Joe was a truly remarkable soul that treated both my mom and I with such compassion. I was very, very, verrrrry attached to my little 91 Camry and it hurt a lot to part ways with my beloved vehicle, but Joe himself was nothing but kind, cordial and considerate. I broke my neck in the accident and am stuck in an Aspen Collar for the next few months. Joe set us at ease with his friendly rapport and comforting presence. When it was time to unload my car (his name was Stanley), Joe got me a high-backed chair so I didn t strain myself, and he offered me a Caprisun, gave us boxes for the belongings we were salvaging from inside of Stanley, he let me cry as long as I needed to, and even stayed late to make sure that my mom and I were both well taken care of. His shop was immaculate, with fascinating tow-truck inspired decor, and he had an adept assistant whom aided in the process of letting Stanley go. I don t think I would be so okay with losing my beloved little car if it wasn t for Joe and his employee s kindness. My mom wants it known that he was one of the nicest men she had ever met, especially in a business like this where emotions can run high, and being met with someone who has such a soothing disposition really helped ease our stress. If I could just right a review without giving stars I would. I just watched an employee back straight into a light pole, he walked away like it was nothing after he did some damage to the pole. The truck itself was fine.

I rented a truck for a cross country trip from this company. After getting the truck up to highway speeds there was a violent vibration in the front end. I had to call Penske's 24 hour repair service to have both front tires replaced due to severe cupping. This is negligent of the franchise to rent a vehicle in such poor condition. Their response was "the previous renters did not mention it". Beware of doing business with these folks if you value your valuables and personal safety.

Although I was able to get my truck out by myself, I would love to say that the customer service shown by this company was super! They were eager to help me with my special circumstance and were very polite and professional! Would absoluteley call them again!
