Mobile Tune is the best the people here are so friendly and helpful! Had my car towed here after blowing a tire on I-5. Tyler informed me they don't really do tires but was super awesome and pumped my tire up so I could at least make it to the tire place!

I was looking to rent a van for an upcoming school field trip in 2 months and remember seeing the folks out on the street corner flipping the car rental sign advertising for Mobile Tune so thought I'd give them a call. Immediately informed there were no cars available and they don't know when they will be back (??). Odd. No worries though, I'm not looking for a rental for 2 more months, I assure them. Well turns out they don't reserve or really have any grasp on their inventory and have no real interest in helping secure any kind of rental. Unless you are looking to rent a vehicle on a hope and prayer, last minute, I'd go to Enterprise or Turo. I'm not sure why they occasionally employ a gentleman to spin the sign advertising their rental car services when it seems kind of a sham. Rude person on the phone too...typical Roseburg 'customer service'.

Took my car in because the drive axel busted. They told me it would be a max of two days. It took over a week for my car to be ready and I had to constantly check in with them. I asked them if they could also check out why my windows suddenly stopped working. Charged me $50 to check the fuses and determine that all the fuses were fine. I ended up selling my car and the new owner changed the fuse and got the windows working.

I will never go back to them, the guy that came to look at my car cause it wouldnt start barely did anything not even an hour and got over 100 dollars and he diidnt tell me he was calling a mechanic in Myrtle creek even though this happened at Albertsons in Roseburg, So we had to pay more 140 dollars just cause he is friend's with the MC tow driver, basically alls they did was hook it to scan tool checked for trouble codes said it was code 1600 anti theft code. they said there was a secure light actively flashing but no. there wasnt. they got another 300 off us. for something tlhat could have. been reset by putting key in door and waiting 60 secs instead they did it the more expensive way and called lockout guys even though there was no lockout and a key cost 100 bucks but I am sure it was antitheft cause i have had to deal with that before and there wasnt any anti theft symbol flashing on dash if they. thjnk the exclamation point is the anti thedt they are wrong its the tire sensor symbol. also. they had to push it like 100 feet from the tow truck into the shop and that was also on the bill they nickle and dimed me all the ways they could and this sll took 3 days for me to get my car back. Also i dodnt get the other almost 300 bucks for the tow and the guy coming out to Albertsons I never got that paper work

They way overcharged for a new key almost five hundred bucks for them just to make a phone call to ford and get the anti theft reset and a new key o didnt need they scammee me good.

This was my first time bringing a vehicle to mobile tune and I was very impressed. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got my truck running well. They definitely went above and beyond and explained everything going on. And they are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus. I definitely recommend this shop!

Fast cheap and great customer service.Nothing being compensated for with this car. Had no idea they even made a Mazda 2. Despite it's size and lack of features the car was worth the price (25$/day)and then some. Will edit after returning if needed.

Came in from Crater Lake on Labor Day weekend Saturday morning with a misfire. The folks squeezed me in and tried their best to get it fixed. Recurrent issue I've been having, I told them the problem. Turned out to be more than just that, so no foul on Jim the mechanic. But Jim was knowledgeable and was able to give me some good insight into trying to stop this from happening again.I didn't get the name of the guy at the counter but super friendly and sympathetic.

Got my truck back for a month now and it runs great. Mobile Tune was very accommodatting. They were not able to take me in until the following week but allowed me to drop off my truck on Friday because i had to be in portland Saturday. They also got my truck fix sooner than i expected. I had my brakes done as well as a raditor coolant leak. Highly recommend these guys.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

Had a difficult situation hard to diagnose the problem. All the employees here worked to diagnose what was happening. After finding several issues and fixing them the problem persisted. Ken and the Mechanic were able to discover the cause and resolve the problem. I am always pleased with the work and thier dedication to customer service. Thanks Guy's your service was great once again.

Mobile tune is the best mechanic in Roseburg. Where a lot of mechanics in town misdiagnosed my truck, they fixed it. And went beyond what they were paid to do. Unlike a lot of places, they will fix your vehicle instead of just throwing parts at it. I won't go any where else

These guys are awesome, diligent, friendly, professional, and informative!! I just bought a used car and had to take it in cause my check engine and ABS light popped up. They inspected it and took the time to find the issue. Then they fixed the issue quick! I'm really happy with them and have dubbed them my car people.

We broke down on are way to WA, on Sat before a holiday weekend. The guys squeezed us in for diagnostics when no one else would. Ended up leaving the car there for fixing for the week. They called everyday with updates and we made our trek home safely, without issue after the (super fast) fix. Great service!

I went in today for some help with my car after experiencing issues with driving performance. The technician, Jim was very knowledgeable and explained every step of what he was doing with my car and why he was doing that. I really appreciate that, as many mechanics I have gone to simply take my car away for several hours and grab me when they disgnose something. I felt he was genuine in what he said.The front desk staff was wonderful as well. The waiting room is large with big windows and a show floor of three classic cars which I thought was super cool. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. He also brought his puppy to work that day as Saturdays tend to be slower which was a huge treat for me lol. I think something like that is only seen in small businesses, anymore. Having mostly taken my vehicles to dealerships to be serviced, this was a really unique experience and I'm really glad I decided to come here.My car was driving very poorly and Jim helped me get it running functionally again and let me know what I need to do to keep it running for as long as I can. Overall, a great experience and I can definitely see myself coming here again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Mobile Tune saved my bacon! My family experienced car trouble right before a family trip, and they were able to get us in that same day with repairs completed the following day. The staff was super friendly, extremely helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers! Very impressive! My Wife and I were traveling home from a long trip , we pulled into 7 feathers truck stop to fuel up and Our ford F350 would not start after fueling. We started making phone calls and Mobile tune was highly recommended. So we had AAA tow our truck to Mobile tune in Roseburg and since we were stranded at the RV resort at 7 feathers casino ( not a bad place to be stranded by the way lol) they immediately jumped right on it. It was not easy to diagnose but Jim did a fantastic job , I dropped by and he spent time completely going over the problem like a doctor going over test result and scans with me. It was quite the education. Jim went above and beyond my expectations for sure , he even came in Sunday to make sure I could get back on the road on Monday. The man is a perfectionist. Will make sure the job is done.So a big 5 star thank you to Mobile tune and Jim. The truck made it home no issues and the take away I got from this experience is to trade the ford in on a Ram LOL. Needed work on a 1971 Mustang. One place I tried didn't know how to do it. Another didn't even want to try. I called Mobile Tune. I went in the next day. They gave me an estimate and had me come in the next day. Fixed me up. Did the job. It looks Great. Price was very reasonable. I recommend this place if you need car worked on.

One of the best kept secrets in Roseburg!!! Don't let the unassuming facility fool you. Friendly service staff, knowledgeable and honest technicians, and reasonably priced. They'll give you a lift to and from work or home while your vehicle is being worked on and in some cases, if available, even provide a loaner/rental car. They've never tried to "find" something wrong with my vehicles. If I think something needs fixed and it doesn't, they'll let me know; or if it can wait. Love their Mobile Service too. A real time and money saver. Took less time and money to get me back up and running than if I had the vehicle towed to some place for repairs - twice now, with two different vehicles. They're also AAA Certified; which, as a member, gets me a discount. And they operate longer hours, making it more convenient to fit my schedule. Absolutely love this place.

Ken at Mobile Tune really helped us out when we were in a very stressful situation. We were doing an 8 hour drive home when our car suddenly broke down. We were still 3 hours away from home and we called AAA to get roadside assistance. Luckily, Allen from Walt s Towing helped us out and called Ken at 8 PM to see if he d be willing to open his shop and do an after hours repair on our car. Ken agreed, and called his former mechanic (Tyler at Mobile Maverick Fleet) to come work on our car and within minutes he came down to open his shop. Ken and Tyler were so helpful, did a great job fixing our car, and the cost was very reasonable especially considering the repair was after hours. Our car sounds better than it has in months! Fixed my car in a jiffy, right after the snow storm! Plus I got a triple A discount. Don t forget to ask about the triple A discount if you have triple A. I forgot to, and they ended up kindly writing me a check after the fact. Would highly recommend this place, they fixed the problem and were honest with me about what was going on, so I could pick and choose what I wanted to have done, with my budget. Ps: Very cool old school cars in the lobby.

A Honest, hard working crew is what to expect here at Mobil Tune. Their staff is super friendly and helped us with multiple car rentals and talk about fast. 10 minutes from walking in we were driving away in our rental. Stop in and see these folks if you hate the normal runaround, red tape and hassle you get anywhere else.

Excellent, knowledgeable service. Towed in after roadside breakdown in our RV. Mgr offered to let us stay there in our rig instead of hotel if overnight stay would be necessary!Efficiently found cause of breakdown, very reasonable cost. Tech stayed after shop hours to finish our job so we could get back on the road same day. Gave good suggestions about other services needed.If ya gotta break down, this is the place to get fixed!

I had needed a repair desperate to be done about 2 years ago. pump and starter had to be replaced. The place fixed the car up that I had but also put just water into the radiator versus antifreeze. I didnt even realize this until 2 months later. I even had to pay extra for another diagnosis on the car to deal with the starter that was replaced for the 3rd time! Not too long after I got the car back I was having some really weird car issues that I never had before. We just didnt have the money to find out what was wrong but we did figure out it had to be electrical. A mechanic who was not associated to any repair shop and was about to move out of town wanted to do a good deed for a family in need and offered to take a look for us on the car. The mechanic found out that wires were cut under the car engine area. I asked the mechanic how could this even happen, even asked the mechanic could this be part the repair that was done to the car which he said no possible way it had anything to do with the repair. However the cut was recent and could only be done by someone who was under the car and had the car lifted in order to get to the wiring. He warned me that some mechanics are shady and cut things or mess things up in order for the person to come back to get more repairs and pay out more money. The mechanic told me that I was very lucky things could of been much worse then what was going on because the cut wires was causing the car to stall out and could of easily started a engine fire due to where the wires that was cut was located. I was personally shocked and disturbed by this deeply. The mechanic was more than happy to fix it up as best as he could without the car being lifted at a mechanic shop. I was very thankful to this guy for helping out our family and keeping my family safe from a potentially dangerous situation. I dont own the car anymore but it still bothers me on what happened to me at this place. I will never take any vehicle to this location just on what had happened to my previous car. I have heard a mix of good and bad stories about this location and thought I would give this place a try. It was kind of short notice to us on this repair shop due to the urgency but never again will I ever make that mistake again.

What a great place to have your car worked on. The prices are fair and the service is the best I have ever seen. They are about taking care of the customer and getting the job done right. I would recommend Mobile Tune to anyone.

The real crooks are those who steal from their own customers. Mobile Tunes tried to convince me that my car repair would cost $500. They wanted me to buy parts for the repair that in reality were all in great condition. I went to the Texaco station on Stephens and the repair totaled $125.
