their monsterous frame rack. They go the extra mile. This is the shop to go to first.
